A full sized step with three risers under each side (to act as a weight bench only)

5lb -15lb handweights (or up to 20lbs if you have them at home)

Just finished this one, I figured I would like it, and I did!!! Similar to the workout
DVD, but different enough to be new and refreshing, my arms are still shaking.
It's 45 min. But it flew by, loved it...Cathe even threw in a little pyramid sequence
With the Biceps, nice surprise! I really liked the warmup in this one too, using
Lite weights but not over-doing it.
