Strength in Numbers

The trial ended today, thank God. There was so much inconsistencies and the evidence that was presented was against him also. Ten of the jurors almost right away pleaded him guilty but there was another person and myself that wanted to take it slower. It was about drugs and yes it was an open and shut case, but it just felt so awful to get it over with so quickly. Finally it was time to put an end to it and there was really only his guilt facing us. I hated to do it, put we had to plead him guilty too.

All I can think about was this young man's life, most likely in jail. What a hell of a night for him. Wished he hadn't done this to himself. What a waste.

Very stressful tonight and was not able to really concentrate on disc 20, legs. I was all over the place and wanted it to end so I could just vegetate on the couch and think of nothing else but watch TV. I think I did 3 quarters of the way through, but just lost it and stopped.:eek: I'll do better once this feeling has a chance to be absorbed and put in perspective.

Pam, Great job on MM. I'm glad you didn't succumb to the urge to go back to sleep too. Very proud of you for doing that.

Julie,Great job on MIC. Good for you doing the stretching! For your DH: Sometimes when new at exercising, you simply need a break while getting use to new sensations in the body. It's OK.

Cheryl, I'm glad you are eating now. Hope your stomach issues are better tomorrow.

Janie good job doing disc 19 chest/shoulders/triceps. you are doing awesome with the heavy weight. I have never heard about the felt soap, it looks neat. Good for you for trying new things.

Last night I did Imax and this morning I did Maximum Intensity Strength. I was going to flip them and do Imax today but I was being nice to DH and didn’t want to wake him up from the stepping. I was very nervous about all the intense workouts at the end of this week but I am proud to say I made it and am still able to walk! I’ve got my shopping done, now I have to clean, groom the dogs, and do a little cooking.

Cheryl I’m so sorry you haven’t been able to eat. That certainly would make it difficult to workout with no energy. Hopefully you get back on track soon. I did buy some new shoes today. I was bummed with the selection. Basically I had two choices; so, I just went with the one that felt the best on my feet. I’m sure the people in the store thought I was nuts because when I tried them on I started jumping up and down to get a feel for them. Oh I wouldn’t mind running into Matt Damon either.

Eunice Great job on disc 22 and Intensity! I really like the bootcamp add on of Intensity. It is really fun. Poor Sam! I hate putting my dogs on diets. They just don’t understand why suddenly they are hungry all the time. I think I was just tired with Step Works and couldn’t concentrate. At one point, Cathe said “pay attention and put on your thinking caps” and I was like “no, I don’t want to think”. I was just mentally and physically drained but I’m feeling better now. When was the last time you replaced your shoes? That could be why your knee hurts. But of course it could be a number of other things.

Janie Good for you for trying disc 20. It is really tough to workout when you mentally drained. Sometimes when it is physical, you can push past it but for some reason when you just can’t concentrate it makes everything seem twice as hard. I know it is hard but sometimes when someone has to pay for what they have done, they learn from it and become better. Try to hope that this is the case for this young man.

Yesterday I didn't do cardio. Our son came over with his problems. We all talked and didn't get much done.

Julie, Great job on IMAX and MIS. I love those two workouts. You are so considerate for your husband by changing the workouts. Congrats for doing such intense workouts and making it through. I think I'm now able to workout, a couple of days just vegetating worked wonders for me. I'm now ready to move on. Thank you for the support, I so appreciated it.

Julie Great job on mic and doing the stretching even though you didn't feel like it. I can totally relate to that feeling! I replace my shoes every 6 months. With the amount of high impact you do I am betting your really do need replacing. And remember that you were doing 2 workouts a day for quite awhile there too. My mother and sister love that I get new shoes so often because we all wear the same size and they are happy to take my hand me downs. :rolleyes: They usually still look almost new but they just aren't good for working out anymore. That is so funny that you scared your dog because you were so excited about getting through the plie pulses the first time!

