Strength in Numbers

Tonight for me was AT. I can tell that these next couple of weeks are going to be fat burners and perhaps muscle building prep. OMG! Love it so far.

Cheryl, I'm glad that there is role playing to learn how to handle the stress from people who are not interested. Great job on that and also the housework and gardening. Enjoy your Mother's day family get together.

Eunice, Great job on Friday's CCC. Supporting your hubby as you did was nice to please him. Sounds like you had a wonderful time. Wine can sometimes creep up and then all of a sudden you had enough. Or maybe more than you should have. Still it doesn't happen all the time and sounds like you might have enjoyed it. I think someone was filling the cup for you during the night. Don't worry you will continue with your health and fitness, it's was just the one night.

Cheryl, Great job on this mornings yoga and riding your bike and had time for gardening after the guests left. Enjoy your sleep in tomorrow.

Cheryl For sure we are gone have to go to visit before anything else happen, but you know my DH its kind of crazy and sometimes I follow him. Oh yes, when we get back DH family are planing on a vacation to Disney World they want to go in Dic because is less crowded..... So deadly, deadly, I felt so bad but oh well it was a learning experience to stay awake and pay attention. Good job doing yoga and riding your bike sounds really nice, I'm glad you got to enjoyed. Today was disc 13 chest/shoulders/triceps and abs P90X I did pretty good, then was cleaning Max.... hate those days but they have to be done..

Julie Great job on LISLIC, glad to hear that you are starting to get that 4th combo down. You're right about that blast at the end, it seems like it just keeps going! I like the part of the wedding video with the vertical step the best too. Thanks for the Mother's Day wishes. Do your doggies get you mother's day cards? :D How was the wedding? Janie I hope that you had a nice mother's day! Oh, how nice that you got those lovely walks on the beach! Nothing like it! I'm not sure when you will see the photo! I went Thursday night but they hadn't been sandblasted yet, so I'm hoping that by tonight they will be. Then I will have to put some clear glass powder over the top of them and re-fire them so that they are shiny again once they have been sandblasted. So if all goes well, I can put the powder on them tonight and then go back on Thursday to see the results. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
I think you did wish me happy birthday back when I had my birthday, it was the beginning of April, I just missed the celebration with my girlfriend's because I was in Lisbon, so we celebrated a month late. Thanks for the song though ! :D

Cheryl You have a lot going on right now with your PT training so I think everyone understands when you aren't able to post too often. Oh boy, sorry that your Tuesday session was so stressful, it sounds like she planned it to be though! I'm glad it was a good learning experience and it will help you to be confident when you have to deal with that type of a client. so did she say if she gets a lot of disinterested clients? It seems kind've crazy doesn't it, if you are paying for a PT? I remember though when i was teaching classes there were a lot of people that would come to class but wouldn't really work hard and didn't want to work hard. It was like they thought just by being in the room they were getting the benefit. I never really understood that. :confused: Oh boy, so glad to hear you got some nice weather and were able to dust off the shorts!

Eunice We have several WHBMs near us, there is one in every mall, so about 4 within a pretty short distance. I shop in the store and online. It's nice because if you want to return something you got online you can return it at the store. It looks like my friend Julie is going to shart the ab dvd with me, so i will be all set there and you don't need to worry about making a copy. Thanks for the offer though! when does Rachel run in districts? That is really really exciting! Sorry about your weather, I think that rainy and cold is the worst! That's funny that you forgot about the candy, ooops! :eek:
Oh good for you doing CCC on Friday!!! i saw the picture on FB from your formal dinner, it is such a nice picture. I think sometimes it is bad when the cups are so small because you drink it so fast and then it doesn't seem like you are drinking so much. It sounds like you had someone helping you out too by filling and filling your glass. Sorry you weren't feeling well the next day, but I hope you had fun at the dinner.

Cheryl Great job on yoga and riding your bike there. That first bike ride of the season feels so good, doesn't it? It sounds like you had a really nice day with your BbQ and yard work too! How nice that you get a bonus sleep in day too, enjoy!

