Strength in Numbers

Julie Julie, Julie, doing double trouble before going away! good job Julie you are awesome. Thanks for your support I lost hope anyways I think that my body got comfortable where it is right now and it doesn't want to cooperate with me, I guess is fine. I cannot even do one boot camp pushup  so so far you can do the most.

Pam OMG!! I cannot believe it, today DH filled the forms to request the plane tickets, this is serious we are coming back to the states very soon... You have the perfect weather and we have the coolest weather ever this is my sec on winter here but to day was extremely cold. No, sorry for coming over to vent, workouts are not the problem the problem is my mouth.:roll eyes: you are right I need to rejuvenate (plastic surgery):D:D That's what Julie, and I did take a little longer rest when we are using heavy weight in a fast pace workout and it does the trick. (((( hug)))) back at you!!! Good job doing 4DSLIS I goes you have to move thing around so you have the day off for ski, nooo, I don't believe that, I think you are going to still do a workout before hitting the lake, don't you???:D I'm glad your shoulders are behaving, my shoulder needs a break too.

Janie Sounds like a lovely day at the beach house with Rolly, I can't wait to see more picture of your new love nest! Well, my clothes still feet the same way, my butt got bigger and my tights my west still the same, my back and chest I think got a tiny bit bigger I can tell because of my dresses, they fit just right in the waist but when the zipper get to the middle of the back:confused: then is the problem....oh no, don't worry is me just being a lazy bum I don't belong to this place so I don't want to work anymore:eek::eek: I can't wait for the recovery week too. thanks for the hugs I feel hugged today (((((hugs)))) back at you too. I was thinking about the recap too, but I don't think I have a good one, maybe some "huevos ahogados" that's a mexican recipe I'm not sure if it has to be healthy or just any would be ok.

Cheryl Yes we are going back to 29 Palms CA, eating is the hard part, what do you think? Do you think that what ever I ate when I was growing up and as a young adult before doing any exercise might had to do with how hard is for me to get cut? just wondering!! Good job doing TBT UB I can understand your feeling but you are right doing something is better than nothing, 100 pages read:eek::eek: OMG good luck, if we don't hear from you we know why:p That is awesome that your instructor got a taste of a good butt kick workout!!! I would had feel the same way too... so proud of you!! Have a good night!!

Well, well, well, before I forget the most important, exciting thing that had happen since last night, let me tell you guys... last night we got an earthquake 5.3 and it felt for everrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! Stacy ended up on our bed after that, it was crazy I heard that someone was running on the top of the roof so I didn't pay that much attention to the movement inside the house but Rachel said that the closet doors were shaking really hard then her heart bit got up very quick! Oh well is over and we are fine.

Today I did Athletic Step I wanted something that it didn't demand that much of a thought so it was a good workout, I was supposed to do Athletic Training from LIS but NO,no, I changed last minute..... Talking about earthquakes, have you guys seen the clip from the new crossfire workout? looks good, hard, new, hard again!! scary too. anyways!
Have a good day every one.

Janie Oh I'm so happy that you got a nice long walk on the beach on a gorgeous day. That is awesome! Oh yes, i just love it when I can keep up with Cathe or even go heavier than she does (although that doesn't happen very often!) I will definitely get my rest day in, I just didn't want it on Tuesday, especially right after getting back from vacation! I don't mind the calf work too much, except when the burn starts going all the way up the back of my legs and into my butt! My calves are definitely talking to me today.

Cheryl I'm sorry that you are having to work out in the evenings when you don't enjoy it, but I agree that getting up at 4 am to workout wouldn't last very long for me. I was doing 4:30 for awhile and that was really tough.
Wow, sounds like you have a lot of reading to do for class. Are you enjoying it? It sounds like you are doing really well. I would love it if the instructor said 'I hate you' doing my program. Great job! Good job on TBT UB but sorry that your strength wasn't there. You are right though that it is better than not doing anything. Those days are really frustrating though.