Cheryl I'm glad to hear that you're feeling better, it sounds like you had a bit of a bug. This is definitely the time of year for that sound of thing. Wow, that would be pretty exciting running into Matt Damon. I have been on flights with famous people before, but mostly they have been boring, like James Carvell. Stevie Wonder was on a flight that I was on one time, that was the most exciting one for me.
I hope you were able to get your back and bicep work in!

Eunice I'm with you, no rats for me! I'm glad to hear that your body is feeling better and ready for you to punish it again! I'm also glad to know that you are loving AT now. It is a pretty good one! Oh yea, I had forgotten how hard Intensity is too! I was so happy when I got through the step part, but then had to do the high Hiit intervals....I had a bright read face when I was done!!! You mean you aren't going to do CCC with me again tomorrow???? Please? :D;)
Oh poor Sam having to go on a diet. That is hard since you can't explain it to them! Great job on disc 22 i love the double wave workouts. Oh you beat me, there was no way I was doing the boot camp part after finishing Intensity, you are an animal!

Janie I'm glad to hear that the trial was so quick but sorry that it is weighing on you like that. It is pretty sad to see people in those terrible situations isn't it? It sounds like you did the right thing though by making sure that you didn't just rush to a decision. Hope you're doing better.

Julie Great job getting through all of those tough tough workouts back to back! I'm glad to hear that you aren't still lying on your workout room floor! I'm glad to hear you replaced your shoes, I hope that helps your feet. How funny that you were jumping in the store to see how they felt. I don't know what kind of shoes you usually get, but my favorites are New Balance. I found a place online Joe's New Balance Outlet that usually has really good prices and I order my shoes from them. Of course I know you just got a new pair, but something to keep in mind for next time if you like those shoes.

So yesterday was my day off. I usually make Sunday my day off, but since DH plays golf on Sunday I decided to try and switch to Saturdays off so that we can have a lazy weekend morning at home together. It was nice but then this morning I was kind've wishing I didn't have to get up and workout. Turbo Barre was on the calendar but I wasn't feeling it so I did Step Fit instead since Julie was just reminding me how much fun that one is. I really enjoyed it, then I tacked the abs from TB on at the end just so I didn't feel so guilty about swapping it out :rolleyes: Anyway, I hope that everyone is having a great weekend.

Cheryl I hope you got your appetite back and now you are eating right so you can tackle all those hard, fun workouts.

Janie How awful, going to be a judge of some one else life, I know the guy didn't do any good and thats why he was in the situation but I rather let someone else to decide for their future, I do understand the feeling you had, I'm glad is over and now so you can get back to your routine. Oh my poor boy is starving but he is doing good I know chasing the kangaroos and swimming will help.

JulieGood job doing all those super, duper, tough, workouts, you are doing really good, I hope you get to do some relax too you deserve it. Did Maggie lost weight? I remember you saying that she was doing diet, I hate my poor boy doing diet, I gave him a carrot he just made a huge mess, so now I chopped and cooked the carrots with 1/4 cup oatmeal and mixed it with one cup of dry food and a little, little bit of his can food, DH say that I'm feeding him even more now, but I don't think so because I'm giving him healthy food not fatty food. I'm using a new pair of shoes so I don't know why is hurting, oh well after a rest day its fine.

PamOh my body is ready to get punish it again this week, I think I have high reps all week long:confused: I was dripping when I did Intensity that Stacy told me "mom you didn't dry your hair" and she was going to touched my pony tail I screamed at her NOOOOOOO is sweat don't touch.:D OH boy, don't push me to do CCC with ya:eek: I don't know what I have for today but I might do half of it, you know what? I'm sooooooooooo mad:mad::mad::mad: because I have gained some weight, weird because I do kick my butt every day I eat healthy but I haven't eat enough maybe? so I think this week I'm going to attempt to count calories to see where is that I'm missing with. Good idea for you swapping the rest day so you can enjoy with DH I hope your day is not like mine, DH say I won't workout during the weekend so I can spend the weekend with you all, well he likes to spend his time on the computer and shushing the girls even Sam, so I'm thinking you need to go workout. Good job doing Step fit and abs from TB I know what you mean with the guilty situation I felt that way before that's when I end up doing even more.