Saturday morning for me was STS total body and I am still sore in the booty from those dixie cup lunges. Ouch! Yesterday was my day off and this morning was Cardio super sets. I did the CSS extreme pre-mix where she repeats several of the rounds twice. I'm not sure how many, I lost count! I had sweat dripping out of my hair afterwards, so I'd say I got a good workout in! The tea on saturday was really nice, it was outside in the backyard at my mom's ministers house. She has a beautiful yard on a little pond and it was a gorgeous day. That night we took my mom, sister and 2 niece's to a Japanese steak house for dinner. They had never been to one with the hibachi grill before and they loved it. The chef we had was really good too so it was a lot of fun. We had a nice dinner with my MIL and SIL and her family yesterday. The weekend went by way too fast though! have a great day!

This weekend was extremely busy. It started off Friday night with the rehearsal for DH’s brother’s wedding. Then Saturday morning, I did Total Body Trisets Total Body Premix, the long version and then had to quick shower and get ready for the wedding. We left for the wedding at 10:30 in the morning and didn’t get home until almost 7:30. Sunday I woke up to the lovely surprise of my washer not working. We have 1 week left on our extended warranty thank goodness and my neighbors were extremely gracious and let us use their washing machine. I also spent a good hour and half weeding my flower beds in the front yard. I did get to spend a little time yesterday relaxing though. This morning I did Athletic Step and was really feeling it.

Janie I hope the roof leak didn’t cause too much damage. Great job on walking on your beach while you were at the beach house! Great job on Athletic Training too! I think the Low Impact Series was meant to be a fat burner. Most of the workouts seem to be in the metabolic training mode.

Cheryl Oh boy that sounded like your instructor threw you a curve ball with acting disinterested. That seems odd that any client paying for your services would be disinterested. I certainly wouldn’t pay for something that I wasn’t interested in. Great job on yoga and riding your bike there. Your weather sounds beautiful!

Eunice Great job on CCC! If you do CCC and Afterburn in the same week, don’t do them two days in a row. That would be killer for sure! Oh boy that red wine really did you in didn’t it. Well I’m glad you went to the dinner with your DH. I’m sure it made him happy that you went. Your day after the dinner sounded like mine after the wedding. I didn’t drink at the wedding but I didn’t have any water either from 10 in the morning until we got home. I woke up Sunday with a horrible headache that I think was from being dehydrated. Great job on disc 13, abs, and CleanMax! That’s what I hope to do this weekend. We have been doing the everyday cleaning but really need to get down deep in some areas.

Pam Great job on STS TB and CSS Extreme! I think I did that one once. It certainly makes it much tougher than the regular workout. That is one of the things I love about Cathe’s DVDs. You get a regular workout and then with all the premixes, you usually get shorter/easier ones and longer/harder ones. A lot of bang for your buck! I’m glad you had a great time for mother’s day weekend with your family. And it was great that the weather cooperated. No my babies do not get me anything for mother’s day. Sometimes my mom will get me a mother’s day card from them but since I didn’t get a chance to see her this weekend, she didn’t get me one. The wedding was really nice. They did a ring warming during the ceremony that was pretty neat. They passed the rings around to all the guests and asked them to say a blessing over the rings before they put them on. The rings made it back to them just as the minister was asking for them. It was perfect timing. I’ll try to stop by the post office tonight to send off the DVD.

These LIS are pretty much drenching workouts. Tonight for me as well. I went one time to a Japanese dinner. I was different and loved it. Glad you had time with your family this weekend, that's always so nice. Loved the cat and it helping with the push ups. LOL Thank you for sharing.

Julie, My O My you were busy! With the wedding rehearsal TBT Prem. the long version, and the actual wedding. I bet it was beautiful. I know all about washer and dryers machines not working.:confused: Glad you still had your warranty to use. After all that you found time to garden? You are amazing. Really. Great job on this morning's AS. We put a new roof on the first month we bought our Beach house. But during that time, it leaked and had to do some major repair. We are almost done with it.

I saw that Julie was going to send you the dvd so nice of her I hope at least you like it if not I'm going to be in trouble:confused: I'm not sure when the district will be but I'll let you guys know when that happen. DH said that because I'm not use to drink two glasses of wine would do me, he said that the little ones were maybe one regular glass:confused: I think this time I stayed longer at the party because we were talking about exercising and running, what they do, what I do, and stuff like that talking about that made me forgot about the time.:eek:
Good job doing STS total body and those DOMS, and also for doing CSS extreme pre-mix wow! it does sound like a very tough one it was longer too? Sounds like your weekend was busy but fun one and better with a nice weather really nice of you for taking your relatives to a nice restaurant.

