Cheryl We used to get both Good Friday and Easter Monday off, but when there was so much flak about them being religious holidays several years ago they stopped making them official holidays. At least they haven't gotten that way with Christmas! :rolleyes:

Janie Great job on plyo legs. Don't you just LOVE those 1/2 turn jumps?! ;) Those videos are pretty funny. When I saw that first guy I was sure he was going to trip over that robe. Do these guys not realized that you can turn the thing down?! I couldn't believe it when that second guy got back on it at top speed after he jumped off the first time!

Julie Wow, you spent a vacation day cleaning, that just doesn't seem right! Great job getting KPC in too and great job on HST yesterday morning. I haven't done that one in a long time and I really like it.
I think that I have finally mastered the 4th combo in LISLIC. I was close for the longest time, but I was always on the wrong foot on one side. I finally mastered it this time, but since I don't do it very often I'll probably have to re-master it the next time I do it. So it sounds like we were going to be going to the same Aerosmith tour and both missed out. I'm still hoping that I will get to see them someday.

Happy Easter everyone! I hope everyone has a great day. I took yesterday as my day off since we were going furniture shopping. We had a lot of fun and have decided on furniture for the theater room and a table and chairs . We were going to do a game table but we didn't really like any of the ones we saw so we are just going to put a casual dining room table in there. We couldn't find any couches that we both liked though so we are still working on that. DH fell in love with one because it was really comfortable, but it is just so ugly. So now we are trying to find something similar that isn't so ugly :rolleyes: Wish us luck! This morning was Hiit pyramid and TBTUP. I was spent. After the first set of ball exchanges I was laying on the floor and Cathe said 'I don't want to get up', that was exactly what I was thinking then! Now I'm going to make some cookies to take to my niece's for Easter today. Have a great day everyone!

Well last night I was in bed before 7 and I didn't get up until almost 7 this morning :eek:. I am still feeling crappy though which is fustrating. I did go to yoga today and it was a hard class. The instructor was awesome but I didn't have a lot of energy to put into it today though I tried. If you go to my facebook page I put in a couple of pictures that they took today. The first one is of our instructor and the second one is of the class. It was a small class today, I guess because it was Easter Sunday but they have had to turn people away because it was so full.

Cheryl I think DH thinks he is going to convince me to get the ugly couch. I think not! :rolleyes: wow, you must have really needed the sleep to have slept from 7-7. Sounds like you got one doozy of a cold. i saw your pictures on FB from your yoga class, the instructor is so cute! Looks like it was fun and hopefully next week you'll have more energy for it.

I guess everyone had a busy weekend, I hope that everyone enjoyed their Easter Sunday. my niece made a very nice Easter dinner and it was a beautiful day. We sat outside for dinner, but had to be inside after to watch the Masters. What an exciting finish, wow! This morning for me was lower Body Blast. I'm sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow, those elevated lunges get me good every time! I can't believe how sore my abs are from TBTUB yesterday. There are only a couple of sets of abs too, but I was really concentrating on my form and I guess it paid off. I was so surprised! I hope everyone has a great Monday!

This morning I started the Hardcore Series with Gym Style Legs! I used my weighted vest for the squats and really upped the weight for the deadlifts. Those slow motion lunges really get me even with holding 5 pounders though. And the ball work at the end is killer.

Janie Great job on your walk on the H&P trail! That is too funny of a name. Makes me laugh every time. I saw you got picked for the spotlight story! That is so cool. It is a testament to how you have been feeling lately and that is great. I’m glad you are enjoying the rotation and diet Cathe suggested for you. Keep up the great work!

Cheryl Hopefully the weather being nice will help with that cold of yours. I need to get my car cleaned out but wanted to work on the house first. I’d love to come over and clean your house when I’m done. The problem is, I’m never done. Having two dogs makes for a never ending cycle of lather, rinse, repeat! Only it is more like, sweep, vacuum, repeat. I still have some closets I want to get cleaned out but getting the dogs bathed and the carpets shampooed was a big step. Great job on going to yoga even though you were still feeling pretty crappy. One of the ladies I work with has been sick with a cold for over two weeks. She sits by me so I get to hear her clearing her throat and coughing all day. It’s frustrating for me but I can’t imagine what she is feeling. I hope your cold doesn’t last that long.

