Good morning!
No time to post yesterday, but I did TBT Upper. I need to start writing down the weights I use for these workouts so I can increase them each time. I wish there were 1RMs for these other workouts too. This morning I did Low Impact Challenge. That last step combo certainly is a challenge for my brain! And I had forgotten about the blast at the end. I love the way these workouts work my core!
Very humid today, but at least the rain has stopped for a while. Can't do anything about my hair in this weather!
Colleen, your daughter is so cute, she looks like a little princess!
Marie, that is scary about your fainting. That sounds exactly like what happened to me a few months ago. Lucky you were already at the dr's office so they could check you out right away.
I did not see any video clips either.
Yes this teenage driving is very scary. She had a basketball tournament in Foxboro yesterday and it was raining in sheets so I drove there down I95. We were done around 5 and it had stopped raining so she said she wanted to drive home to get more experience on the highway. That is stressful enough but then it started raining harder bit by bit, and getting darker, and I realized I was gripping the arm rest on my door. I was trying to be calm for her sake but when she said she had enough I was more than ready to take over driving!
As far as sports, I encouraged them to try things when they were younger, because alot of it is social as well. Now that they have gotten older I let them choose, but I encourage them to always do something so they get some exercise. These days most kids want to sit in front of the computer for too long. I have to say that if I had a boy, I would discourage football, it is so rough!
Jean, enjoy your movie, sounds like a good way to spend a sunday afternoon.