The video for Julie was really cute, I got to see the sleeping dog too, pretty funny!!!

JanieGood job doing LIC Express short but sweet.. Don't you just hate that when you finally got done with the cleaning the next day it does look like if you haven't clean the house in ages? well, maybe not that bad for you since you don't have little ones but for my self its bad some times.

Today I did legs disc 14, OMG I can feel it all ready I did all my squats 6 sets of them with 60Lb "I hope" tomorrow I have DOMS, today my upper body is sore, very tough to get undressed my chest bones hurt as well and my shoulders too, yay a!!!! I like that... also I did some grocery shopping, I lost most of my morning getting papers or bills straight I hate the way how they charge rent they do it every 4 weeks or so, every month its in a diff day so today I was looking for April's bill, because we were missing that payment hate it!!! actually what had happen is that I pay May rent instead of April rent...

Julie Great job fitting TBT in with your busy busy weekend. I hope that you had a lot of fun at the wedding. It was quite the long day! That is such a bummer about your washer, but thankfully it was just in the nick of time! You were lucky, usually that stuff happens one week AFTER the warranty expires! Great job getting some weeding in too.
I know, I think it is so amazing all of the workout options we have with Cathe's regular workouts, and all of the premixes just multiply your choices. Of course there is the workout manager as well, maybe I will start using it more often, but you really don't need to with all of the choices she gives you. They are so professionally done too. I have another dvd from Tracy Staehle that has pre-mixes. I did one of them once and it was really choppy and not easy to follow at all. Nothing like cathe's! The ring warming sounds so cool, I have never heard of that before but I really like it. It is cool that the timing worked out so well with it too.
No rush on the dvd, it's really nice of you to send it.

Janie Great job on LiC premix. I haven't tried that mix yet. I still have no news on the sconces with the sandblasting. I went last night but they were not back yet. Her husband took them to sandblast and will be bringing them back when they are done. She feels pretty confident that it will do the trick though. I'm hoping to be able to go to Thursday nights' class and they will be ready, but she said to call first to make sure. I did bring the one home that is finished and didn't have the issue, so I will try to remember to take a photo of it. That's ok, I don't mind 2 birthday songs as long as I don't have 2 birthdays in one year!

Eunice yes, we have too many nice stores near us and then of course with the online shopping I think my DH would prefer that it wasn't so convenient! :p Wow, it sounds like you got a great deal on that dress, I hope that you love it! That is nice that you were talking about things that were interesting for you at the party, it makes the time go by much faster. Yes, the cSS pre-mix extreme is 65 minutes. I think that the regular workout is just over 40 minutes so it adds quite a bit of time to it.
Great job on disc 14 and those heavy squats! Ouch ouch ouch, how are your legs doing?! It sounds like you had some good upper body DOMs too, great job! Oh man, I don't like paying bills. It is a big drag when something gets messed up with them too, sorry about that. :( Hopefully it is all straightened out now. That is strange that they do it on a different day every month....:confused:

This morning for me was IMAX 2. I was kind've distracted during the workout and thinking about other stuffs and the jeannie hops went by without me even noticing them too much. I guess that needs to be my trick from now on, think about other things! I hope everyone is having a great day!

This morning was Cycle Max. It has been a long, long time since I did that one. I was a little afraid I might get saddle sore from not having been on the bike in so long but so far so good. I realized when I was reading your replies that I messed up. I didn’t do Athletic Step yesterday, I did Athletic Training. My mind must have been too tired to remember what I did.

Janie Great job on the LICh Premix #4! Yeah, I was really proud of myself for doing the weeding. I hate weeding. DH has been telling me that the front needed to be weeded for over a month now and I kept putting it off. He told me he would help but he didn’t want to do it on Sunday, he wanted to wait until this Saturday. I told him I was actually in the mood to do it so I better do it now otherwise Saturday would come and I find another excuse to skip it. Hopefully your roof repairs will get those leaks stopped.

Eunice Great job on disc 14 and those 60 pound squats! That is really awesome and I have a feeling you will be feeling it today! No dancing at the wedding. They didn’t have a big reception. After the wedding, everyone went to the hall next to the church and we had cake and the only dances were the couple’s first dance and the dance with the bride and her father and the groom and his mother. It wasn’t an open dance floor. Probably a good thing because there is a reason I don’t do dancey workout videos—I don’t have rhythm!

