Julie Great job on your upper body workout. I hope your appointments go well and that it didn't rain for you.

This morning was STS 2 Mobility 2 and the Mini Ball Abs. Then I had to go out to my mom's as she needed some blood work done. It was raining really hard here and it was hard to see at time when I was on the freeway. The rain is suppose to ease up and then just be cloudy for the next several days.

Cheryl Great job on STS Mobility 2 and Mini Ball Abs! I hate driving in the rain especially when it is super heavy rain or is dark. I'm glad you were safe in your drive.

My appointments went quick yesterday which was great! This morning was my sleep in day. I think I slept weird and have a pinched nerve in my neck. Gonna try to sit with a heating pad on my neck and see if that helps get it worked out.

So yesterday morning was STS 2 Lower Body 1. Then I got housework and laundry done. This morning was our last dragon boat session for the season. We did get a really nice morning and then we went for brunch afterwards. In a bit we will going out for coffee with our friend and Zoey, something we haven't done for a while now.

Cheryl Great job on STS UB1 and LB1! Oh that is sad that dragon boating season is over. Glad you had a nice day and were able to have a little fun afterwards.

Pam I hope you are doing well and didn't have any damage from all the rain.

Friday I did a lower body workout and then did some things around the house. Saturday was my mobility day and then DH and I tried to replace a drain in our bathroom sink. Well because we are not good at DIY projects, we broke the sink and had to go buy a whole new vanity because they didn't have the size sink we needed. 7 hours later we got everything set up but the sink is sitting slightly differently and the drain doesn't line up so we can't use the sink. We will have to get a plumber out here but hopefully it won't be too much money. Sunday I took off from working out before a new week starts in the program I am doing. This morning was my sleep in day!

Julie Great job on your lower body workout and mobility day. oh no! That is terrible that you had to buy a whole new vanity. I hope that it isn’t a big job for the plumber! I was thinking about your parents with all of the devastation in the mountains here, I hope they made it through the storm ok.

We ended up having pretty good weather at the beach most of the time. We got some rain on Friday, but other than that it was pretty dry. Wednesday we did a 6 mile hike through a state park, Thursday and Saturday we took long walks on the beach, and since it was raining on Friday the women went shopping and then we played Tripoley in the afternoon. It was nice and relaxing. We got home Saturday evening and Sunday had some friends over for football after my wish delivery. This morning was Party Rocking Step 1. I hadn’t done it in a long time and didn’t really remember the combos very well, but I bungled my way through it. Have a great day!

Pam That is great that you didn't get much rain so you could enjoy the beach house. Great work on PRS 1. I find that the combos in the second one are a bit easier.

Sunday I took as a day off but I did get some outside work done. This morning I was really sore and tired, probably from the leg work on Friday so I just did STS 2 Chair Yoga and then I went for a walk since it was nice out. Tonight we are going out for dinner because our step nephew joined the army so he wanted to get together with everyone before he starts bootcamp.

Pam Yea, so glad you had good weather and a good time at the beach over the weekend! My parents got really lucky and had no damage. Great job on your hikes, walks, and PRS1!

Cheryl Great job on STS 2 Chair Yoga and your walk! That was nice you could get together for a dinner before he leaves for bootcamp.

Yesterday the plumber was out for like 15 minutes including the time it took him to write up the summary. He basically tightened a few things and no more leaks. I guess we ended up doing a pretty good job just didn't tight things enough. This morning I did a heavy lower body workout.

I was so tired this morning. I don't know if it has anything to do with the change in weather or not. We had to turn on the heat Saturday because it is getting colder out and our place was very cold and clammy. I did manage to get the grocery shopping done and now I need to think about getting the heavy coats washed and some other fall clothes.

Cheryl Wow, it just seems way too early to be having to turn on the heat! It is still warm here but it is raining every day again.

This morning was STS 2 chair and mat yoga. I’m not sure if I had ever done either of them before. I was going to go to Costco yesterday to get some pet food to donate to the flood victims in western NC, but then I saw pictures that people were posting about how mobbed the Costcos are. Apparently people are stocking up again because of the dock strikes and also getting stuff to donate, so I think I’ll just go to Petsmart instead. Have a great day!

Pam Great job on HiiT CUB w/abs mixed in and STS 2 chair and mat yoga! Ugh! I need to go to Costco too and am dreading it. I don't need to stock up on things, just normal timing.

Cheryl Oh no, it is way too early to turn on the heat already. It was chilly when I was walking into work this morning and was thinking about how I will have to get my coat out soon and winter clothes too. Yuck!

This morning I did a heavy upper body workout. I got terrible sleep last night so even though I lightened up the weights and cut out some exercises and sets, I am happy I made it through it.

