Taking it to the Max-- June 2013 thru...

RWH plyo 1, man! I think this is the hardest workout EVER!! I couldn't keep up! Probably rest day tomorrow since we have a field trip.

I have no idea when I will have a date, but sometimes, I take a very long bus and train ride, (over two hours) to see my friend Frank. I know him for over fourteen years. I have not hear from 6'4" Anthony in a few days, but he is very nice, but not the love of my life.

I am building up endurance because I managed to do 50 minutes of Kickboxing, and my upper body. Lady Lep, you are beautiful, and I don't even know it that is your son or grandson, as you look so young.

I hope you are doing better Renee.
A friend passed away and had me in his will, and I will get my share next December, and I will buy a buy car.

Cd potter thanks! Little K is my son. :) I should change the picture as it is when he was turning 1 and he is now 4!

Lady Lep oh my plyo 1 I did once and I'm afraid to do again! Isn't that the one jumping on step? I'm afraid of twisting ankle or jumping down and a bone popping threw or something horrid like that is in my mind! I love doing the low impact and legs and weights and so far the plyo no ! I like them but not up to it yet. The circuits I have only done once as well but I plain on doing them this week.
Maybe look some where else for a date Caitlin? I would not wait if I wanted to go out and you are not steady. If he hasn't contacted you I'd try not think about it. I know it's easier said but for some reason it works. Good job on the kickboxing! Which one is that one? I love KB! I hope u finally get a good vehicle !
Katie hope u r doing well!
Okay tonight I did ripped with HIIT low impact second workout fun and not to hard ! Yeah me!! I was to be off tomorrow and was sent a text at 930 asking me to work tomorrow ! Geez I didn't see it till 12 am! I was up late it is 1 am and now got to go to sleep. Wish they would have ask way earlier !

Renee, no I did the one with the mat, I wasn't interested in weights after MM! Way to go on the low impact one! I think all the HiiTs in RWH are hard!

This morning I did tabatacise premix 1 tabata 1 and core 1, 29 min. We haven't left yet for the Crayola Factory, because I didn't want to rush and kill myself this morning when I realized we can only be gone 8 hours due to dog sitting my mom's poodle Cosco.

Did you all read the article Cathe put out on in the news letter yesterday about nutrition? I'll try to post it later, it talked about how everyone says that nutrition is more important than exercise and more studies are coming it saying that exercise is more important than they thought as you age. Maybe they are always changing things, but that makes me feel better and not so stressed/guilty about what I eat. So I'm aiming for 30ish min workouts due to the week and longer on the weekends, instead of "whenever" I can get it in, which I was averaging 2 days on 2 days off. I've also am going to try a diff framework: HiiT, circuit, heavy wts, HiiT circuit heavy wts, taking a day off or a yoga day every 6th day or when needed and throwing in fun cardio for HiiT when I feel like it. But yesterday I did HiiT and today tabatacise so I already blew that! I'm trying to only plan a week at or less at a time. And I want to try to throw in abs 2-3 times a week. But then, knowing me, I'll change that idea soon enough! It's fun to play around with it!

Hi all,

My back was bothering me today, so I did some Christi Taylor hi low, and quite a bit of it low impact. For my legs I did High Reps. I used to run too much and my right knee went out, so I wear a McDavid knee brace, and I can jump, run and everything else. I just can't run all the time. You are lovely, and your son is adorable.

hi girls--

sorry I haven't been getting on here as often-- just crazy busy with work and all the kids' stuff. cannot believe that alec will be graduating in a little over a month! anyway, have been keeping up with my workouts, even though my cough is still sticking around. today was x10 low impact plus bryan kest power yoga 2: tone. yesterday I did lean legs and abs and took bugsy for a walk. Monday was RWH upper body circuit. not sure what I will do tomorrow and Friday, but will have to squeeze workouts in around a nutty schedule.

renee-- the scrambled doesn't have the whole plyo hiit 1 and 2, but gives about a half hour still of the two mixed. I don't think I would live through the two of those in their entirety! those two workouts are crazy tough, in my opinion, and they do strain my feet. I can do both low impact ones, but I think they are way less intense than the plyos. no superwoman here! sorry you got called in to work on such late notice! that is no fun! how is your son doing? have been sending him prayers.

