Hello All,
Katie, I agree with you about Pyramid. That's the easiest one of the bunch for me, and it has moves that I like. I also prefer it because it does not need any equipment. I think the other two both use a step, if I remember correctly. I know 30/30 does. I've only done 40/20 twice, so I don't remember it that well. I do remember it was hard, though!
Renee, congrats on that extra .5 mile. That is awesome! I still believe that running is the toughest exercise of all, at least for me. I wish I could get into it, as it's efficient, but it just does not click with me. Do you still use Brooks as your preferred running shoe? Do you ever use those for aerobic stuff? If so, how do you like them for that?
Melissa, I have a similar experience to Katie's sister as far as eating and not being able to exercise. I went through a stretch a few years ago where I just did not want to exercise and probably took 3-4 months off. I ate very clean, though, watched my food very carefully, and I did not gain any weight at all. However, now that I exercise like a fiend, I'm not losing any weight either, and I still eat well, so take that for what it's worth! I do think that as long as you're not taking in more calories than you're expending, it would be essentially impossible to gain weight.
Hi Ladylep!
Today I did Booty Barre for about 30 minutes, that's all I had today. I had a class today and a second day of class tomorrow, so my schedule is a little off. Theoretically I'll get up tomorrow morning to work out, but we'll see how that goes.
Ok, I'm off to watch the last episode of the Killing, season 1. Did anyone else watch that?
Take care,
Eva
