Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 9:30 am EST we’ll be doing “Wicked Lower Body and Core” LIVE! The name says it all!!! Get ready to squat, push, press, and stretch your way through a challenging lower body and core workout.
Equipment Needed:
Sets of dumbells… I’ll be using 10’s, 12’s, and 15’s. Feel free to select heavier or lighter weight if preferred, especially for squats and deadlifts.

Appropriately named-this was wicked! I love the variations and my favorite was the start of the last round; those curtsy lunges into side lunges that were slow & low!!!
 
I liked the way she put everything together in this video. You can definitely do this without weights and it will still be a workout worth it. I used light weights 5lbs & 8lbs. I also took it slow on the mountain climbers because of my back, I switched to planks instead. You will sweat for sure in this workout.