I got a great nights sleep but I am still exhausted. I was thinking that I may unknowingly had some gluten when we went out for dinner Monday. I did have some ice cream which probably did have some gluten which I didn't think about and I was told that my meal was gluten free. Hopefully I will have more energy tomorrow once I get the gluten out of my system. I do need to go out to my mom's today though to get her out and about.

Cheryl Oh wow I would have never thought gluten could be in ice cream. I hope you get your energy back.

This morning was my sleep in day. I got better sleep thankfully. This week we tested leaving the dogs out of their crates while I went in to the office Tuesday and Wednesday. They did great. No destruction and Petunia was able to hold it until we got home. Of course, she said she was good for long enough and pottied in the house last night while we slept. Baby steps.

This morning was Party Rocking Step 2 and the abs from ME. I hadn’t done either of those in awhile and felt them both. We are having a beautiful day (Hooray!) so I’m going to get some pool time in while I still can. Have a great day!

Good morning ladies. Yesterday we had another beautiful day so DH and I went for a bike ride in the morning. In the afternoon we were hanging out by the pool and something was flying around and then dropped into the pool. It turned out to be a bat! We fished it out with the skimmer and then had a hard time getting it out of there, but it finally got out and flew away. Last night we went to our first hockey game. It was a pre-season game, but we won in overtime. We’re trying to get used to all of the new players and figure out what the team is going to look like this year. It was fun even though I’m not ready for it to be hockey season! This morning I did RWH Hiit circuit lower body. It really kicked my butt. My heart got racing so much that I had to pause for a bit to let it calm down. I did make it through but was soaked from head to toe. Today I have some cooking and cleaning to do. We are thinking we may try to head out to the mountains for a couple of days this week to help with the clean up and rescue efforts. Our neighbors are out there now so we will be talking with them about it when they get back, Have a great day!

Pam Great work on PRS 2 and ME abs, your bike ride and RWH Circuit Lower Body. That is weird that a bat fell into your swimming pool. At least it was able to fly away. Yes hockey has started again. It is hard getting used to the new players but it will all come together. Yeah to your team for winning in OT. We played Edmonton last night and won too. That is amazing that you are thinking of going to help clean up and do some rescue efforts. It sounded like it was a really bad hurricane.

Well I have had one of those weeks. Thursday I did manage to do ICE Metabolic Total Body. Then I went to the SPCA and I was there most of the day. Friday I was tired and had a hard time getting moving. I needed to take Tango to the vet for a recheck in the morning so I didn't workout. Tango is doing much better now after the antibiotics so I hope it stays that way. Dragon boating is done for the season so I did LITE Rev'd Up Rumble this morning. It is a dreary day here so I need to figure out what to do with the rest of my day.

Oh that would be so nice to be able to get to help out with the clean up. I just still can't imagine what it is like out there.

Cheryl Great job on ICE MTB! Yea, so glad Tango is doing better. Great job on RUR! Dreary days make me wanna stay in bed all day or at least curled up on the couch.

Sunday was a heavy upper body day and then being lazy the rest of the day. This morning was my sleep in day. I got such terrible sleep over most of the weekend, I slept in an hour longer than normal on Mondays and I could still use some more sleep.

Julie Great job on your heavy lower body workout, mobility, house work, and heavy upper body workout! It sounds like it was a good thing it was your sleep in day.

Yesterday was my rest day and I didn’t do a whole lot. The weather was beautiful all weekend so I was outside enjoying it as much as possible. This morning Intensity was on the calendar, but I got a terrible sleep and was not up for that so I did Step Blast and the abs from SJP. We are headed out to the mountains this afternoon to help in one of the smaller towns that hasn’t been inundated with volunteers like th bigger places. Everyone is warning us to be prepared for what we see and hear so I’m not quite sure what to expect. We had a bit of a hard time finding somewhere to stay, but we found a place that’s only 15 minutes away and has power. We are coming home Thursday morning, but then I’m leaving that night to go spend the weekend in Ithaca with my SILs So I may not be posting again this week. Have a great one!

Julie Good job on your heavy lower body workout, your mobility work and your heavy upper body workout. I haven't been getting the best sleeps either, I don't know if it is the change in the weather or something else.

Pam That is great that you could spend some time outside enjoying the nice weather. Great work on Step Blast and the abs from SJP and subbing when you weren't feeling up to a hard workout. Good luck with the rescue efforts, I am sure it will be an eye opening experience. Enjoy your time with your SILs.

Yesterday I did STS 2 Total Body Stretch and then I went to the farmers market. In the afternoon we went to have coffee with our friend and Zoey. This morning I was still really tired and really stiff so I did P30 Mobility Basics. I have noticed that I have been really stiff and sore all over so I may concentrate on mobility and yoga this week to see if that helps.
