Strength in Numbers

Pam I was hoping to get my DVDs for my recovery week, maybe tomorrow. It is hard when everyone is doing them and raving about how good they are and I am still patiently waiting. Probably Butters was upset at something and he let you know. Yes I wish they could tell us what is bothering them too. Sounds like you had a great time in Charleston. I have never had Southern cooking but I have heard that it is quite fattening. If you gained any weight it was probably only a couple of pounds and you will lose it fast once you start working out again.

For me it was yoga this morning. So much for the extra hour of sleep since woke up at 4:30 (was 5:30) this morning. I was up by just after 5 since I wasn't tired. I hate the time change I wish they would just leave it alone. This morning was really cold, the furnace just kept on going. This afternoon was a another session of raking leaves and our neighbout put on our snow tires. Maybe this year we will get snow and we can see how well they work :D.

Packing a lot of kitchen items (for tomorrow) since there will be cooking going on.:D Shelving paper, cookware, dish cloths, dishes, some food... Will spend two nights there. Hopefully if weather permitting, we can take a walk along the beach for a break.

Cheryl, I know you'll let us know when you get the DVD's, right? Great job on disc 24 back & biceps. Congrats for the last workout of Meso 2. What will you be doing for your active recovery? Also for raking up leaves and walking.

Pam, Good to see you coming home from Charleston. Did everything go well? You've been doing so good on your workouts and eating, don't think to hard on a little more eating than usual. You did good.;) Enjoy it sometimes, we need to do that. Besides the long walks/touring makes it OK. I would have loved to have gone with you just for the rich history. Joey is a Civil War buff.

Cheryl, Great job on yoga this morning. Awe, you sure are having a hard time with your sleep.:( I wish too, the time thing would just stay the same. It certainly doesn't make that much difference. Great job on raking leaves yet again and getting ready for Winter.

Cheryl I'm hoping for a visit from the DVD fairy for you today. It would be really nice to be able to play with the new workouts during your active recovery week. I guess the fact that someone in Canada has received them is a hopeful sign. I'm happy to report that Butters behaved himself while we were gone, whew! I was relieved. Oh yes, Southern food is quite fattening and most of it is stuff that I don't ever eat.. I LOVE fried green tomatoes though and if I see them on a menu I have to get them. Well, they were on EVERY menu this weekend. I tried them at 3 different places :rolleyes: I was in heaven. :D Luckily my weight was only up a little over a pound, so that is definitely manageable!
Oh man, I can't believe you woke up so early yesterday :mad: I hate that. I didn't have any little creatures bugging me so I didn't get up until old 8:30, new 7:30! That was how I got to check in with you guys yesterday because Doug was still sleeping. I thought I would be waking up really early this morning, but I still didn't want to get up when the alarm went off :rolleyes:
You are getting quite a workout with all of your raking! Our leaves are just starting to come down so may need to get the blower out this weekend.

Janie How fun, I am guessing this will be the first time cooking in your new kitchen? What will you be preparing for the inaugural meal?? I hope you do get to take a walk on the beach!
Charleston was wonderful, we really had a nice time and are already talking about going back in the spring. I think we may need to go check out Savannah first though as we have never been there either. DH is actually going to be there for his golf weekend this coming weekend, but he won't really be seeing much of it other than golf courses. Being a civil war buff Joey would LOVE Charleston. I relearned a lot that I had long forgotten while we were there.

This morning Rhythmic Step was on the calendar so I decided to give Low Impact Challenge a go instead. Julie you were right, it wasn't nearly as complicated as those folks on FB were making it out to be, but also nowhere near the fun factor of RS! The weird thing was that I didn't have much trouble with the last combo when she first did it, but then once she put the whole thing together I could never quite get that first part right. I don't think I will be picking this one up when it's not part of a rotation though. :confused: I also did the 21 minute bonus and was a little disappointed that it is the same bonus as Athletic Training. Yesterday before we left Charleston we went out for brunch and I had fried green tomato eggs benedict! Yum! The place we went to is famous for their buttermilk biscuits and they make their eggs benedict on the biscuits rather than on english muffins. They are so so good! We had some amazing meals while we were there. It's a really small place, but they have all of these restaurants that have been written up in Bon Appetit and have been on several food network shows. The place that we had brunch on Saturday has been on No Reservations on the travel channel and Man vs Food. I love those shows so that was a lot of fun. I'll be eating a lot of salads this week though ;) Cheryl I was thinking of you on Friday because I was so cold when we were walking around that I had to buy a scarf and gloves and the temperature was 59! I can't believe that I find that so cold now. My blood has definitely gotten thinner! Can't wait to hear from you Eunice and Julie!

