Well, I did Friday Fight Round 2 and it wasn't so bad, only profanity was once in the cool down. It was tough but not totally insane to me. Maybe because after I maxed out at 8 min I did the modifier and some stuff I just did slower.

Happy Easter! He is Risen!

Today I did an oldie but a goodie: Rhythmic Step, good steady state cardio and fun! I'm not sure what I'll do tomorrow if anything, id like to get in Shaun T's Pulse and abs, 30 min total. But after church in the morning and Easter lunchtime dinner, I'm not sure I'll have the time or energy.

Have not felt good today.. I think I am getting sick
I had church yesterday and went to a cookout after no workout cause we didn't get home in time and today I just feel like I am getting a cold. I hope I get something in today not sure yet

Feel better, Renee! Rest up!

No wo here, just got hope about an hour ago and trying to figure out timing and prep for tomorrow. JTrain has a volleyball tournament at Messiah College and needs to be there by 7:45am, so we need to get up at 4:30! We have a sitter coming at 5:30 and then my in laws are coming at 3 to do the evening.

Did a lot of walking around Messiah College yesterday during the volleyball tournament that JTrain was in.

Today I did RWH LIHI Legs Premix strength only 30 min. I plan on cardio tomorrow, part of me is thinking HiiT, but then I watched the hits DVD and am thinking about IMAX 2. :) who knows what I'll have time for tomorrow. I won't get home from co op until after 3 and I have the last cotillion with JTrain tomorrow night. Dance! It should be fun. Ugh I jut realized we will probably get something to eat afterwards. And I don't need dessert again! And I have to prep for my class on Thursday. Shoot! How am I going to get a wo in?? Maybe I'll take something to my mom's and do it there. I will be be hanging out there from 12:30-2:30 waiting until CDawg and JTrain's classes are finished. But I will need to get B going on schoolwork since he missed today...

Yesterday I did Kick punch and crunch and I really love that workout really not to much jumping but I did sweat some.
I didn't exercise since Thursday night!! I was gone all day Friday and Saturday was church then a cookout then Sunday I was sick Monday work and sick and finally I got to do a workout but I woke up with that headache and sick feeling. See it is like I can not continue to be consistent at all I end up sick or headache I hope it's sinus problems. Cause pollen is all over here! The vehicles are turning yellow green from the pollen and you can rinse your car off and in a few hours it back!

Lady Lep maybe you can do a premix of IMAX 2 at your moms? But you have to have a step. Or how about KPC and do a premix of rathe cardio I think it is 30 minutes and no equipment and it isn't to bad at all! It can be something to do that is fast and fun. Or rock out knock out? Or all out low impact from Xtrain is a good one to take. No equipment I don't think. I will have to check that??
Do you have travel fit!? I need that one! I hear it is good for such cases!!
I hope to do HIIT back bus and shoulders today but I'm not doing the finishers.

Renee-sorry about all the pollen! I'm not looking forward to pollen season over here. Hubby and JTrain have it bad and it's possible B may as well.

I brought IMAX 2 and X10, step and discs to my moms and had planned to do X10 step, low impact and fat burning premix for 54 min, but I was dying after the step! I did the low impact but skipped to the stretch after that. I just had to be done. I don't have KPC or Rock Out Knock Out. I thought about low impact from XTrain, but I didn't want to take one more thing! My parents have some light dumbbells so I used a 12 when Cathe used a 15 and used 8s. Not sure what I'll do tomorrow, maybe HiiT maybe upper body

To it is the last cotillion for JTrain and I get to dress up and go with him to dance! Should be fun!

Hi girls! Sorry I have been m.i.a.. This cold has just been awful! Still sick after over a week now. Plus, the kids have all sorts of things going on. Tomorrow is state testing for nygel, as is Friday, so I am off early with him early in the morning. I have still been keeping up with my workouts. Today I did the triple tabata from crossfire plus an hour of power yoga. Yesterday was LIHI legs. Monday was LIHI Back, bis and shoulders plus abs2. Sunday I did a scrambled premix of low impact hiit 1&2 plus abs1. I really like the scrambled premixes on that one. Oh, and the other fun I have been dealing with is a super heavy period and cramps like prelabor. It has been awful! Guess that is common when coming off the pill, but it has been so terrible. Blech.

Renee-- I am sorry you have been feeling sick! At least maybe your weather is nice? Has been super cold here. I will post that info on the socks when I am on my home computer. Great job getting a workout in!

Ladylep-- great job on getting something in! Sounds like lots of fun stuff going on with the boys! I guess school will be winding down before we know it!

Katie you been sick and still got in all your workouts! That's crazy awesome! You go girl lol! How was the scrambled premix of low impact 1 and 2 ? I did both workouts but not the scrambled one. So was this making feel different? I hope you feel better now!
Lady Lep I am glad u got your exercise in! That is great ! 12 pounds are heavy enough I'd say. Good job! Have fun at the dance.
I ended up doing HIIT it biceps, back and shoulders with no finishers and it was just 37 minutes long! So that is a great time for days I am having to work. It even made me sweat ALOT! Cathes workout makes me sweat more then any other instructors really. I mean I do sweat with others a little bit but not like I do with Cathe! Love it. Tomorrow I am not sure what to do yet.