Pam That’s great that you found some furniture for the basement. I’m sure you will find that perfect couch that you both can agree on. Great job on DWP and TBTUB! That would make you feel spent! Both pretty tough workouts in my opinion. Great job on LBB! It is surprising how much more you feel the DOMS when you concentrate on form and really feeling it in the muscle during the exercise. I tried very hard today to do that with almost every exercise but I will admit that during the slow motion lunges and the ball roll-ins I just wanted to get those done with.

Pam Noooo don't let him talk you into getting the ugly couch. Dig in your heels, you will find something that both of you like. The instructor was cute and very strong. Good job on Lower Body Blast. I haven't done that one in a while but I do remember those elevated lunges being a doozy.

Julie Good job on the Gym Style Legs. I am starting the gym style series tomorrow with back shoulders and biceps. I am saving the leg one until Saturday. I know that feeling with the housework never being done. You have two dogs we have three cats and it is amazing how much fur they leave everywhere :rolleyes:. My cold is still lingering on hopefully not for too much longer.

Today was a day off for me so I got together with some friends and went out for sushi and then watched The Help. It was a really good movie. The weather has been nice and warm too, now if I could just rid of this darn cold. One of my friends had a cold too so the two of us were sniffling a lot. It wouldn't be so bad if my ears weren't plugged up, that is the most fustrating thing. So today because I was feeling a bit better I did Step Moves. I thought it was a good one to get back into the swing of things.

PamGood for mastering the step of LIS LIC I still having trouble on one move the one you go over the step walk around to your left then you end up doing the madona move on one side I do good but when I go to the right side I end up with the wrong foot, some how I can still work it out.:p Good job doing TBTUP so funny that you didn't wanted to get up, I always smile when Cathe say in the second round just before doing the triceps push ups I think? come on lets move I won't be doing this and she show her hand moving, "talking" How fun going furniture shopping so bad you couldn't find couches that means that you have to have one more trip for furniture shopping.:p

Cheryl That is so fun having a day to go out with friends and going to the movies.. Good job doing step moves you are right that one is a good one to get back into the swing of things.

I had have a pretty busy weekend Saturday we went to the beach it was fun, the girls had a blast we bought wet suits for the girls so they for sure had lots of fun, we went to eat lunch to a "mexican" restaurant it was a disaster so bad, the food was so tasteless I was mad. Sunday was just a relaxing day, MOnday DH didn't work so we took Sam for a walk then we went to Eppin to buy beans, yes I drove 50min just to buy beans there is the only place I can find them.. Then we went to the movies we watch "Hunger games" it was ok, ok because we took the girls and Stacy didn't like it because of the violence, kids killing each other was horrible for her, she couldn't even sleep:( next time we need to make sure of the type of movie we are going to watch..
Finally today I did workout I did disc 19 chest/shoulders/triceps double wave, double trouble, pretty good one... I wanted to add abs but my sister was calling me so I did face time with her, now my day are pretty short so when we are eating dinner is soooooo dark and today was sooo cold too.

Oh yea, those slow motion lunges and ball roll ins get me every time too. You start out with the best intentions of hanging tough through the whole thing, but by the end there is no extra squeezing going on for me!

Eunice Yes furniture shopping was a lot of fun, DH even enjoyed it. I thought he was going to be ready to leave after an hour, but as it turned out we ran out of time because he had to get back for a haircut appt. We had figured we would be home long before then!
I'm the same way with LISLIC, there is one side that I have no problem with that first part of the fourth combo and on the other side I was always doing the ball change on the wrong foot. I guess we'll see how good my muscle memory is the next time I try that one.
So glad that you had fun at the beach, but too bad about that Mexican restaurant. A 50 minute drive to buy beans? Wow, I guess you must really like beans! At least that is something that you can stock up on so that you don't have to do that too often. Oh no, too bad about Stacy and the Hunger Games :( I can see how that would be very disturbing to a kid. Poor thing!!
Oh great job on disc 19 and Hiit DWP. That one always sneaks up on me.

This morning for me was supposed to be Cycle Max but I decided I wanted to do Power Max instead. It was a great workout, and I added the abs from Muscle Endurance. I forgot to tell you ladies that my DH finally did disc 3 legs on Friday. He was mad because he couldn't finish the whole thing, and then it took him about 45 minutes to recover afterwards. Last night he did disc 4 and he was feeling a lot better after that one. I was glad he still wanted to do it after the leg experience :rolleyes: I also don't think I told you ladies that I'm going to be going to Portugal for work. I'm leaving on Saturday, then DH is going to come join me next Wednesday, and we are staying until Monday to do a little sightseeing. I have been there before but he hasn't, so it will be fun showing him around. I really loved Lisbon when I was there before. That's all my excitement for now. I hope everyone is having a great day!