Pam What a cute video! When we first got Ozzie, I shut him in my exercise room the first couple mornings until we were comfortable letting him loose. Those mornings I stuck to riding my spin bike and the first morning, he kept biting at my feet as I pedaled away. Didn’t hurt and made me laugh because he was so silly. Great job on Imax 2! I let my mind drift on a lot of the core moves which is not good because it loses that mind-muscle connection but with cardio it sure does help get past those hard repetitive/endless moves. Yes, I was thrilled to find out we still had a week on the warranty. My neighbor said maybe we would get lucky and they would have to replace the whole thing but I’ll just be happy if they fix it!

I have a secret that I want you all to know. I was so ashamed that I couldn't tell you about it. I have to come clean now. Here goes; Last year starting in the Fall I started gaining a lot of weight. So much so that by January just before I asked Cathe to help me, I weighed 168 pounds. Border line obese.:eek::mad::eek: I mislead you all to thinking I was a lot healthier than that. I'm so sorry.:confused: The last photos you saw of me I had lost 25 pounds. I now weigh 137 pounds today and lost a total of 31 pounds. If you are still listening to me then I'm grateful. My first goal was to weigh 135 pounds, but it has changed and my goal now is to weigh 125 pounds. I'm so close. I feel so awful I can't hardly stand myself by not telling you sooner, just I was so embarrassed. I felt that if I wanted to continue on my road to success I needed to tell you. Hope you all can forgive me.:( I'll be doing Low Impact Total Body Trisets Upper Body Split tonight. When I'm done I'll post it. UPDATE: Did Low Impact TBTUB Split. Tomorrow lower body.

Eunice, Great job on legs disc 14. 60 pounds doing squats is fantastic! Very proud of you. I bet you do get DOM's tomorrow. Sounds like the way they have renting is very confusing. Hope all is good.

Pam, I'm looking forward to seeing your sconces in a photo. I bet they will be awesome. Great job on IMAX2. Distractions from workouts are allowed. :)

Pam Well Pam thanks to you today I got a kick on my butt:confused: I did the CSS Extreme Premix wow! it was good I wasn't sweating as you did but I started to workout with a sweater and after a little bit I was hot and sweating. My legs are ok, pretty sore my butt got deep DOMS and my quads too, so I guess my legs and butt are just where there supposed to be.:p out in town is worse I think some pay rent every 2 weeks, I really hate how they do bill people. I will let you know how the dress work I thought that the 10% would work but it doesn't on clearance:mad: Great job doing IMAX2 distracted is good if it make jeannie hops feel like fun..

Today I had to follow Pam I did Cardio Super sets extreme I think I need to make up my mind I don't know if I loved it or just like it, the only thing was awful was doing double of the plank/knees :confused: that one hurts but I did like to do double moving planks/push ups not the super woman push ups the second time I did only pushups almost all of them on my toes but the last 4 on my knees my core is feeling it now, good thing!!
We found out how much its going to cost us to take Sam with us $2500.00 we better start saving.

Julie Great job on CM! Hmmm...I haven't done that one in awhile either. I'm glad to hear you didn't get saddle sore, I usually do when I haven't been on the bike in awhile and that is no fun. I used to have a gel seat that I would put over my bike seat but I don't know where that went. That's funny that you said the wrong workout, great job on AT! :D
How cute that Ozzie would bite your feet while you were pedaling, that had to be kind've distracting! :p Butters has started coming to visit me during my stretches again. Somehow he always knows when I am on the floor doing stretches and comes in and starts rubbing against me and flipping over for belly rubs. I hope you have a functional washer soon!

Janie Awwwwww...bit hugs to you. I'm sorry that you felt ashamed and embarrassed :( I'm so happy though with all of the positive change that you have made and the incredible progress you have made in such a short time. You should be so proud of yourself. Not only have you lost 31 (!) pounds, but you have gained muscle and lost fat. of course we are still listening to you, if there is anywhere that you know you can come for support it is here. We all love you and want the best for you so I'm so happy with all of the positive things that are happening for you now! You need to forgive yourself, it makes me sad to think that you were so down. I know that you will continue on your road to success!