Well yesterday was a rest day too, it was raining this weekend and getting cold too, nice I know you guys miss summer but I miss the cold weather too.
So yea nothing done over here till today.I was mad because no matter what I do I still gaining weight, I haven't weight my self but my pants that I wore yesterday were so tight I was telling DH "I have a problem, my clothes is shrinking":eek::eek: he just lough at me, so anyways I have to do something is an emergency.....
I'll get back to check what I did have a nice rest of the weekend enjoy!!!!!

Eunice Things have gotten better. Everyone around me has been sick so I guess I must have picked something up. Poor Sam having to go on a diet. Maybe you just need him to chase more kangaroos :p. That will burn off the calories. Good job on Intensity. That is so annoying when you gain weight and you don't know why. Hopefully you get back on track.

Janie I know it would have been hard to say someone is guilty and goes to jail but he did make his own choices. Drugs are easy money so I guess that is why people start dealing but it does come with consequences. But remember he put himself in jail by dealing drugs.

Julie Good job on Imax and MIS. Those are both good workouts. Last week was not one of my better ones that's for sure. I always jump up and down in the store to try out the runners, that is the only way you really know if they are right for you. I am sure they have seen that before. Matt Damon is suppose to be really nice too. I do remember that I did see Ozzy Osborne on the street once. He looked like a really old man shuffling along.

Pam I am doing better, it must of been something that was going around. There are a lot of famous people up here it is just a matter of being in the right place at the right time. Good job on Step Fit and the abs from TB.

Eunice, Resting is important. Maybe your pants don't fit because you have gained muscle. ;)

Eunice High reps all week?? What's up with that? That doesn't sound like much fun to me :confused: That is too funny that Stacy thought your hair was wet from the shower, you must've had quite the workout!!! That is so strange about you gaining some weight, hopefully it is just a temporary thing. It's so frustrating when you are doing all of the right things and you gain weight anyway :mad: Sooooo...did you do half of CCC?? :p I did the whole thing. I thought I was going to throw up at one point, but I kept on pushing. :confused:
And yes, yellow is definitely your color!!!

Cheryl I am glad to hear that you are doing better, I figured that you must be because i saw your workout manager posts on FB. Great job on disc 20 and yoga. My yoga kick only lasted for 3 weeks....:confused:

Janie I hope everything is ok with your son :( It sounds like you had your priorities in the right place spending your time with him instead of working out. Great job on disc 21 and using heavier weight!!!!

Julie I have been thinking about you and your DH wondering how yesterday's weigh in went? I hope he is starting to see the results of all of his hard work on the scale!

This morning for me was CCC once again. ay yi yi, it wasn't any easier. I seriously had to drag myself up there knowing that was waiting for me this morning! I really thought I might throw up at one point, and that wasn't even in the 4th round, but somehow I found my mojo and made it through the whole thing. I think the only thing I'm getting better at are the crossover pushups, even though I am not liking them very much! Have a great Monday everyone!

Wow! I have DOMS almost all over my entire body. I think the only place I worked that doesn’t have DOMS is my back and triceps. My entire thigh is so sore. I am failing the toilet test miserably. I have Pure Strength Legs on tap for tomorrow so hopefully they start doing better soon.

Janie Great job on disc 21! Love that you are feeling better and that you are lifting heavier. That is the magic of STS though. I find that lifting weights can help keep me from thinking about things because I am concentrating on lifting heavy and keeping good form. But if I have something on my mind and try to do cardio, I just can’t go as intense or complicated. My mind is too focused on whatever is bothering me and my body shuts down. I think it is good that you spent time with your son the other day. He probably needed your support and you are wonderful for giving it to him.