This morning I woke up with some nice DOMS in my calves, quads, and hamstrings. I was hoping for more glute DOMS but oh well. I did Gym Styles Chest & Triceps and my quads were so sore during the dropset pushups. I wanted to cave to my knees just to ease the soreness in my quads but I stuck it out. I tried doing the Tough Core Premix from Core Max but I was struggling. I was so exhausted from GSC&T that I just didn’t have any more energy to give.

Cheryl Your day off sounded really nice and fun. I love sushi but no one else in my family likes it so I never get it. Great job on Step Moves. That one is a nice one, not too intense but not super easy either. I love the Gym Style series mainly because they were my first heavy weight workouts (Muscle Max was first, technically). They really got me into loving split body, heavy weight training.

Eunice Your weekend was pretty busy but it sounded like some nice quality family time. I’m glad the girls had fun at the beach but that stinks about the “mexican” food and the movie. I don’t know anything about the Hunger Games but I was surprised to hear people were taking their 10 year olds to see it. It just doesn’t seem like something most kids would enjoy. The time Steven Tyler fell off the stage was the same tour for both me and Pam. But he has been getting injured more and more lately. I think last year, he feel in a hotel shower and knocked out some of his teeth. I’m about halfway through my Cathe Through the Years rotation. It is 13 weeks long and I have less than 6 weeks left. I’m really excited to be almost done. When this is over, I am going to use the whole summer to concentrate on heavy lifting.

Pam Great job on Power Max! I think that is a good sub for Cycle Max! Both intense workouts but in different fashion. You are so good with adding on ab work too. I think the only way I will get ab work in (besides if it is in the workout itself) is by adding on the smaller ab work segments not Core Max. Twenty minutes is just too long to work on abs. Yea, for DH continuing on with STS! I personally love the leg work but I can see that it would be daunting to someone who doesn’t do legs or has never done Cathe before. You lucky chicky going to Portugal for a week! That sounds like a lot of fun. I would love to go to any of the European countries one of these days. Here I go living vicariously through you again!

PamWe just going to have to keep practicing that one and I do have it on friday:eek: DH mess with me all of the time he said that I should go to the restaurant bring my passport and told them that I'm there to taste their food and see if it is original mexican food, we have a restaurant here in Seymoure and I haven't being there yet and I really don't want to go there.... Yes, I missed beans so I needed to to go get me some more but I did stocked up.:p Thanks for adding HiiT DWP but I haven't done that one yet!:p Good job doing Power Max instead of Cycle Max and for add abs too. Julie Nice, good morning!!! waking up with your best friends DOMS!!! I have never ever met someone before that hopes to get more DOMS than you:p You are a machine doing those crazy pushups on your toes even when you wanted to quit, I really need to think of you every time I want to quit! Maybe tomorrow you'll add the core work to your routine.... Ok, it does make sense that it was the same tour.. wow! 13 week long rotation is not an easy one, maybe easy but not short 6 more weeks to go yayay!!! Heavy lifting I like that one.


Today I was supposed to do trisets lower body but I wanted something more, more, "tough":eek: so I did disc 20 trisets but a good ones OMG I was spent I wanted to add abs my my legs were killing me, I hope tomorrow I can feel it. The upper body did work me good yesterday I'm sooooooooooo sore my shoulders and chest, hard to even push the chair on the table:confused: triceps not to bad just a little bit, lets see how my legs do tomorrow.