Eunice You're welcome, I'm more than happy to be responsible for your butt kicking. I love the way you described feeling like you are sitting on 2 tennis balls. That makes it hard to sit down, you have to keep shifting around! Great job on CSS Extreme premix! I'm with you, I wasn't too happy about having to do that first set of pushups again, but I don't mind the traveling plank ones. Paying rent every 2 weeks is nutty, it sounds like the system is a little strange there! Did you order the dress? So this morning for me was Muscle max. I have been having to drag myself out of bed in the morning lately and it's always harder for me when it's a weight workout on the calendar, but this is a good one and it went by quickly. I usually go a little lighter than Cathe does on biceps but I made myself match her today and I was able to do them all, so I guess I don't get to slack off the next time! Well ladies, I hope you are all having a great day!

This morning was Turbo Barre. I am still amazed at how fast that 74 minutes go by but that still doesn’t help make it an easy workout!

Janie Great job on TBTUB! Gotta love those pushup variations! There is no need to be ashamed. You never told us your weight, we never asked, no big deal. I don’t feel you led me on to think you were in better shape than you were. I guess I wouldn’t assume what kind of shape someone is in based on what they weigh anyway. There are people in the normal weight range who are not in good shape and there are people above the normal weight range who are fit and healthy. Please don’t feel bad about not sharing everything here. I come on here to share my love for the workouts I do with people who understand. I enjoy that for the most part we (in this group) focus on enjoying our workouts and don’t spend too much time on the other aspects like what the scale or measuring tape says or what the right or wrong types of food to eat are. I’ve lurked on other check-in groups before and some of them do focus on the whole spectrum and that is not what I am looking for me. If you want to discuss those things to help keep you accountable, I am here to listen. But, I don’t expect you to tell me something you don’t want to and I wouldn’t want you to expect me to share things I don’t want to. I don’t know if that helped but please know I am not upset in the slightest by not knowing what you weighed before and what you weigh now. I am happy for you that you have lost the weight since that was your goal and I will be here to support you as you continue on your journey as well.

Eunice Great job on Cardio Supersets! I am doing that tomorrow but I will be doing the premix that includes the step bonus section. We’ll see what I say tomorrow but I do remember thinking I like the pushup variation exercises in Afterburn better than CSS. Great job for doing as many pushups on your knees as you could! Oh my goodness! $2500 is crazy! I can’t believe it costs that much. I know I am different in that I think of my dogs as my kids so to me they are basically asking for $2500 for me to take my child back home with me. Ok, I’ll stop ranting about that now and just say that Sam is very lucky to have you guys spend that much on him so he can be with you. Do you have a foam roller to roll out those tennis balls from your glutes?!

Pam Great job on dragging yourself out of bed to do Muscle Max! That is always a favorite with me. That is awesome that you challenged yourself on your biceps. Makes you feel so good the rest of the day! I think the reason I was ok with CM and not getting sore is because you really do spend a lot of time out of the saddle during that workout. Hmm! I wonder if Butters is secretly watching you and then comes out to keep you company when it is stretch time. That is so cute that he does that. It would be distracting for me and I would probably spend more time rubbing his belly than stretching!

Pam You know I was thinking that maybe doing that one it would help to vanish some of the DOMS on my butt, I'm not sure it did though, good thing today I have back/biceps so my legs can get a rest. And some many other weird thing they have here that I won't start it because I still like Australia and if I have to come back aging I would do it in a heart bit. No, I haven't place the order but I will soon I'm just a little bit worried about the sizing my body is weird but I might just have to do it, I was between the jeans or the dress? probable the dress. hahaha!!!! I thought that you were dancing the jeannie hoops, with the rocky arms!:p I think it depends on how big the dog is? or maybe because they come to our house to take him and they pick him up from LA Airport? I think Kenny is going to ask how much it would be to send him to Texas so my in-laws can keep him till we get back, since we won't have a place for him to stay, the hotel rooms, not good. Good job doing Muscle Max that one was my first one ever, and I just love the variety but I haven't done it in so long, good for matching Cathe!!! see you can match her all of the time.

No, I don't have a foam roller, so funny because I was sitting on my bed doing some reading and I kept looking at my butt to see on what I was sitting over because it felt so weird, so I had to shift while sitting:confused: I'm doing a lot better I'm walking Sam in the morning and that helped to loose them up.