Eunice Wow, coming home must be starting to feel real since he filled out the request for the plane tickets! Sorry to hear that you are not having good weather. I really don't like the cold weather at all. you are so funny - plastic surgery!!! I don't think so! I still remember when you posted your 'before' pics for the FB challenge and everyone was saying that they wanted to look like your before for their after pics! You are much much too hard on yourself, you look awesome! I agree though, the eating is definitely the hard part. I love food and I love good food!
You are right, I usually do a workout before hitting the lake. I used to count skiing as my workout but I don't do that anymore....
OMG, a 5.3 earthquake, how scary! I'm glad that you are all ok. Great job on Athletic Step. you are right that AT isn't a good one to do if you don't feel like thinking! Oh I haven't seen the clip from the new workout, I will need to go and check that out!

Julie I hope that your trip was uneventful!

This morning for me was 4DS Bootcamp. I really like the cardio in this one and it is seeming easier than it used to for me :D I have to do the weight work tonight though because my DH and I were carpooling to work and he had to be in early for a meeting. So tonight will be biceps and triceps. some of the Cathletes were talking about Horizontal conditioning workouts on FB so I checked those out yesterday and ended up ordering one to try it out. I will give you the report once I get it and try it. The reviews are all really positive though and it sounds like the focus is on strengthening your core. Have a great day everyone!

Pam

Eunice That is nice that you are going back to where you left. Eating is the hardest part but what you ate in your younger years doesn't have an impact on you getting cut. I believe that it is based on your body type (I am pear shaped and have a hard time losing weight) how clean your diet is and what your workouts consist of. I have been through an earthquake before and it is scary. It does feel like it goes on forever doesn't it. Good job on Athletic Step. I have seen the clip from Crossfire.......yowza.

Pam I am enjoying the class even with all the homework. Good news is I only have to read one chapter for next week instead of 2 so that cuts the reading down to 33 pages. I wish I could go back to when it was easy to get up at 4am but I guessI need to suck it up and just do it as soon as I get home from work. Good job on 4Ds Bootcamp. I will have to look at that horizontal conditioning too to see what it is all about.

Well I didn't workout today since I had my class after work today. For the first day of summer it was really nice here but it won't last and we will be back to rain just in time for the weekend .

Have a great day everyone.

Cheryl

Did 4DFS HIS, back and chest. It was a good workout but still the cardio was too difficult for me. However, I managed to keep moving when I could with Cathe and also used my climber for when I messed up too much. In the weight workout, I kept up with Cathe and used a heavier bar bell for the latissimus dorsi (laying on back on bench and kept the elbows straight while making the weight go past your head and towards the floor and back up again). Cathe used 15's, I used 20#'s, everything else what right with Cathe. Yea! Both Joey, Rolly and I walked the beach about an hour and a half. It was so lovely and no wind to speak of. Joey and I will be celebrating our 21st Anniversary this Friday. I can't believe we've been together for that long. I love him with all my heart! :D

Cheryl, Is Reactin a prescription? Sounds like you are certainly on your way in being a PT. Go girl!!!!! Keep studying as hard as you are, you will be the best. Great job on TBT UB. It's OK taking it a little slower than usual. Safety takes priority. A student for sure. So glad your teacher liked the tricep work from TBT UB.

Eunice, I'm assuming the contest is suppose to be healthy. Wow those "huevos ahogados" sounds wonderfully yummy.:p OMG! Been in earthquakes and they are truly disconcerting. Glad you all are safe and sound. Great job on AS. Oh I love the clip on Crossfire Workout. Scary is right! But I can't wait!

Pam, Enjoy your DOM's you worked hard getting them. Great job on 4DS BC cardio. I do like that one! Those horizontal conditioning workouts do look good. Let us know how you like the one you ordered. Which one did you order?

Cheryl, I agree, I think there is one more lovely day for tomorrow and I'm going to be at the beach. Enjoy the weather too.

Later,

Janie

Cheryl I'm glad that you are enjoying your class. It makes it easier to work so hard when you are enjoying what you are doing for sure! I don't think it was ever easy for me to get up at 4 am! I'm glad to hear you had a nice first day of summer, bummer that it's going to be rainy for the weekend though :( It is getting hot and steamy here, in the 90's all week. I guess we are getting back to our normal summer weather.