Julie Congratulations on those nice DOMS! You were hoping for glute DOMS?! Oh my, you are out of control :D. Great job on GS chest and triceps and making it through those pushups despite your poor sore quads! I don't usually need much convincing to drop to my knees during pushups, so I'm quite sure I wouldn't have been as strong as you in that situation! I agree that the Core Maxs are too long. I don't do them very often because of that, I usually just pick one of my favorite ab routines from another dvd if the one I'm doing doesn't have abs.
I was surprised when DH went to do his workouts both Friday and Monday, because usually I'm pushing him to do them but he went and got himself ready for it without me saying a thing both times. How is your DH coming with his program? I actually was bummed about the Portugal trip at first. This weekend is girls weekend at the beach and it was supposed to be for my birthday, but now I won't be there! We also have concert tickets for Cake on Sunday night and I was so excited when I saw they were coming here because they never tour. I got tickets for the whole family and now I can't go :( No one feels very sorry for me though when I say I have to go to Lisbon :rolleyes::confused: I'm a lot more excited about it since DH is going to come over. It really is a very cool town. I've been pretty lucky with my job to be able to travel to a lot of cool places. I used to travel all over the world, but once my DH started traveling and the kids were in school I changed jobs so I wouldn't have to travel. With the job I started in September there is a chance for more travel though.

Eunice Oh boy, I hope you do well with LISLIC on Friday. I wonder if it will ever just come naturally?! I'm thinking it won't because I don't do it often enough for that. That's funny that your DH is telling you to go take your passport to the Mexican restaurants. I think they would be scared! Oh oops, you said something about doing the pyramid or the double wave pyramid so I assumed it was Hiit DWP. Here I go giving you extra credit ;) HAHAHAH I think DH did ok on the toilet test, but he was saying that his hamstrings were really sore the next couple of days. The Portugal trip won't be too expensive since most of it is paid for as a business trip. We just have to pay for 2 nights in the hotel and our food and then of course any activities we want to do. He got a really good price on his flight, and half of that was covered with our American express points, so his flight only cost us around $400.
Oh wow, great job on subbing in disc 20 trisets for TBTLB. How are you doing on the toilet test today??

Janie I hope you are enjoying your time at the beach and that you are getting some nice weather to get outside and enjoy it!

This morning for me was Turbo Barre. For some reason I wasn't excited about doing it and almost subbed it out, but decided to go ahead with it. I was so surprised at how quickly it went by. It's 74 minutes long but is over before you know it. Those things where you have your leg in an L shape and then move it forward and back are just killers, but I made it through them all. I'm not sure my leg was as high as Cathe and the crews though. :rolleyes::confused: It has a good tough ab segment too. Those things where you keep one elbow on the floor always kill me. I was glad I went ahead with it as planned. Tonight we are going to see Daniel Tosh so I am really looking forward to that, but I hope it doesn't make it too hard to get up for my workout in the morning. BM2 is on the calendar so I'll need lots of energy for it! Have a great day ladies!

This morning I woke up in DOMSville! I had DOMS in my chest, triceps, abs, thighs, and calves. I really, really wanted to just go back to sleep but DH got up and turned the light on (guess he felt he needed to motivate me a little) so I got up too. I did Kick Max today and kind of mixed it up. After the warm-up, I skipped ahead to the blast challenge because I kind of wanted to get it over with since my legs were sore. Then I went back and did the kickbox combos and finished up with the leg conditioning drills and stretch. I’m really surprised my abs are so sore since I didn’t really think I did that well during Core Max on Tuesday. I never realized how much I use my abs during kickbox combos but they were on fire with pretty much each one I did today.

Eunice Great job on disc 20! Hmmm! I think there is another person on this thread that loves getting DOMS just as much as me and looks forward to them! I think you and I are one in the same when it comes to DOMS. We love them and even get a little disappointed when we don’t get them. Pushups on your toes are really hard. You have to have really good form and use your entire body. I always have to concentrate on keeping my core and glutes contracted while I am doing toe pushups. It helps keep my spine in alignment so my back doesn’t sag. Good luck with adding more toes pushups. You can do it. 13 weeks is a long rotation but I guess STS is 15 weeks so it is not too bad. I will be happy to be done and move on to heavy lifting for the summer though. DOMSville I’m moving in!

Pam Great job on TB! It is surprising how fast it flies by for a 74 minute workout. I think I am more stubborn than strong when it comes to staying on my toes for pushups. That is great that your DH got to working out on his own without you prompting him. DH only worked out 1 day last week because he came down with a cold. He did start back up Monday night though and got through 2 sets of a total body workout so he is progressing. Well, I am a little sorry for you that you are missing out on girls weekend and a Cake concert (that brought back memories). For your sake, I wish the business trip would have been a different weekend. Since it seems like you like to travel that is great that you might get more chances to do so. Oh boy, a night out before conquering BM2! You are braver than I am!