Caitlin-- sorry your back is bugging you :-(. I don't have any Christi taylor. do you like her quite a bit? I can't run much, either, my legs and feet complain too much. though cathe is tough, there is something about pounding the pavement that really fries my low body to a point where I can only do it once in a while.

ladylep-- your workout plan sounds great! way to go on two tough cardios in a row! is school winding down for you guys? Nygel seems as busy as ever with his lesson planner these days.

hope you all are having a good day! happy for another day of sunshine and warm temps here.

peace,

katie

Started Friday: No wo for the passed 2 days. I just couldn't get to bed early enough to get one it. And today I did but it's only because I didn't get out of bed until 7 and then I didn't get down to start school until 10:30!! And we need to leave at 1 to get JTrain to volleyball practice and then straight to church, unfortunately it's at the alternate church today, so a bunch extra driving. He needs to be back at church for his Philly Missions Trip overnight.

So I'm glad I got it in. But like Hubby says, everything I do sacrifices something else that should be done. I just can't do it all all the time. Do this morning I did RWH chest shoulders triceps. I planned to do the whole workout but I am still not back up snuff. I think that Max 30 really messed me up. Someone told me they are for more for endurance. So it's no surprise that I lost some strength. But I did the premix with no finishers and had to lower my weight a few times.

Today Saturday: I did RWH CLB with and mixed in 50 min. I really liked this one!! I wonder does anyone know if there are other workouts with abs mixed in??

Beautiful day her 80° and sunny!! Unfortunately B has the stomach bug!!!! My family can seem to get a break! I sure hope it doesn't run thru all of us. Washing like crazy and staying home from church tomorrow.

So I'm wondering, what do you is the best app for tracking food, exercise and that shows fat, protein and carbs? I have the WW app, I like it for everything except it doesn't measure fat protein and carbs.

A FB friend had great results with Avocare. But it looks like you drink a meal or two and take a bunch of pills. And a MLM with no exercise. And it was $182 in Amazon with some scary reviews.

Lady Lep I used to use myfitnesspals it is really good. In settings u can put in what macros u want it to show. It has loads of food choices so when u add food it is most likely in the data base. I really loved it but I didn't lose on it cause I kept knowing I had calories left for the day at night and so I would eat in middle of night and tended to over eat thinking oh well I am under my chloroform today. So anyway most do lose on it.
So it is a rest day for me today.
Yes u are right about not being at to. Do everything but I would say it is important to keep u in mind as well. I wish u had some help so u can get an hour Five days a week to do ur workouts. Lol call a relative to come over to do dinner dishes while u go exercise lol . Wouldn't that be great? [emoji3].
I didn't go to church today I had a headache. Laying down most all day

I planned AOLIH today but I wanted to burn more calories in less time, so I did RWH Low impact 1 premix 3 that has the second half of LIH 2 tacked on in the end. Then I did 28 min of YogaRelax timesaver 1. A total of 60 min and 500 cal. burned. I know there is no magic pill, but I'm always hoping! :) I also have learned not to schedule a rest day, for the same reason. I'm thinking legs and abs tomorrow. So I put but and guts timesaver in workout manager, 49 min and about 500 cal. But I might change my mind by the time I actually get down to the basement to workout!

I signed up for myfitnesspal but all the Lady Lep variations were taken!! Some how one got in because I was tired and frustrated, so it came out as DelLepGirl. Ugh! I cam chance it once, but that's it....

Renee that would be great! The only way I can carve out an hour for myself is if I get up at 5:15/5:30 and I'm not that good about going to bed early enough to do that!

Off to try to put the schoolroom back together, after I put a wreath, Easter stuff and winter gear away! And then plan school for the week! My goal is to spend an hour inside working and then 15 min outside in the sun until I need to make dinner. It is beautiful again, but cooler: 60s. I wonder how much I'll get accomplished!

hi girls! still coughing from this cold and now my left ear has been super sore. I don't know if now it's allergies or what. blech. anyway, Friday I did great glutes with 10 lb weights instead of 8 (I also use 10 on the lean legs and abs plus the blue firewalker-- I get a better sweat, then). anyway, GG felt tough! Saturday was a rest day and now today I did plyo hiit 2 scrambled premix plus the muscle conditioning from slide and glide plus some yoga. not sure what my plan is for this week, though was thinking of trying to get the slow and heavy series in to shake things up a bit.

renee-- sorry about your headaches! I wish you could find some relief from them:(.

ladylep-- I think there is a premix on the LIHI legs, UB circuit and LB circuit where she puts in all the abs segments. I have yet to try one, but want to! sorry you are dealing with another stomach bug! and we can't do it all, can we? but I know as women and moms, most of us still try to! wish I had a solution. I like renee's idea though:)

hello Caitlin!

need to let Nygel on here to work on his G/T literature portfolio. happy sunday ladies!

katie

Hi girls! Me again! Today was slow and heavy, chest and back. It was super intense! I actually used heavier weights then cathe on all the exercises. I have never done that before! Haven't done this one in a while, though. I think the RWH series really did increase my strength.