Janie Great job on 4DS HIS, back and chest and keeping moving even when you couldn't follow Cathe. That is really all that matters anyway! GREAT job on the weights and going heavier than Cathe on the lats! That is a tough move! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to you and Joey on Friday! That is awesome and it is so nice to see you still so in love after 21 years. I hope you do something special to celebrate!
I am still 'enjoying' my calf DOMS from Wednesday! I thought I would have some serious tricep DOMs today but I am not feeling them at all  There are 3 horizontal conditioning workouts that they recommend you start with: Getting Started, Getting Stronger and Get Rolling. I went with Getting Stronger since I was afraid Getting Started might get boring quickly. I may be giving myself too much credit though. I didn't want to make a bigger investment until I give the workout a try and see if I like it. I will definitely let you gals know what I think.
Enjoy your day at the beach today.
JulieI hope your trip is going well!
Eunice I hope you are feeling better!

This morning was 4DS kickbox for me. I am already changing this rotation a lot. It was supposed to be a 45 minute steady state run today and 4DS Kickbox tomorrow, but I didn't want to do a run so I did the kickbox instead. Now I'll just have to figure out what to do tomorrow! I did do the bicep and tricep work from Bootcamp last night and it was HARD! I had forgotten how heavy she goes with the weights in this series. I really thought my arms would be feeling it big time today but so far they aren't..... Very strange. Anyway, I hope you all have a great day!

Pam

Janie Good job on 4DS HIS chest and back. I found that the step work was hard to get in that one. Keep at it as it does get easier to do. Happy Aniversary to you and Joey, enjoy your day. You can get Reactin off the shelf, maybe they only sell it up here.

Pam You are right that it is easier to study when you enjoy what you are doing. It is really hot out your way. For us it is in the low 70s but they are calling for rain tomorrow and Saturday. Good job on 4DS Kickbox. Maybe just do some cardio for tomorrow. That is what I usually do when the rotation calls for a run.

It was Slide and Glide for me today. That is such a fun workout. I took tomorrow off as vacation so I will be able to get all the housework done and still have a weekend. I will now have time to get my studying done over the weekend too.

Have a great day.

Cheryl

PamYesterday was raining all day long and all night, today it was on and off, cold, freezing, but we are good inside the warm house... You guys always make me feel good, I think so, very true, I need face lifting or something like that, DH is younger then me, hahaha:p agree food is the hard part, I can eat very good from breakfast till dinner, still is better than it would be fast food but like today I cooked lasagna with lost of cheese:confused: I hope you did check the clip.. Good job doing 4DS Bootcamp, if it is easier that means that you are getting better just like the wine!! I haven't hear about that Horizontal conditioning workout, where did you hear that? I'm not with the strong and fit group anymore.

Cheryl Once I read something like that that what we ate before we start working out its hard to loose, but who knows I do believe that the body type play a good part my body is narrow my whole body specially my shoulders that's why I can't never have nice shoulders. Glad to see you here even if you didn't workout, is it today the first day of summer? wow!!! enjoy!

Janie Good job doing 4DFS HIS back/chest you are very impressive doing heavier than Cathe, strong lady!! love it. I think what you are doing with the cardio part is perfect, good on you! Sounds like a nice day for walk and you did enjoyed it... Congratulations!!!21 years together you said that easy but that is a good time together, felicidades!!!! So, what did you get this time with your gif certificate?

Pam I can't wait to hear your report on those workouts, but since I did got 2 others (NOT CATHE) and I never, ever used them I think I'm never ever going to try someone else besides Cathe, she keeps me moving, growling, and puffing, and on shape so I stay with her... for now!!! Oh the other day when you mentioned about the calve workout on 4DS I was going to tell you that one always get me too, and for a long time as well, I wonder why? enjoy your doms!!! You are to funny changing the rotation :p oh well, if it works it works, doesn't?

Cheryl Good job dong Slide & glide. Enjoy your day off too. Don't work in the house to much!