Pam Great job on SF and the abs from TB! That’s funny that you didn’t want to feel guilty for skipping TB so you tacked on the abs. Did you and DH enjoy your lazy morning together? I’ll keep that in mind about every 6 months and the store. My favorite shoes are NB too! I let myself get talked into trying Rykas because that is what Cathe uses but I really didn’t like them. They did not feel good from the start but I hoped they would conform to my feet. I bought a pair of NB this time and will be sticking with those for the future. I don’t have anyone to hand my shoes down to so I usually keep them for weekends and move my old weekend shoes to yard work shoes. Great job on CCC! Well, I guess you do have 1 brightside to look at—getting better at the crossover pushups. DH has seen some weight loss. He’s lost about 6 pounds in four weeks so that is really good for him. He has gotten off the workout band wagon the last 4 days so hopefully he hops back on that walking machine tonight.

Eunice Well I hope you enjoyed your rest day. Sometimes it is nice to have a lazy, rest day while it is rainy and chilly outside. I love bundling up on the couch with blankets, my dogs, and a nice hot pot of tea. Maggie has lost some weight. It came off very slowly. We gave her about 1/3 less food and supplemented it with pureed green beans and carrots. I buy frozen green beans and carrots, thaw them, and then puree them with a little no salt chicken broth. I add about a 1/3 C of the puree to her food and mix it all up. I tried just putting the thawed vegetables in her dish but she just ate around them. My vet told me to add the green beans and carrots so that she didn’t feel like she was getting starved. I’m with you on the weight issue but I know what my problem is. I can eat really well during the week but on the weekends, I snack way too much. Good luck and hang in there.

Cheryl Great job on disc 20 and yoga! So glad you are feeling better. How’s the studying going? Are you learning anything interesting yet? I’ve actually heard that about Matt Damon as well that he is really a down to earth kind of guy. Yeah, Ozzy Osbourne looks and talks so much older than he probably is but I am guessing that is the side effects of all the drugs and his lifestyle. He and Keith Richards are actually poster boys for why you shouldn’t do drugs.

Pam You might get your yoga mojo back :D. It took me a while to really get into yoga but now I love it. Way to go with CCC and not throwing up. That is not an easy workout that is for sure and you got through the whole thing.

Julie Well you have been working out hard to have DOMS all over. If you are failing the toilet test you have worked your legs hard. I can't remember what all in in Pure Strength Legs but I do remember the last part with the body bar. I found that hurt the most in the outer thighs. The studying isn't too bad so far. My first class is this Friday and right now I am going over the first couple of chapters that we will cover in class. I am reading up on the skeletal system right now.

This morning it was disc 10 Chest Shoulders and Biceps. I am feeling it in my upper body but probably not as bad as you Julie. I can tell that I had a good workout this morning.

This morning I did Step Heat (25 min.) and late in the afternoon I did 20 min. on the treadmill.

Pam, David is OK for now. He has a lot of problems dealing with chronic pain. There are a couple of plans yet to check out. Great job on CCC. Wow, if you had the feeling of throwing up, then you gave this your all! Congratulations, that is a big feat. Improvement in pushups are huge. Good for you.

Julie, Congrats on all your DOM's and failing the toilet test. Yea! Yep, I think of stress as you do. Thank you for your input. It means a lot.

Cheryl, Great job on disc 10 Chest Shoulders and Biceps. You are doing so well. Very proud of you.

Julie Woo hoo! Whole body DOMS, gotta love that!! your legs are not going to be very happy with you turning around and battering them with pS legs when they are just starting to recover :p We did enjoy our lazy Saturday morning. He even got up and cooked breakfast for everyone which was nice. Yep, I'm sticking with my NB too. I have tried a couple of other kinds but always come back to them. I had some Nikes that I liked pretty well, but they wore out really quickly. I'm glad to hear that your DH has seen some weight loss. I think that helps with the motivation. Hopefully he's getting back to his walking machine too!