Well I'm back from the Beach House and got lots done. I'm almost done painting the tip out. Just one or two more coats and that room will be done. Next time I go will be the hallway and then the next time will be the living room. I can't wait to be done with painting. YIKES!

Rolly and I walked on the beach everyday we were there. I used Cardio Coach and had great workouts, poor Rolly, he also had great workouts. LOL:D

I had a very nice surprise. I opened up my mail from Cathe's Weekly Newsletter and there I was! Oh My God! Who knew. I really wasn't expecting anything like that. I'm really very humbled.

Eunice, How did they tell you about the gift card and the 15% off? Is there a code they give you? If they indeed give you those things how will I know it? I'm wanting to buy stuff.:eek:

Pam, I did so enjoy the beach. Joey and I saw a Bald Eagle. It was so beautiful! The weather was perfect and in the 60's. Great job on TB. Oh yea, I remember that one. Hurts soooooo good! Did you enjoy Daniel Tosh?

Julie, Congrats on the DOM's. I know they are hard to take sometimes, but you did great getting there. Great job on KM today. Oh I do like your rearrangement on the workout. Good for you for making it your own and doing the workout even though you felt DOM's big time. You inspire me.

Now you are making me dream about going somewhere like that DH and I haven't have a honey moon so we are always talking about doing something and I looked up this place where you are going and it looks so pretty. Have lots of fun!!! Good for you for having to pay only 2 days that is awesome. I'm NOT passing the toilet test so hard to sit down I knew I was in trouble when I got in bed last night my butt wasn't that happy:p

Julie Congratulations on your total body DOMS! Good for your DH for pushing you to get up for your workout too. You did your own version of the workout blender it sounds like, great job on your personal Kick Max pre-mix! That is awesome that you got a great ab workout even when you didn't think you were too. I love it when that happens! My DH is always telling me that I am stubborn, but I guess I'm not as stubborn as you are, at least when it comes to push ups :p I am most bummed about missing Cake this weekend, I guess I will just have to listen to them on my ipod on the plane. :rolleyes:

The show last night was so funny! He is so brutal and doesn't hold back on anyone or anything, but we just didn't stop laughing the whole time. We had 6th row center seats, so we were really close! It was a pretty short show though, we were home a little after 9:00 so I was in bed by my normal time. It was no problem getting up for BM2 this morning, and I'm working at home today so got to do the whole thing. I was really thinking about flexing my back during the back exercises thanks to Julie, so we'll have to see if I get some back Doms. I guess I will have to add in the butt squishing next time too :p;) I hope everyone has a great day!

This morning I really went heavy with Gym Styles Back, Shoulders, & Biceps. I was able to use 20 pound dumbbells for the overhead shoulder press for all sets of 10 except the last set I had to drop to 17 for the last 4 reps. For my barbell curls I did 40 pounds and for the concentration and hammer curls I used 17 pound dumbbells! Yea!

Janie Sounds like you got some things accomplished at the Beach House plus got to do your Cardio Coach active recovery week. I’m sure Rolly enjoyed every minute of his great workouts with you. Are you planning on using your gift card and discount to stock up on supplies for the Beach House?

Eunice Great job on disc 24! And of course, congratulations on the lovely whole body DOMS! Yep, after this morning’s workout, I was thinking, oh yeah, I’m going to have some good DOMS tomorrow. Hopefully that is true, although I very rarely get back DOMS. I will be in heaven if I get shoulder DOMS though because I seriously need those babies to start growing muscle.

Pam Great job on BM2! That is awesome that you could get the whole thing in. I either have to split that up or do it on a Saturday because it is so long. Yeah, I guess I did the low-tech workout blender process for Kick Max. Whatever works though! Well I hope the back flexing worked for you. Sometimes it does for me and sometimes not. I guess I just have problems with getting DOMS in certain muscle groups.

Today was 30/30. Love that one it is sooooo fast and then it's over.

Pam, My wish list is another turbo bar for the beach. Joey dosen't think there will be room enough. I think there is, I'll measure and see. I'm thinking also getting Joey a 10# vest and we can walk the beach with them on. We'll see. I don't even have it and I've spent it already.:eek: You guys were in the perfect spot to see a comedian. It sounds like so much fun and laughing all the way through it makes for a great evening. Great job on this mornings BM2. How do you flex your back? I want to learn that, sounds like a good idea.