Well yesterday I wasn't feeling good, my throat was sore, itchy, and I had headache, so I didn't workout, Today I did disc 11 back/triceps and sense I wasn't feeling to good I didn't wanted to do anything else, hopefully tomorrow I feel better.
Have a great day everyone.:D:D

For the first time ever since I started my diet I truly got off track yesterday. I ate everything in site. I don't know why. I'm going to blame our 21st wedding anniversary today (it wasn't me, it was the chocolate that made me do it), yeah right:eek:. Yesterday I bought cheesecake and chocolate for our desert to help celebrate today's dinner (fish and seafood). Decided yesterday to just take one bite out of the chocolate sauce and after that I was eating everything in site.

This morning I woke up and was determined not to eat that sauce today, but will eat some cheesecake after dinner tonight (and that's all). I will not eat more than one piece, I will not eat and eat and eat. That should do it! LOL.:D

I'm so surprised that my GERD didn't act up on me. I'm also very grateful it didn't, otherwise I could have been in awful shape.

Will be doing a 4DS workout and will post that later tonight.

Pam, Great job on 4DS KB. It's OK to change rotation to fit YOU. I have KB tonight. Didn't do it yesterday because I just didn't feel like it, so whatever is on today's calender will do that as well tonight. Oh boy! Most likely will do double exercise and not double cardio though. I'm looking forward to hearing about the horizontal conditioning workouts.

Cheryl, Great job on S&G. Yeah, I like that one too, it is fun. Enjoy your cleanmax today and enjoy your weekend.

Eunice, Didn't receive the gift certificate yet, but will soon I'm sure. I don't know what I want yet. Still trying to decide. I'm so sorry you weren't feeling well yesterday. Great job on disc 11 back/triceps. Hope you feel better soon. (((hugs))).

Take care,

Janie

Eunice Even though it is the first day of summer here it isn't very warm. It is raining and dreary out. Sorry that you weren't feeling great but good for you to do disc 11 back and tricpets.

Janie Don't worry about getting off track with your diet. Sometimes when you don't treat yourself you do end up eating everything in sight. It is your anniversary so enjoy yourself and get back on track tomorrow.

It was Turbo Barre for me today. Yowza I forgot how good this workout was. It had been a while since I had done it. I was suppose to do Hiit 30/30 as well but I left that one for tomorrow to tack on with TBT LB. I also got all the housework done and some studying.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Cheryl

Well, I brought weights to the beach house. They are for the bar bell and weights you put together and it's not working out at all. It's a good thing I'm going home on Mon. and Tues. for appts. (will see doctor about my itching and cholesterol test) and shopping because I can bring the good ones (to the BH)all intact that you don't have to put together. That means no weight exercise for me until I get back, but I will do cardio. I guess I need the active recovery anyway. I just didn't plan it like that. Oh well. Tonight was no workout. I don't know why. I need to get back on track, darn it! No matter what, tomorrow has to be a cardio workout or even two.

Cheryl, Great job on Turbo Barre. Yep, I know. It's such a good one and challenging. Also good job on the house cleaning and studying.

Take care and have a good evening.

Janie

Sorry I haven't been able to post since Tuesday. My hotel didn't have free internet and most nights I didn't get back there anyway until 8:30 at night. I did get some workouts in. On Wednesday I did Turbo Barre Lower Body Express, Thursday was Travel Fit, and Friday was Kick Max Low Impact Kickbox. I flew home yesterday and then went out to eat with my parents and DH. This morning was Athletic Training and now I have to do some shopping. I did read all your posts and will get back on track posting on Monday for sure.

Eunice I can't believe you had an earthquake! I didn't even know Australia sat on a fault line.

Janie Happy Anniversary to you and Joey! That is so exciting and it is ok to splurge one day in celebration of that milestone.

Pam I sometimes have to rearrange Cathe's rotations too to fit my needs. I just figure they provide inspiration for me. Hope your calf DOMS are gone now. When I get them, they last for days.