Finally got an internet connection. Not sure how long it will last. Today I did Turbo Barre. Wow is that a leg burner. For a 74 minutes workout, it did go by fast. By the time the stretch came, I was so ready for it. I spent the rest of the day helping my mom go through her mother’s house. We got everything packed up and will pick up a U-haul trailer to haul it back to IL later this week. For now, we are going to try to enjoy some of the nice FL weather.

Janie Great job on Yoga Relax! I’ll be looking forward to some nice cheek DOMS from Turbo Barre tomorrow. Setting up the kitchen at the Beach House sounds like fun. Let us know what you cook for yours and Joey’s first dinner! Hopefully something delightful!

Cheryl Great job on the last workout from Meso 2! Enjoy your active recovery week. Great job on yoga too. O the time change stinks. We happened to be traveling East during the time change so we didn’t get one. Hope you are not too sore from raking leaves. Here’s to hoping you got your DVDs!

Pam Looks like you had a great time in Charleston! I would have liked to have jumped off my bike to get my towel but my feet were strapped into the cages of the pedals. That is awesome that Butters behaved while you were gone. I have never had fried green tomatoes but they sound good. Yea, I heard others say they were disappointed that the bonus was the same between LIC and Cardio Supersets. I think SNM could have done a better job explaining it was the same. Oh well.

JulieWell you are a very active little girl, let see since las weekend when I posted last you have done Total Body Trisets LBS, then PUB, steady state spinning and chest and back from Pyramid Upper Body;) and Turbo Barre.
You are right that CF its a fun one, me too my upper body its the hard one to get in shape, I'm getting better but not as much as I would like too, I want more muscle on my shoulders:mad: Sounds like a good plan doing STS again with the new dvd's!

Cheryl Have you got your dvd's? I have NOT get mine:mad: I'm so mad I wonder why is it taking soooo long? Good job doing disc 23 are you done with meso 2? good job!! Also doing disc 24 back/biceps.

Janie Good job working out with Joey and then doing some more of course you have to play with your new toys! I just wish I had mine.. Oh yes! I knew that it was an expression that you did use:D I hope my body is changing this days, I asked to DH and he politely say "NO but that doesn't mean anything because I see you every day so don't worry to much, you look good" and sometimes he say "Wow I can see your abs" So who knows!

JulieI bet it was a real hard time for you to get all that info about Oscar, so sad that he had cancer and that he was on so much pain:( where are you guys going to buried Oscar? so nice that you got his paw print in clay, (((hugs))) Have a nice trip to Tampa. And enjoy the Florida weather!

Well girls sorry I got lost, but I had have a pretty busy weekend and kind of tired too. I took 2 day of rest Sat and Sun:confused: weird huh? I'm not that way, but it was needed, yesterday I went back to my WO I did legs and today it was back/core and cardio.. 3 more days to go yayay!! and I'm still doing the diet, I am even thinking about doing another week because I want to see my abs :eek: hahaha!! we'll see I'm going to need a huge, huge amount of will power to extended for at leas a week, if not that's ok I'm going to stick with the regular diet. Today is my high carb day!Hmmm! so bad because I cannot have cereal:confused:

Bummer I still don't have any DVD's :mad:. This is going onto week #3. I hope they will come sometime this week.

Janie I will let you know when I get the DVD's. For my recovery week I was hoping to do some of the new workouts but so far that isn't working out. So for tomorrow I have Kick Punch and Crunch lined up. I hate the time change I wish they would just leave it alone. The cats are all messed up too with their feeding times.

Pam No DVD fairy for me today :(. I did want them for my recovery week so I will take it day by day just in case I do get them this week. Glad to hear that Butters behaved himself. That had to be a good feeling for you coming home. I have never had green fried tomatoes but have heard of them. A pound is definitely manageable, you will lose that by the end of the week :D. It was a long day yesterday, I never can sleep late but I try to stay in bed until 6am. I would love to stay in bed until 7:30/8:30. I can't remember the last time I did that. We only have one tree but man there are a lot of leave on it. They still haven't all fallen yet so I know there is more raking in my future. Too bad the Low Impact Challenge wasn't as fun as you had hoped. Sounds like you had a lot of fun and food in Charleston. I wish it was as warm as 59 degrees here. It got down below freezing yesterday morning and today it wasn't much warmer. I think your blood gets thinner or thicker depending on where you live. I remember being in Hawaii and it was about 70 degrees, I was still in shorts but the locals were in ski jackets.