Hope all of you are having a good day!

Katie

Oh, forgot to add that I also did some yoga, but my upper body was so fried, it was rough doing sun salutations!

Katie- that's great that you were able to go heavier than Cathe!!

I did Butt and Guts premix time saver standing glutes and stability ball abs, 49 calories! It was tough! I had to break on the one legged squats on the bench! And the abs we tough too! I don't think I've ever done those before. I like it!

As for yesterday, the schoolroom is back together enough to work in but the dining room is still a wreck. But didn't want to put together the room and then decide to change it. I never made it outside, but I did get the wreath put away, Easter and winter stuff away.

hi girls! today was rwh low impact hiit premix 3. I liked this one a lot. it was the first half of the first one and second half of the second-- you burn more calories on this premix then on either the low impact 1 or 2. I added in abs 1 and that was all there was time for today. the weather here is horrible! it is SNOWING! nothing is sticking, but still, I do not want to see any more flakes in the sky!

ladylep-- do you know I have yet to do B&G? I got that one quite a while back and I think I am afraid to try it! I have done the bonus abs premix on there, and yes, that one is definitely challenging, as I remember. it seems like there were some moves on the ball that I couldn't even do? can't quite remember. guess I should try to put that one on my rotation soon! glad you got your schoolroom cleared out! I have so much I should be doing, and hardly ever get to any of it. good thing I hadn't put all the winter clothes away yet, though, as they are needed today!

hello renee! hope you are doing well!

hi to Caitlin as well!

oh, and I like your new picture, ladylep! I should change mine, but somehow still miss my mom so much that I just keep this old picture of her on here with the kids. I think it is from about three years ago. the kids have all grown quite a bit since then.

It's 2pm and no shower no wo yet but I have worked on math with CDawg, history with B (who still isn't feeling quite right), made a double batch of pancakes from scratch (I had a yogurt instead) and cleaned up a bunch of vomit from Little K. :( and sorted a little more of the school room mess. I guess I should work with JTrain now after I check on Little K and then I can say its ok to take a break for myself and workout and shower! I put about 13 differ short upper body workouts in workout manager last night including 2 mini cardio bonuses that I may do first: one is 9 and the other 11.

Midnight: I did the 2 cardioid before dinner and Burn Sets back and biceps after the kids went to bed. The 2 cardios were the bonus cardio from LIC and BM2. Total of 56 min and 465 calories burned! I stayed under my calories by 100-200 yesterday and today, Sunday was over by 35. So I'm thinking this is pretty good, if I can keep it up! So I'm around 1600 cal per day. Not sure what I'll do tomorrow, I have AfterBurn scheduled, but I'm a little afraid of it! Maybe I'll do a 30 min premix and add abs or something. I really enjoyed the BM2 bonus cardio and the one from LIC too!i may have to add them in the next few weeks too! The last consecutive days were: upper body/cardio, legs/abs, HiiT, upper body, tabata/abs. Souj I might be up for a circuit tomorrow. Is AB considered

Katie, you need to do B&G! It's tough but good! Thanks about the picture. That is from up on the indoor jungle gym in the Crayola Factory from last week, so much fun! Not the greatest picture, but after I put it up there, I didn't have time to look for another one.

Renee, I so want to do BM2 again! I don't like the the premix options, not enough, too long and I don't like the idea of doubling something!

So just when I thought B was getting better, Little K got it and B is throwing up and having diarrhea, which never stopped. :(

Oh, OT note, we finished God's Not Dead movie tonight! Loved it!! I highly recommend it. Gotta go to sleep, I fear I'm going to be up a lot tonight
like I was last night!

Afterburn express, single intervals 32 min and XTrain Core 1 10 min, about 450 calories! I couldn't do all the staggered push ups!

I'm trying to keep the stomach bug contained but Little K keeps coming out of his room. School is light today, I had the older boys go out side after just doing a little of work, woods and fishing in the creek. Then back for lunch and school. Now it's pouring and the lights are flickering. I'm trying to spend some time reading to to each. So far one chapter of Ginger Pye to B and after some math and grammar with the older boys something for Little K. Low key day. Nice to be home, but stinks to have sick kids! They are just starting to have some tea noes.