Cheryl How exciting that you are just a few months away from being done with all that studying and being able to get certified. You have been very dedicated. I love that the instructor "hated you" during those plank kickbacks.

Have a great weekend!

Last night was our anniversary and we ate the cheesecake. I eliminated the sauce. It didn't taste that good anyway. However, had a hard time exercising. Couldn't concentrate on form. Gave it up I was so frustrated. Will be doing HiTT 30/30 tonight and can't wait! Will post it when I'm done.

Julie, Missed your posts, but hey, what can you do when you don't have internet? That's what happens some times. Forget about it. Hoping you can fit some fun time in there someplace. Great job on Wed. doing Turbo Barre Lower Body Express, and Thurs. Travel Fit and Fri. KM Low Impack Kickbox. Glad you made it safely home. Terrific job on this mornings AT. Was your trip successful?

Have a good one,

Janie

Janie Sorry that your barbell isn't working out for you but at least you can do some cardio. At least you can go home and get your other weights.

Today it was Hiit 30/30 and TBT LB. Wow sweat was dripping off of me at the end. After that it was studying and some running around.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Cheryl

Instead of doing 30/30 as planned I took advantage of our beautiful weather from rain all day to a fantastic sunny evening. Took two 45 min. speed walks on the beach. It was so lovely!

Cheryl, Great job on 30/30 and TBT LB. It could only be as you described. Good for your!

Janie

Janie So glad that you could take advantage of the beautiful weather. It was really nice here too yesterday until I wanted to BBQ. Then the skys opened up .

Today was yoga and since it was nice out I took advantage of that and rode my bike. My butt and thighs were still sore from yesterdays workout so it was a bit tough pedaling :D. After that it was more studying and just relaxing.

Have a great day.

Cheryl

Janie I know what you mean with the diet, sometimes that happen to me too, if I get off track it is so hard to get back, but you are doing such a good job so don't give up and get back on track..... I'm glad that you had a great anniversary cheese cake sounds good! good thing is only once per year!! I hope your weights are working now!;)

Cheryl Good job doing TB and TBT LB those are tough ones good for you! Also for doing yoga and riding your bike! I'm glad you got the chance to post too.

JulieI'm glad you are back!!! miss you girl! Good job doing your workouts too, TBE, TF, Kick max, and for doing Athletic Training that's what I did saturday I love that workouts!! Relax and enjoy being back home too! Nether do I, and I don't think Aussies didn't know that either!:p But we had being through so many in California:eek::eek:

Pam I hope you are doing good!!

Saturday I did Athletic Training I love that workout, is one of my favorites one from the series, today I'm going to start the last week of meso 2, I cannot believe that 2 months are gone already! Awwww we have 14 weeks left here :( its going to be sad!!!!:(
Have a great day everyone...

OK I'm back, I did disc 22 chest/triceps/shoulders+ abs no equipment I love this workout meso 2 week 4 we did drop sets for shoulders and ay ay ay.... I think being a little sick during the weekend make me weak today it was pretty tough to keep up with my weight but managed even if I finished after Cathe, also at the beginning we did pushups.
So I was thinking that I have next meso 3 how can I mix things up? you know should I mix meso 3 and meso 2 now? or do meso 3 double the week? any ideas?????
Good night!

Cheryl Great job on S&G, that is a fun one and a little sneaky as it seems really easy at first but then gets a bit more intense. I'm glad you got to take Friday off so that you could have a real weekend and not just spend it cleaning and studying!

Eunice Oh ick, cold and rain is the worst. I would rather have snow than really cold rain. I'm glad that you are staying warm and toasty in the house though! OMG, you are too funny, you are nowhere near needing a face lift! Look at that pretty face! How much younger is DH than you? My DH and I are the same age, but he looks SO young, it's disgusting! OMG, I LOVE lasagne with lots of cheese, that is one of my favorite winter meals. And it is better than fast food or processed foods or something like that. I saw something about Horizontal Conditioning on the old Cathletes group. I rarely look at it anymore, but for some reason I did and there was a discussion about the Horizontal conditioning workouts, so of course I had to check them out and next thing I knew I was ordering one!
I still have some other non-Cathe workouts that I really like and do when I am between rotations or something. Cathe is still my favorite of course, but I like to switch it up every so often. Yes, my calves were hurting for a few days from the 4DS calf workout. Ouch!
I hope you are feeling better now. Great job on disc 11!