Today I have upper body back/biceps I'll get bad latter to update. I'm checking in early today its my busy day of the week. Update I did disc 15 back/biceps it was a good workout I did went up with my weight!!! yayay!! my arms were shaking and my back was feeling awesome, I was very tired but still did abs P90X I almost chicken out but I didn't...

Did the Lower Impact lower Body prem. Whew! I did all the modifications they recommended. Could not for the life of me keep up with Cathe at all in this workout.:confused:
My GERD has been acting up ever since I told you I got nauseous doing certain exercises.(by the way it's a challenge to find another way other than bending to do my exercises) I gave my doctor a message at Group Health and she told me she will set up an appt. with the specialist. Hopefully within a couple of weeks (wish sooner). I'm going to talk to them about the LINX to see if I can opt for that. It's a device made of titanium beads that are linked together to take the shape of a small bracelet. Each of these beads contains a magnetic core that attracts it to the beads next to it. Using a surgical technique called laparoscopy, the LINX device is placed around the esophagus in the area of the Lower Esophageal Sphincter. Once in place, the magnetic attraction between the beads supports the esophagus by letting food enter and closing back up so the acid from the stomach doesn't leak out. Yeah, gross. It is FDA approved.

Thank you everyone for your support on my lack of accountability. I'm so relieved. Eunice, it's OK, you have nothing to apologize for. I respect your honesty and will do better.

, Great job on Cardio Super sets extreme. You are getting so strong, plank/knees sounds like a challenge. Also you are stronger on the push ups they throw out at you. Good for you! Just think of Sam as a child and that's that. He's lucky to have you guys.

Janie Good job on all of your workouts. You are doing great. You don't need to be ashamed of your secret. You are doing awesome in losing 31 pounds so far. You don't need to be embarrased either. We are here for you whether you tell us things right away or later on down the road.

Eunice Disney World would be fun. I have been to Disneyland many times but never Disney World, maybe one day. Good job on all of your workouts and clean max too.

Pam It happens quite a bit to have a client come in who doesn't want to be there. You have a 24 hour cancellation policy so they come in even if they really aren't into it that day because they would have to pay anyway. They could have had a really bad sleep or other things going on that zaps their energy and they would rather be at home or in bed. The first bike ride of the season does feel really good. Too bad it is suppose to be raining for this Sunday. Good job on your workouts. That was a great video of the cat.

Julie You really did have a busy weekend. I hate it when something breaks down, but at least it is still under warranty. Your neighbors are nice to let you use their washing machine. When there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and you are not having a good day you would be disinterested if you were only there because you didn't have enough time to cancel. I have been told that this is quite common.

It is really hard keeping up with the posts after missing a couple of days. Anyway I am struggling to get up in the mornings :mad:. I got up and tried to do MMA Boxing but my energy level was not there, so to make up for it I made myself walk the mile and a half to the train station to at least get something in. I know afternoons will not work especially since the weather is getting nicer out. I am going to try gettin up 10 minutes earlier to wake up more and hopefully that will help it is so fustrating.

This morning was the Cardio Supersets + Step Bonus premix. I like adding that step bonus premix on there. It makes it a little over an hour and adds a little more variety in there. Ok, who else is super excited that filming is done, they are already editing and will be sending the workouts to the duplicator in the next 2 weeks!!!!!!

Eunice Great job on disc 15 + adding on those abs! I love that you are increasing your weights. You are amazing! I think CSS in the original 48 minute version is like Afterburn lite but when you add the step bonus on it pumps it up to be more on Afterburn’s level, well maybe not that high but closer! That is too funny that you kept checking to see what you were sitting on. Instead of a foam roller you could use actual tennis balls to give yourself a little massage to loosen things up. Walking does help get this DOMS loose too.

Janie Great job on TBT Lower Body! Is that the first time you have done that one? I go a little slower on the first two versions of the Dixie cup lunges than Cathe and crew and usually have to pause to get a full rest in there before moving on. The 1-legged cross over squat is tough on the balance but I can tell it works. I’m glad you’re looking into that surgery. I hope it works because I can’t imagine having to be careful about how I exercise because of nausea.