This morning for me was Lower Body Blast. I hadn't done that one in awhile so it was fun. I noticed on my calendar that tomorrow I'm supposed to do either Cycle max or Intensity. Hmmmmmm...I wonder which it will be?!

Last night I did Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Back, Biceps, and Abs. Since they are both pretty short, I decided to combine the two. I was spent afterwards. I did increase my barbell bicep curl! Whooo hooo! DH also got back on the treadmill after taking the last four days off.

Cheryl Great job on disc 10! I love DOMS but I did not expect them to be this bad. Of course, that is what I get for taking almost 5 weeks off of Cathe weight training. Oh yes, I remember the floor work with the body bar in PS Legs. Those outer thigh lifts had my outer thighs crying for 4 days. My inner thighs are still sore from MIS so we’ll see how tonight goes. I tried foam rolling them but it is an odd area to try and get deep into. Good luck on all the studying.

Janie Great job on Step Heat and the treadmill! I have heard that breaking up your workouts may be more effective for fat burning. Something to do with your metabolism having to get revved up twice versus just once. Also, then your body has to adjust to returning to normal after two workouts versus just the one.

Pam Great job on LBB! I’m guessing you’ll be doing Cycle Max tomorrow since you just did Intensity; although, maybe you will want to give Intensity another go round just for fun! Yeah, I have a feeling walking will be pretty difficult tomorrow. In fact, this morning, my co-worker saw me walking to a meeting and asked why I was walking so slow. Can’t wait for him to see me tomorrow crawling to my meetings. DH was quite happy to have lost weight and he did get back on that walking machine. Your DH was very sweet making breakfast. I wonder if that will become a weekly tradition?

PamI don't know but I had Total body trisets upper body twice this week, is a fun one I think it'll be fine though. NO I completely forgot to add CCC to my routine, I got busy working out more my biceps since they are one of the weak part of my body:p I don't know why I'm gaining some weight I think is the age? maybe? I don't know but NOT feeling good about it. You must had have a good workout doing CCC if you wanted to throw up at one point:confused: Thanks for the compliment about the color, DH say that hot pink looks good on me, I had a blue turquoise dress that every time I use people tell me that I look pretty too.:eek::p So who knows maybe is just me? hahahahahaha JK. Good job doing CCC even when you had to drag your self to do it, that's me but not only one day its being the whole week:mad:

DOMS to give away to others woohoo!!! enjoy them I know, secretly you are saying "YES, YES" just be very careful not to scratch your knees when you are crawling tomorrow after that leg workout!!:p:p I can't wait to bundle up on the couch with blankets but NOT Sam only Stacy. Well, I don't know where my day went yesterday I got busy here and there then it was time to take Stacy to swimming class then dinner I was so tired that I didn't wanted to stay up one more min after I put the girls to bed, of course there is always something that has to happen Brandy came to wake me up after that I couldn't go back to sleep that gave me a headache.
Yesterday I did ploy legs disc 29 it was good, I was feeling it even before I was done with it then I added the blue band I did fire walkers I did 120 steps, so yes my legs were fried but not to bad like Julie I'm still walking pretty good.
Today I have TBT UB, one more time so I'm going to head to my personal gym "garage" and do something.....
I don't know why but lately I have being feeling really lazy, no energy, I sleep like a rock and still not enough, I don't know what's going on.:(:mad: That's scare me, because that's not me.
Oh well I better get to go and move mu booty!!!

Today was treadmill, steady state for 40 min. Will be going to the beach house with Joey tomorrow, hopefully will come home on Sun. We have a lot to do. I'll see you all then. Take care of each other.

Julie, I also heard about the burning calories with 2 workouts on the same day. It worked, because I lost a pound. Yea! Great job on both the PS. Congratulations on increasing the barbell on your bicep curls! Yes! I'm glad your honey is back onto the treadmill. He'll get there.