Janie Don't beat yourself up about getting off track on your diet, we all have those days. As long as it is only occasionally then you should just put it behind you and move on! I'm happy that it didn't make your GERD act up!

Cheryl Great job on TB. That one always surprises me how fast it goes by, especially since it is a long one too. Great job getting all of the housework and some studying done too!

Janie Sorry to hear that your weights didn't owkr out for the beach house. Sounds like you are making the best of the situation though. Oh I do hope that the Dr is able to figure out what is going on with your itching!

Julie Great job keeping up with your workouts while you were traveling. I hope that the trip went well. I hate it when the hotels charge for wireless! Great job on AT too!

Cheryl Great job on Hiit 30/30 and TBT LB! Wow!

Janie Yea! How nice to get some speed walks on the beach on a lovely day. Great job!

Cheryl Great job on yoga and riding your bike there! I'm glad it was nice enough for a ride.

Eunice Great job on AT. I love that one too! Great job on disc 22 also and NE abs! Wow! I love the drop sets! Sorry it was tough but I do think that is pretty normal after being sick. Great job on keeping up the weight anyway! Hmm...if you want to mix things up, you could do the first week of meso 3, then then first week of meso 2, then the second week of each, or something like that maybe....? IDK, just I thought!

Sorry for being MIA for awhile, we had another crazy weekend. Friday morning was the day that I moved the 45 minute steady state run to, but of course I didn't want to do a run. My Horizontal Conditioning workout came on Thursday, so on Friday morning I did Mindy's Down and Dirty step and then one of the HC workouts. The step video is 40 minutes and the HC was 20 so it gave me an hour. The HC was tough, but I did the whole thing without taking a break, so I was happy that I didn't get the getting started one. It's very different. There is no music, she just walks you though the exercises. A lot of plank and pushup variations...pushups while hold one leg in the air and stuff like that. She would through something else in between to rest the core and then go back to it. I'm not sure what I think of it yet, I'll try the other workout on the video sometime this week maybe. Then we took Friday afternoon off work and drove to Pennsylvania. My BIL has a granite business and he is doing the granite for our basement, so we took the templates up to him so that he can cut it. We went this weekend because they were having a concert that his company was one of the sponsors for. on Saturday night. It was Crosby, Stills and Nash and they set the stage up on the beach right on the water. It was the perfect night for it and the show was really good. It was so much fun being barefoot in the sand for the show! Then we drove home yesterday, so it was whirlwind weekend! This morning was PUB and I finally remembered to do the core work first. This is the first time that I ALMOST made it through all of the pikes. I still couldn't do the last 2 or the last set of holding one leg up. Maybe next time. I am supposed to do 40/20 today too, so will try to do that when I get home tonight. Have a great day ladies!

Pam

This morning I woke up early compared to the last week. This is the first time I got to wake up at my normal 3:45 since last Tuesday. I did the Afterburn premix of the first 5 intervals only. I was a sweaty, huffy puffy mess by the end and wondered how I have made it through the entire thing before. I will be starting Meso 3 this week and am going to try to do plyo legs and the squat rack legs so I am trying to go a little lighter on my cardio.

Janie Great job on those speed walks and taking full advantage of the beautiful weather. That sounds much more fun than 30/30 anyway! My trip was successful in that I made it to where I needed to go and got home safely. That was what I was most nervous about so I am glad it is over.

Cheryl Wow! Way to double up on 30/30 and TBT LB! I can only imagine the DOMS from that double header! Great job though on getting on that bike and riding to yoga even with a sore bum and thighs. Hope you have found some more time to enjoy the weather. Do you do your studying outside when it is nice?

