We didn't do much, but it doesn't matter because we did a little bit of both, we pay 3 credit cards and we did a little bit of going places, so I'm happy with that... Actually I haven't had a good weekend and week, I feel so down and I'm dragging my workouts, like today I was about to quit in the middle of the workout but I just kept pushing, I thought to my self "at least is not tri-sets and next week I will take a rest week"..Good job doing 4DS HIS + weights, you did awesome I think for you to be able to match Cathe you had to take a longer rest if you wanted to use those heavy weights, if I remember right that workout move pretty fast so you get fatigue very fast too, good for the pushups on your toes.

If I had to do back to back days I wouldn't do that, but when you are hot and full of energy, adrenaline and a little crazy you would go ahead and do it in the same morning

CherylI'm glad we still have you around, we knew that you were busy with school and work, and once you get over with you'll get back to normal. Today I did disc 12 legs is the last disc of week 4 meso 1 next week is the last week of meso 2 I think I'm going to take a recovery weeks then I'll do meso 3, I haven't be really good with diet so I don't think I have changed a thing,

I did gain strength for sure but I still need to drop at least 3-5 pounds of fat, and to be honest I don't know how


I know what to eat, but I haven't be good in the kitchen and also I had some bad weeks too, so I think I need to figure things too, we have 3 months to go and I don't feel like I belong here anymore and I haven't pay attention to things in the house I need to wake up and do things the right way.