Julie Good job on Turbo Barre. That is one that I am looking forward to doing. Enjoy the nice weather in Florida. Yes the time change does stink. Still no DVDs for me still hoping for this week.

Eunice Still no DVDs for me either. Hopefully we will both get them this week. I am done with meso 2 and I am in my recovery week. Sounds like you needed a couple of days off from your workouts. Good job on working your legs back and core and cardio. I hope everything goes well at your dentist appointment.

Julie Great job on Turbo Barre! That is one that I am wanting to try and thought about subbing in this morning I am also anxious to try Slide and Glide! I bet you got a real workout in getting the house packed up also, I hope those cheeks are doing ok today :p It's nice that you are getting some time to enjoy some of the nice weather too, you deserve it! Oh, fried green tomatoes are awesome. I don't like red tomatoes, but I love the green ones. It's a completely different taste and texture.

Eunice That is crazy that your dvds and laptop are taking so long to come! How long do packages from the states normally take to get to you? I don't know, it was just a picture you posted on facebook of a girl with dark hair and amazing abs. I like eating too much to have abs like that I'm afraid!

You must've really needed that rest for you to take 2 days off, so good for you for doing that! Great job on you legs, back/core and cardio too. Wow, that is a lot! I can't believe you are almost done with the program, you have done such a great job with it! I know you have the willpower for another week, look how long you have done it already. You can do it!!!

Cheryl I think it is ridiculous that you don't have your dvds yet! You would think that they could just scan the package at customs or something! :confused: Oh yes, fried green tomatoes are so so good. I don't know what it is about them, but I am hooked! How have your shoulders been feeling after all of that raking? That is a big time workout. I rake the grass after I mow and it doesn't take me more than about 15 minutes but it seems like forever! :rolleyes: You are right about blood getting thinner/thicker. I used to laugh at people like me when I lived in Michigan. Now I wonder how I ever did it! Crazy.

This morning for me was 4DS kickbox. I really thought about doing turbo barre instead but decided to go with the calendar for today and spread the new workouts out a little. That way I still have new ones to look forward to. I hope everyone has a great day!

This morning I decided to do the cardio only portion from 4DS Kickbox and then I did Yoga Max. It was my first time doing Yoga Max. I liked it but will have to work up to being able to hold the poses for that long. It actually felt like a good stretch. Today we are going to do a little site seeing. DH and my dad want to go see the Yankees minor league team stadium.

Eunice Sounds like you needed a good rest with those 2 days off. Good job getting back to it with legs and then back/core and cardio. I can’t believe you are almost done with the 12 week trainer program. Sounds like you got great results. Extending the diet another week would be really hard. I think that is my biggest struggle with long term diets. I can restrict what I eat for so long but then I start to miss the things I used to enjoy eating occasionally like cereal. Good luck if you decide to keep going. You are pretty determined so I know you can do it if you want to. We are not burying Oscar. He was cremated and his ashes are in an urn. Right now we need to find a good place to keep the urn and the paw print.

Cheryl I’m telling you those Customs officials are doing the workouts. That is why it is taking so long for you to get them! Just kidding! I do hope they get here soon though. That will stink if you don’t get them until you start Meso 3. Of course, you should have them by the time you do your next active recovery week. So far it is pretty nice weather here in FL. No rain and not too humid.

Pam Great job on 4DS kickbox! Too funny we did the same workout. Only I couldn’t do the weight work since I don’t have heavy weights with me. TB is a good one and surprisingly a good calorie burner but I agree if I saw 4DS Kickbox on the calendar I would stick with that one instead of subbing in TB. My cheeks are actually ok today but my calves have DOMS. I think it is because in TB you are up on your toes a lot and the calf work chapter is pretty intense too.

I can't believe that I am still waiting........I am now getting really annoyed!!!! Another thing is that this Friday is a stat for us for Remembrance Day so that means it only leaves Wednesday or Thursday for delivery this week. I also haven't really done any workouts either. I have been waiting for the new ones hoping that I would get them but I guess I have to stop waiting and just do something that I have already. Another sign that winter is on its way is one of our ski hills opened today. This was their earliest opening ever. It is only two runs but it is a start.

Pam You would think that it would be easy to scan a package and deliver it. In the open forum a couple of people have received them but they had to pay custom duties and taxes :confused:. I have never had to pay that before and I will be really angry if they make me pay it to get my DVDs. My shoulders are feeling fine after the raking. We don't have a lot to do so it isn't too bad. Good job on 4DS Kickbox. Turbo Barre is one that I am looking forward to if I ever get my DVDs.