Eunice Great job on Athletic Training (guess great minds think alike since we both did the same workout on Saturday)! Great job on disc 22 plus NE abs even with feeling a little weak from being sick over the weekend. Hmmm! I am not sure how you could spice up meso 3. Have you ever tried doing the plyo legs and squat rack together (on separate days but you know what I mean)? Doubling up sounds tough. Whatever you decide, will be good!

Pam Wow! You did have a crazy weekend but it sounds like you got a lot done and had a great time at the concert. Great job on getting those workouts in too with Mindy’s Down & Dirty and trying out the HC one. Those pushups with 1 leg off the ground sound tough. Do you just keep the leg up in the air during the whole pushup? Great job on PUB and doing those abs first. I always forget about the holding the leg in the air part and usually have started to come off the ball already. Sometimes I hurry up and get back on but usually I am like no way.

Have a great day!

A walk in the forest with my little doggy and did 30/30 today. I'm a wonderful sweaty mess. Now to lose those couple of pounds and begin again where I left off.

Cheryl, It figures it would rain while you were BBQ. Great job on yoga and bike riding.

Eunice, Great job on Sat. AT, I love that one too. I think once you get back to the states things will just roll right into place for you. I know leaving a place you called home for so long will be missed though and a little sad. Great job on disc 22 chest, triceps, shoulders and abs no equip. Sounds like you had a really good workout. Love those days. And for keeping up with your weight and those push ups. You could do the July rotation for something different and continue to make your body guess what is coming next. Then go back to STS. Just a thought.

Pam, Decided not to see the doctor about the itching. It seems like it's getting better. If it continues down the road, I'll make another appt. No problem for being MIA, life has a way of doing that. Sounds like the Horizontal Conditioning might be worth getting. I'll wait for more of your reviews before I do that though. How nice to have a family member do the some granite work for you. I bet it's beautiful. It sounds like Sat. was very enjoyable with Crosby, Stills and Nash. Especially by the water. How wonderful is that?!? Great job on PUB this morning and remembering to do the core work first. I envy you being able to do Pikes.

Julie, Great job on this morning's Afterburn prem. Love the sweat, means you are doing a terrific job. It's a tough workout. Glad you are home safely from your trip. Yea!

Take care ladies,

Janie

Julie I seem to have missed your post on Saturday, I don't know how I did that . Good for you in getting some workouts in while you were away. I don't have much longer to go before I am certified (I just need to pass the exam first ). I was so happy hearing my instructor telling me that she hated me, it made me feel really good. She also told me the next week that she was sore for a couple of days after doing my workout YES!!!!. Wow you are going to do both the plyo and squat rack legs  let me know how your legs feel afterwards. I know I had major DOMS in my legs after my weekend workout. I would love to do my studying outside when it is nice but I get too many interruptions from the neighbours so it is hard to concentrate. It will be hard to be inside when it is nice out but that will be the only way I could get any studying done.

Eunice Good job on Athletic Training that is a fun workout and disc 22. The 14 weeks will go by fast especially when you need to start packing everything up again.

Pam It was nice having Friday off so I could get things done and still have a weekend. I wish every week was only 4 days. Let me know what you think of the HC workouts after you try the other one. It sounds totally different from Cathe. Handy that you BIL has his own granite business. What a cool place to see a concert right on the beach. The abs in PUB are still hard even when you do them first aren't they :D. Good job for remembering because it is so easy just to stick in the DVD and just let it play from the beginning.

Janie It was a nice day for a walk today. Good job on doing 30/30 too. Yes the sky just opened up as soon as I wanted to BBQ, I couldn't believe how hard it was raining.

Today I was going to do Athletic Training but because it was nice out all the neighbours were out so it took me a while to get inside. By that time I was hungry so by the time I made dinner and then cleaned up it was too late to get a workout in. This is one reason why I don't like to leave it till the afternoon. So my brother has become a Triathalon Official and he needs help with an upcoming triathalon on July 8th. So I will be on the bike course as a marshall. I need to be there by 5:30am  but I will get a spiffy race shirt for doing it. Nice thing is that it will be over by noon so I will have some time to myself in the afternoon.

Have a great day everyone.