I am glad you are doing well, Renee. I did rock out kicking with weighted gloves. and Muscle Max for my legs. Next time I will do LowerBody blast.

I get into a funk, and I don't work out for weeks. I know I should stay strong and do it anyway.

I understand I do get in those moods to! But I do push through lately however for the past two weeks it has been sparse! Good job on trying to do what u did do. Maybe if u try order a new dvd ? I really find that motivating to add at least one new dvd to the mix and it helps me get excited again for a while.

Okay so today I did HIIT legs! I really love contrast training with the legs! Heavy weights then plyo for the second set? Yes no boring second at all! I love it. I like it better then the circuit one. Yesterday I had a headache again so I could not see me jumping to do anything after work [emoji19]. So there is the sparseness I mentioned in the earlier post. I wish I can be consistent but all I can get in is five days still and this week I barley got that so I may exercise tomorrow even though it is sabbath. To me biblically it is Friday sundown to Saturday sun down and I try to rest and enjoy the day with God and family that day but I was thinking I can wait till sundown and do something. But I. Still feel that isn't taking the whole day to rest really. But I also think going at least for a walk would be good. Yeah that's an idea I'll just go walking because I do like that and to me that is a great way to spend time with God in nature.. So anyway that's me talking out loud I suppose lol !

Renee, do you get migraine headaches. There are wonderful methods of stopping the headached, and one of then is Imitrex. I have never had a bad reaction to the Imitrex pills. I did a premis of Lowmax today and I am out of shape. I even forget what I do after, legs or upper body. I should scroll down and see. Anthony, the 6'4" guy, was supposed to take me to lunch at Friday's today, but he had to work.
 
Ugh! I had written a long post last night and it timed out and never made it!

Anyway, thanks, Renee, for talking about the Sabbath, I've not been good at that. Sunday's are usually filled with sports or playdates for the kids after church. We don't really rest over here unless we are sick! Like tomorrow, after church we might take a friend home for CDawg and the other 2, JTrain and B have baseball practice at different times and fields. So Hubby will do the driving and I'll be at home working on the schoolroom. and trying to keep the kids from Some neighbors who are moving sold us a desk and bookcase to replace some that we have. That is a huge job and it's such a mess in there. I've emptied one bookcase and am ready to try to sell it. But I still have a long way to go.

No wo yesterday or the day before. Today I got up early and did RWH Circuit upper body, premix timesaver 34 min.

Not sure about tomorrow maybe HiiT not sure. I wasn't use what to do this morning, I've been feeling lethargic, but I'm really glad I did that one as it went quickly and was fun. When it ended, I was wishing I had had the time for the whole thing. I always feel a bit like I have "copped out" when I do a premix that is shorter than the orig. wo. Although I haven't down a full blown upper body wts wo in a while, maybe that is what I need.

Food intake has been ok. Weight is steady at 171 :(. Not where is should be, I'm 5'9" and my "range" is 132-169. I feel pretty good at 160 and really good at 150, 145 is a pipe dream with the way I like to eat! Today has been pretty good:

Breakfast- post wo shake: 1c cashew milk, 1t peanut butter, 1T ground flax seeds, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 bag frozen strawberries, 1 scoop chocolate greens and 1 scoop chocolate protein powder.
Snack: berries
Lunch: salad: romaine, cukes, peppers, artichoke hearts, cooked broc/caulif, 2.5 oz BBQ chicken with 2t each olive oil and raspberry balsamic. Yummy!!
Snack: banana, brown rice cake with peanut butter, raspberries and dark chocolate chips, not bad but I wanted more so I had 8 milk chocolate eggs!
Dinner will be: green salad with Caesar dressing, Manco and Manco pizza (friend brought up 2 half baked ones) and whatever dessert I decide to make: brownies in pantry or I have some over ripe bananas, i could make chocolate chop banana bars. :)

Oh sorry, the dance was really nice! My fave dances were a Mexican dance and the Tango! We went out to Fridays and split a dessert. :)