Julie, Great job on the heavy weights doing Gym Style Back, shoulders and biceps. I'm so proud of you. My next exercises will be Gym Style too. Wonder what I'll be able to do. We'll see, can't wait to do them. I am planning on using the gift card for the beach house. I have to!:D

Julie Wow, you sure did go heavy! Those are some amazing weights you are lifting! WoW!! Great great job! :D I don't know if it was the back flexing or not, but my back is really sore today. :D i have trouble getting DOMS in certain muscles too, but others, no problem at all!

Janie Great job on 30/30. I do love that one too, just so intense but over in a flash. :D Oh a turbo bar for the beach would be nice. I bet you can find a place where it will fit. You can also take the 2 pieces apart to store it too, although that might be kind've a pain. and always thinking about your Joey, aren't you a sweetie?! for the back flexing, i just try to think about the muscle that we are working and focus on tightening that muscle really hard. It seems to work...... I got the idea from a couple of the ladies here....... :D

Happy Friday the 13th everyone! This morning for me was Intensity. Whew-eee that is such a great workout. I do laugh every time she refers to the squat thrusts as a gift. Gee, thanks, just what I wanted Cathe ;) Today I'm staying at home, packing and getting ready for my trip with a little work thrown in. I hope to get a workout in before I leave in the morning, but we'll see. I have a HUGE layover in New Jersey so I should be able to post from there. Have a great Friday everyone!

This morning I woke up with slight DOMS in my back but the rest of my body seems to be DOMS free. I’m glad my legs are back to 100% since today as Leg … I mean Low Max! I like this one for the leg burn it gives but it seems to take forever to get going. I noticed that the first combo is broken down the longest and once you get past combo 4 the last 3 go much faster than the first 3.

Janie Great job on HiiT 30/30! Short, sweet, and sweaty! When you start doing Gym Styles, you will probably be using weights more in line with Meso 2 not Meso 3. Maybe even a little lighter because the rest breaks in GS is almost nonexistent compared to Meso 2. I’m actually planning on doing heavy lifting the whole summer and I am going to start out with a month of Gym Styles (inspired by your rotation) and see how it goes. When I flex my back, what I am really doing is paying really close attention to making sure I squeeze my back muscles while executing the move. I found I used to just go through the motion and not think about what muscle needed to be worked.

Pam Great job on Intensity! I agree those squat thrusts are not really a gift but I guess compared to plié jacks they are (at least IMO). The back flexing may have had something to do with it. I really concentrated yesterday on my back muscles with each row and I feel a little bit there too. I also find it easier to concentrate on my muscles working on slower rep count, heavier weight type work. High reps, all I am thinking is let’s get this done! Don’t forget to pack some travel friendly workouts! Just kidding!

Pam I am glad that you are putting your foot down about the ugly couch. The Help was a really good movie though I haven't read the book yet. Good job on Power Max. I like that your DH did disc 3 Legs and then couldn't finish it. I bet he thought it would be easy didn't he. Enjoy your trip to Portugal. I wish I could be sent somewhere like that for work instead of Ottawa :rolleyes:.

Julie You are getting some good DOMS from the Gym Style workouts. I love sushi too but DH doesn't so I try to eat it when ever I can.

Janie Nice that you got a lot done at the beach house. It will look so good once you are done. Sounds like Rolly got a good workout in too.

Well I think I am finally over my cold. I can't believe how long it hung around for. I haven't done a workout since Tuesday. Wednesday morning I tried to to the Gym Style Back shoulders and biceps but I couldn't get past the back work before I went back to bed. I just didn't have the energy to do it as I had to drop my weight a lot. Colds never seemed to bother me when I was younger but now :eek: it really sucks. So that was the crappy part of my week but I did get a lot of free stuff when I went out for my walks at lunch. Wednesday I went for my walk a got a free book and CD. The author's name is Rich Shapero, I had never heard of him but I will give his book a read. Then a little further on they were giving out chocolate and Pringle chips. Thursday was three more containers of Pringles and then this morning on my way to the office I could see them putting out some Canuck T-shirts out on the steps of the art gallery and there were people lining up. So I made a bee line to the line up. So I ended up getting three Canuck T-shirts. And yes it is the playoffs again. It seems like we were just going through this a couple of months ago. I have no idea how they will do this year they are playing right now and are down 1 game to 0 to the LA Kings.

Anyway I hope to get back to the workouts tomorrow.