Cheryl Good for you for getting a walk in to the train station. I hope getting up 10 minutes earlier helps do the trick for you. If not, maybe you could just do 30-40 minute premixes from workouts or even just get up at the time you want but use that time to walk to the train station. Ah, I see now how someone would be disinterested. I was thinking about someone being disinterested because there were being forced to be there against their will, like someone being forced into rehab or something.

Julie great job on yesterdays TB! I am the same way with that workout, it just seems to fly by. I do do some whining while it's flying though :rolleyes: Thanks for the encouragement on the biceps, I do think I have a tendency to cheat it a little with biceps so I have decided I need to stop doing that. My DH thinks that Butters can tell by the sound when I'm done with the workout. Hard to say though. I do have a hard time not just stopping to pet him though. I usually try to pet him as much as possible while still doing the stretching.

Eunice Hmmmm, there is a lot of leg work in CSS so i can see that it probably wouldn't help those DomS too much. I'm glad your butt had a rest day in there though :p That's ok, it's understandable that you can love Australia but not necessarily some of the customs or processes. I have been there a couple of times but only for short visits and only to Sydney, but really liked it too. I was excited to get an email from WHBM with a code to save 10% that I was going to send you, but then saw that it was for full priced items only. Boo! Oh yes, I'm sure the pick up and delivery service has a lot to do with the price for transporting the dog. I know when we have had to travel with our pets domestically it was a flat charge of like $50 or $75, but I'm sure it is a lot higher for international. It doesn't seem right though. You're right, you wouldn't be able to keep him in a hotel very well so that will be good if your in-laws can take him. I'm not sure I can match Cathe all of the time, but I need to try!

I like that pre-mix better than the CSS Extreme, mainly because you don't have to repeat those pushup :rolleyes: I was soooo excited too to see that they are done filming. It seems like it has been awhile since the presale started.....the workouts sound like they are going to be doozies too!

This morning for me was High Step training. I haven't done that one in quite awhile and I was disappointed that I wasn't able to do all of the 1-arm, 1-leg dips. I had to put my foot down after 12 and finish them with both feet on the ground :mad: That hasn't happened to me before. On the positive side though, I was using heavier dumbbells for almost all of the exercises than Cathe was. I had to make up for those dips somehow! I hope everyone is having a great day!

My GERD is in check today and I'm feeling mighty fine! Have so much energy and want to do a cardio, but I really need a break because I'm only allowing myself one a week for awhile. Best take advantage of that. OOOOO! I'm feeling good!

Julie, Great job on CS and SB prem. I'm also excited that filming is done. I can't wait to have those DVD's in my hot little hands! It is the first time I did the TBT Lower Body. I don't use dixie cups:confused:. But your advise when I do them the next time (and there will be a next time) I'll take to heart.

Pam, Great job on HS training. Well, silly, you are getting stronger using those heavier dumbells and heavier than Cathe. You go girl!

Janie Good job doing Lower body premix, Cathe for sure used a lot of funcy moves and lots of them so it all deppends on how we feel we can keep it up or just do as best as we can, I'm pretty sure that you did awesome anyways !! Sorry to heard about the your GERD acting up, that procedure sounds interesting I hope it works for you also I hope the insurance cover that one too let us know how it goes. We knew that taking Sam with us would be spensive and for some reason we haven't complained about it so far so good.


Cheryl I had never pay for gym or PT so I didn't know about people not wanting to be at their PT session but for what you say it sounds possible , well if one day you have a client like that then just go with them for a cup of coffee and have a chat:p Anywyas I'm glad you are here even with a busy schedule once in a while its fine. Sorry to hear that you didn't feel like working out but good for you for doing the mile ans a half walk to the train that's good too.

Today I was supposed to do cardio but I haven't done aything yet, I was busy all day, I'll try to squish a workout in if not, not a problem I'll do it tomorrow!! also i'm excited because its being a while since I got DOMS biceps or what ever we called the biceps when they are sore, my biceps and forearms from doing those barbell curl ups and the preacher ball both arms curl ups, I bought the weighted gloves 4Lb each one and I really like to use them its kind of tricky because is a whole glove not like the 2Lb and its hard to put them on and off during the workout but I did used them when I want to go little bit over the weight like on the preacher curl up I was supposed to use 12Lb so I used 14Lb and I can feel the diff, also when I did the over head press for shoulders the other day I used 19Lb instead of 17Lb so I think they are very handy...