I love dancing!!! I used to go dancing a lot with my hubby, but not those types of dancing. However I wanted to learn that kind. At home I would do them just for fun. I love the tango the swing but I could not get hubby to do that kind and no where around here to do that kind of dancing. How fun that would be! There is not a bunch going on here unless it is going to someone house for cookout and drinking or a bar and I do not go do that stuff so I go to a cookout if invited with hubby but I don't drink it makes me feel like yuk. I never could drink even when I was younger I'd have three beers and be sick lol. And like I said there I nothing here in this tiny town ugh !
Yes I didn't mean to spew off about the sabbath really! I was typing and thinking at same time. But if you really wasn't offended I will say it is something I been working on and trying to get my husband to do. I prepare the day before or two days before so I can not cook or clean and Boone else has to do anything! I feel it is a time to reflect and be with God! When I read the bible and read the commandments that is the easiest one and it is a nice one to it says remember the sabbath and keep it holy and to do no labor and it is for us. It was made even at creation. So I believe it is a day that if we do rest from are worried and workouts and work and stop just stop breathe and give thanks and enjoy the day as best we can he will replenish our bodies and give us renewed spirits and he will come and be with us during that day and give blessings. I am just now trying to put it in practice and I have to say it does seem very nice and it is a blessing. Of course I go to church on Saturday so weather u are Sunday or sat you make that day to go to church the home and u can go out into nature or just read bible pray and sleep lol and rest. I don't even turn on TV. I try to unplug. Till sun down. I do watch DVDs that are learning about Jesus but that is fun to me. I am a seventh Day Adventist though and that is why I go on Saturday. I was not always one. I used to go to baptist. But I just feel strong About it and it is good.
Okay so I think I know what you mean about being steady at one weight and where you should be and where you are happy at!!if I eat normal and not think about it I get up to 155!! If I watch what I eat and eat healthy and exercise but not starve i can get to 145 now if I eat a lot less I get to 140! But it is hard to keep it there but I would feel awesome at 130 really or 125! However my range for my night 5 for 1 and a half is 105- 115!! I will never get there now! I was only that AFTER I had my kids and ate low fat foods!! That everyone frowns on now! Smh [emoji53] and it was first time in my life people called me skinny! But I could do chin ups! It lasted 10 years then I was 130 seemed over night! And uphill since! But this week I am now 143 and its cause I been trying very hard to not eat a lot. I have to really cut calories it seems since there isn't much fat free stuff now lol. I try to not eat processed foods so it's fruits and veggies and I do eat eggs steal and oatmeal a lot. But not sure what to eat any more. So I'm restricting a lot. Not sure how long that will last.
So how many hits can we do a week? I want to do a couple but if I do to many it wares me out! I wish there was an upper body premix of the chest back and bis and Tri of the ripped with HIIT. Cause I wanted to do a split upper but do it all in one day. I didn't see one. It was not a cardio day for me so I didn't want to mix cardio in there.

Yes I tried imitrex but relpex does better. So when I get one I do take that. But I try not to if I don't have to. I am also on topamax at night every night as a preventive. I hate taking pills but I have tried everything naturally to get rid of them and nothing worked but with prayer and meds they are getting fewer a week so I am handling them better.
Did you think of getting a new workout?
Yes I forget what I did the day before to sometimes! Lol oh goodness I hear it is going to get worse the older we get ha I can't imagine it eek!
Lol Anthony is a big fella! I hope it works out!

I am sad for my son Rocky he went to work and those people are bullies to him. They put a blow up doll in his truck and was laughing told him it was for him since it's only girl he will ever get. They make fun of his hair cause he is getting thin there. And just different stuff. He is such a sweet boy and he won't hurt none. I never saw him cry but once and that was when his brother past. But I kept asking him what was wrong and he finally chin quivered and tears started and told me what they did and he said mom I'm just tired. I wish I can find a job I can keep I don't want to quit. Cause I told him I'm sure he feels stuck.. Then he said he feels like a failure. It's so sad. He is different cause he is slow. But not slow enough to get SSI! I had him tested to qualify so I can get money for tutors to help him but they said his IQ was borderline so it was right on edge where if it was a couple he could have got help. It's awful how mean people are. I wish I could go do something.

hi girls. busy days here, but at least it has warmed up. so glad state testing is over with for Nygel! (at least until may, when he has one more day of it). I am still hacking away with this cold and have had sinus headaches from all the congestion, but at least my flow has stopped. that was awful! have still been getting workouts in. Friday I did the low impact hiit scrambled version #1. yesterday was a rest day. today I did plyo hiit 1 scrambled-- man, that felt brutal! it seemed like there weren't any places to catch a breath. it was plyo 1 and 2 mixed. think I will try the other scrambled one later in the week. I also did abs 1 and a half hour of yoga. we had wanted to go and visit my great aunt in the nursing home today, but with this cold, have decided it would be better to wait until next week-- don't want to give anything to the elderly people there. bugsy injured his eye, too, which has me freaking out. will probably have to bring him into the vet tomorrow, which I don't really have the money for right now. he was outside at the park, playing with a basketball in the sand and apparently it got in his eye :-(. it looks like he has a reddish sort of bump on his right eye now. wish I could go back and not let him play in the sand. ugh.

I know that must be so hard on you, too. sending him positive thoughts and well wishes. great job on your workouts, too. I like the legs workout as well, and it seems to go by really quickly. have you tried any of the premixes on there?

Okay I did chest triceps shoulder no finishers premix 38 minutes then I did biceps shoulders back premix no finishers and only two sets. Now I did that only because I did this two days ago and didn't want to over work those muscles yet I really want to hit them two times in one week so I also could go heavier knowing it was two sets. Tomorrow I will do a HIIT low impact or crossfire not sure yet till I get there. My arms are really killing me eek. Shoulders right now are ouch!! Love it I can imagine what tomorrow will be like.