Julie You and Pam thinking the same thing this morning. Both of you did 4DS Kickbox except you tacked on Yoga Max. Funny how that happens sometimes. You will be able to hold the poses eventually, you just need to keep at it. Customs is doing something with my DVDs but it isn't delivering them :(. Glad that you are getting nice weather in Florida.

This morning I did Cardio Supersets (sorry Eunice and Cheryl). It was fast, fun, and surprising a little difficult with a good calorie burn for only 40+ minutes of work. Today we get to pick up the U-Haul trailer and load it with the boxes and furniture we are taking back home. So I guess that will be workout number 2 for me today!

Cheryl Ugh winter is coming isn’t it? And there isn’t anything we can do about it. Before we left for FL, I started to feel the winter blues setting in. I suppose they will come back once we get back home. They usually go away during the holidays but then January and February are just so brutal. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed on your DVDs.

Julie Great job on 4DS Kickbox and yoga max. Funny that we did the same workout yesterday. Every time I do it I am amazed at how fast the cardio section goes by, it just flies! I hope you had fun sightseeing yesterday too. Did you get to see the Yankees minor league stadium? Do you have the Cathe workout downloads that you are doing, or did you bring DVDs with you to Florida? Oy boy, calf DOMS can be brutal! I hope they are feeling better today.

Cheryl Oh brother, I hope you don't have to pay tax and duty, that would be crazy. I thought you only had to pay duty on things that were over a certain value. Of course I don't really know how it works for mail order.... A ski hill is open already?! Oh man, it just seems too early for that! We are enjoying temps in the low 70's and I am hoping it will stay this way!

Julie Great job on Cardio supersets, that is a fun one isn't it? I like that it is only 40 minutes, but if you want to do a full hour you can do the premix that includes the 20 minute bonus. When are you headed home? Sounds like a fun day ahead of leading up the UHaul ;):rolleyes:

This morning for me was 4DS LIS. It was the first time I have done it in awhile so it was fun. I may have to think about subbing in one of the new workouts for the cardio portion when HIS comes up on the calendar this week. I'm starting to hate the post, mail or what ever its holding my dvd's back:mad:Wow! good job finishing mess 2, I know when its fun time flays by soo fast! as we speak or type I'm emailing cathe support, I don't think they had ship mine, DPO it supposed to be in side US address so I don't know why is it taking so long!

Pam Yesterday I finally receive my laptop:D:D but not dvd's, I'm starting to think they they haven't ship anything, other dvd's and cathie stuff that I'd bought on the past get here pretty quick, so I did email cathie support let's see what happen. I think so too, last Saturday we went to Eppin just to get out of the house, not planing on buying anything, but Brandy had a prepaid phone that one of her friend let her use, she was going to return the phone and because of Brandy's birthday was on Nov/8 she was asking to get the iPhone4 DH didn't wanted to get a huge bill, so we went to ask, this is very complicated but the thing is that DH got his phone upgraded to the new iPhone, he gave it to Brandy and Brandy just used the old simcard from the prepay phone, and we are fine we didn't have to get a 2 year contract DH still paying the same amount of money and we have 2 phones:eek: I don't know if I explained my self.
Then because I'm in this diet I cannot messed up really, that was one of the low carb day I missed my meal and I was starving, I ate pretty late and it was really bad for me, so the next day I was exhausted, dead, no energy at all, so I took that day off.
Good job doing 4DS kickboxing one of my favorites ever, I love that the next day my abs get sore with that one.

JulieYou did the same with Pam, good job:p how can you still working out when you are supposed to have some kind of mini vacation? huh? did you got to see the Yankees stadium? I think you are sooo right extending this crazy diet could be a disaster so after I'm done with it this Saturday I'll take a day off, my daughter's birthday was on the 8th you cannot believe how many cakes she got from friends at school she got 5 cakes they are 3 and a half at school and brought the rest home, there is one cover on chocolate so nice it looks so pretty, I want to pig out on that one, she is saving it for Sunday, huhmmm Sunday I'm having a cheat day!! Oh ok that is love for Oscar, DH would just dig a whole and buried in there, oh maybe not Sam its pretty spoiled we love that dog so much!Hahaha I was thinking that maybe some one else some where is using my Cathie dvd's!!

CherylOMG NO dvd's I think until Monday if anything Friday the DPO office its going to be close, because they celebrate US holidays and AU holidays they are always off:mad: at least I got my Laptop:D Your winter its there and out heat, steamy, sweaty, hot, ugly weather is here!! yesterday I mopped the floors and it takes hours to dry.:mad:

Julie So bad, anyways enjoy them I'm so glad that at least you had only good reviews for them so I'm so looking to do them to see which one is my favorite one. Two workouts in a day whew!!