Julie Great job on PS chest, shoulders, triceps, back, biceps and abs. Whew, I got tired just typing all of that! You are a machine!! I BET you were spent! My hamstrings are talking to me today after LBB yesterday. Those static lunges always kill me! Oh, I hate that feeling of having to walk so slow. I hope your legs are feeling better today in time for you to wreck them again tonight! :D I hope you didn't have to crawl to your meetings today, that is too funny! I'm not sure if making breakfast will become a weekly tradition or not, but he does it fairly often. I'm glad because I hate to cook breakfast for some reason. I can spend all day cooking dinner, but I hate cooking breakfast. it's very strange.

Eunice Didn't you have TBT twice in once week a couple of weeks ago in this rotation too? It is a fun one though, you're right about that. Those plank kick backs are killers. How in the world could you forget to add CCC to your routine, I just can't imagine ;):p It's probably just a phase with the weight gain and it'll go down again soon. I guess we will have to see you in hot pink and turquoise now too, huh? But you're right, it probably is just you because you are one hot mama! Sorry to hear you are feeling like you are dragging this week...whatever is causing that is probably the culprit for the weight gain too. Tell them both to go away!
I don't miss LBB today either. I told my DH that he might have to give me a hamstring massage tonight. :p great job on plyo legs! Several of use are killing our legs this week! Oh, you added on a bunch of firewalkers too, good for you! I hope you are back to feeling like yourself again soon!

Well, I know you have all been in suspense about what workout I did this morning! :D but first, I have to tell you that I went back to Crossfit last night so my poor tired legs got another beating with squats, pushups, dips, ball shots (you do a squat holding an 8 pound ball and then hit the wall at 10 feet), burpees and running. Ouch! Then last night DH was up in the middle of the night which woke me up so I was tired this morning. Soooo, because of all of that I slept a little later and decided to do Hiit 40/20. So I got the intensity without the length which I thought was a good compromise! Hey, I can rationalize with the best of em! :p Have a great day everyone!

Last night I did Pure Strength Legs and Abs! Boy are my inner thighs mad at me. In fact it is kind of weird. When I woke up this morning, my legs didn’t hurt at all. Well, know the DOMS are setting in and my entire thigh is sore again. Oh how I’ve missed you DOMS! DH had a horrible night’s sleep last night and had a tough day at work so he took the night off.

Eunice Great job on disc 29, plyo legs! You make me feel lazy with adding on 120 firewalkers using the blue band! You are one crazy, super lady! It’s really hard to see waists on labs. They are just built more solid and husky than some other breeds. Boxers have a defined waist but all the labs I have ever seen have only a slight subtle waist even with them being at the right weight. That’s great that he is enjoying the veggies with his regular food. That should help him not feel so hungry. Plus he might think he is getting a little treat too. Oh, I hope you start feeling better and that you are not coming down with something. Maybe you need to take a long, hot bubble bath or something else relaxing. I know it is hard though. I would love to do that but there is always something that needs to be done.

Cheryl Great job on TBTLB! Hopefully, your butt is feeling good now. It’s funny how that one is so short but gets you real good. That is probably one of the most efficient workouts I have done. Well during the last 4 weeks, I had done some light weight work with P90X and some of Cathe’s early weigth endeavors (the Wedding Video) but MIS was the first time in 5 weeks I had lifted heavy and I went for it full force instead of easing my way into it. Maybe I will learn one of these days.

Janie Great job on the treadmill! Yea! Congratulations on losing another pound. That is so awesome! Enjoy your time at the beach house. I know you have work to do but try to get some down time in there too. You are working so hard and deserve some relaxing.

Pam Great job on 40/20! Hey something is better than nothing but I’m most impressed that you did a workout at all. You got two workouts in yesterday and still got up to do a super tough workout. I think you are more of the machine in this case. I am not a big fan of lunges no matter if they are static or not. I feel off balance which is probably an indication that I need to them as well as other balancing exercises more often. That’s funny that you hate cooking breakfast. I love cooking breakfast but could do without making dinner. I love baking too. Maybe by the time dinner comes around, I’m tired and just want something easy. That’s probably why I like to cook large amounts of food at one time and freeze them into individual portions to reheat throughout the week. Either that or I’m super lazy!

Cheryl So maybe it means that I might be coming with something yesterday I felt my throat raspy :eek: But I was thinking too that maybe I was sleeping to much because yesterday the day I didn't had a good sleep I was a little bit better. Lets see how I feel the rest of the week. yes I did TBT UB a couple of weeks ago, they were in the last week of month 1 and at the first week of month 2 and because I didn't have the rest week it looks like I have being doing this one for ever.

Janie Good job doing treadmill for 40 min. Oh, take care of your self too, we will miss you till then I wonder what goodies are you going to be getting into, more shopping, decoration, painting, of course don't get your self to tired, enjoy the beach.:D

PamI was telling Cheryl that is because I didn't have the rest week and this WO were at the end of the first month and in the first week of month 2, but I don't know if I'm getting better at those crocodile pushups I found out that I was using my triceps 100% doing those, so the second time I used the balance ball, but I went back to do them at the end of the workout it does make a big diff using the triceps to push up, and I could do only 6 at the time. better that nothing, last time I did this WO I was doing them on the balance ball and I was pretty tired but U cross my feet to have all my weight on my arms, well, I kiss the floor:p:p I don't know how I did forgot to do CCC, very convenient:D:eek: Thanks for making me smile this morning.:D:D:D:D I hope I feel better soon at first didn't care I was just like oh well is the weather, but now is more like NO is NOT the weather is "ME" and my horrible weight gain.:mad: Oh lala!!! massage for Pam tonight :p Yes we are are leg killers.
I was pretty sure you will do... ok I don't know which one but very surprised that you did cross fit and you you got your butt kick, in a good way of couse. I was watching a video that Paula posted on FB about burpees those kind are killers, how you do with yours? are you doing them really fast? Well I think 40/20 is a short version on Intensity so you are rocking today!!! Good for you. ( hahaha re-read your comment about the intensity with out the length after I posted) same thinking:p

Hahah!! then I guess we are two lazy woman:p See? that's what I told DH I don't think Sam is going to loose a lot of weight because hi is not fat he is just full of life, he is 40kilos that crazy vet wants him to loose 20kilos:mad::( No way, I was telling DH that for a baby they measure their head, how long they are, then they see if they are lower or over weight and for dogs they just see them and say "his fat" :mad:
Thanks for the idea of the hot bubble bath I haven't take one in a long time but you are right there is always something to be done.

Yesterday I did TBT UB just because I had it pictured on my head but after I come to check my WO I saw that I was supposed to do Slide and Glide:confused: oh well I'm ahead a day, yes!!!! so today I have to do S&G but I might change that one and do some other, don't know 40/20? Intensity? Just kidding... S&G hurt my knees:p well see, also today I take Rachel to the swimming class she got moved up a level and they don't have it in the same day:mad:

Pam Crossfit sounds like it was quite the workout. Way to go with 40/20 this morning. I think that was a smart move to get the intensity but a much shorter workout.

Julie Good job on PS Legs and Abs. The DOMS sneaks up on you during the day doesn't it. Funny how we enjoy our DOMS. My butt is really sore right now. I did fail the toilet test today but it is worth the DOMS that I have right now. When you have been working out for a long time you never think that you should ease into something that you haven't done in a while. Your body lets you know otherwise though.

Eunice I hope you are not coming down with something. It is no fun to feel sick. Oh yes I do have a nice set of DOMS, failing the toilet test today. Good job on TBTUB you were getting ahead of yourself this week. Rachel is doing well in swimming too bad it isn't on the same day.

Well I took today as my day off. It is too hard for me to get up that early more that two days in a row. I am hoping one day I will be able to do it for 5 days in a row, we will see.