Pam good job doing 4DS LIS, I did that one a lot for my cardio and I finally got it!! yay!!

Yesterday I did chest/calves and cardio for cardio I did Intensity oh boy!! It was a sweat fest and my legs are so sore I didn't know that using the leg press it was going to kill my legs :confused: ouch!! then with all those ploy moves :eek: it was fun!!! So yesterday I got my laptop, I didn't clean the house the past weekend so yesterday before I sat to play with my new toy, I had to clean and mop the floors, then was diner time and my time just went by so fast I went to bed pretty late too:eek:
Today I did biceps/triceps/core and cardio for cardio I did step works another good one, I don't know from where but I was dripping sweat my whole body is like if someone dunked me in the water pulled me out and leave there dripping on sweat :confused: I know its a good thing but still..
2 more days to go and I'll be done yay!! I can't wait I kind got disappointed because I have seen pictures of another girls that finished the trainer and they look awesome, to me I think I lost weight but I still have body fat and I cannot see that definition on my arms and I hated so I'm going to rest one week, after 12 straight weeks of WO I think my body really needs to rest, then I'm going to do mess 3 to finish it too, and use the same method as Jamie I'm going to use it as a bulking stage, not much cardio then go back to the trainer phase 2 with a little cardio and so on.. food still the same I'm going to keep eating I now like to count calories hahah!! so I'm going to do 40 protein/35 carbs /25 fat I hope that helps..

Been a very busy last couple of days. Sleep deprived and overworked. But hey, we can now wash the walls and prepare it for painting. One room at a time. And, no more smell, yeah! We are done with the floors except for painting them, and we have a full kitchen to work in and stalked full of food for the next time we come to work. I can't wait to get to the point where there is a real comfortable bed! Oh, our Pergo arrived (for my bedroom and bathroom), Joe will pick it up tomorrow.

Cheryl, I'm so so sorry you didn't get your DVD's yet. Do you think something may be wrong? Maybe it's time to ask about your order. Go skiing, enjoy and forget about it for now.

Julie, Great job on Cardio Supersets and loading the boxes and furniture in the U-Haul trailer. Good job!

Pam, Great job on 4DS LIS. No reason why you shouldn't sub other DVD's. Do what you like for sure.;)

Eunice, Great job yesterday on chest/calves and cardio "Intensity". Yep, that one is very intense! Great job also on today's bicep/triceps/core and cardio using Step Works. Love that one! I love it when I sweat, you know you did well when that happens. Good for you! I think you might be surprised with your photos. You must be very hard on yourself, you have been working sooooooooo hard, I bet it will show. Congrats for dong those workouts, wow. Yes, I agree, do your body good and take a rest. Very proud of you!

Julie Glad you had fun with Cardio Supersets. One day I will be able to try that one out :p. Yep winter is on its way. I am feeling the time change right now. It gets me every time. I haven't worked out either because I am feeling the blues too. I find February to be the hardest month

Pam I have only paid duty once and that was about 12 years ago. I haven't had to since and I am hoping that I won't have to this time. I know for the last series some people paid duty and some didn't. I don't know why it is so inconsistant. Oh sure rub in the good weather that you are having......just Kidding!!!! I am bundled up in my winter coat, scarf, gloves and boots, 70 degrees is looking really good right now. Good job on 4DS LIS, that is a fun workout.

Eunice Weird that you still haven't received yours. Well at least you got your new computer. I guess you are heading into summer now aren't you. Sounds like it get humid there. Good job on chest, calves and Intensity and biceps, triceps, core and cardio. You are almost at the end. You probably look awesome too, sometimes we judge ourselves too harshly.

Janie Nice that you got the smell out of your beach house and now you can use the kitchen. I don't think something is wrong with not receiving my DVDs. It is just taking time to get them which is fustrating. In the thread in Open Discussion most Canadians are still waiting.

Ok the black top was before I started the trainer,
the new ones are the blue top those are from today after 12 weeks,
the brown top its at the middle of the program and compared from the blue one that is the most resent one
there is a huge diff. my belly its flatter.

Eunice I'm glad that your laptop finally arrived, at least now you can download the new workouts while you continue to wait for the dvds. I wonder what the heck is taking them so long this time? It sounds like a lot of people are in the same boat that are in other countries though. Did you hear anything back from Cathe support? So you got another phone and you don't have to pay any extra? That sounds like a pretty good deal! I bet that Brandy is one happy girl too! When I got my new iphone my DD asked if she could have my old one. I told her she could have it, but it had been deactivated and I wasn't having it reactivated for her! She wasn't too thrilled about that :rolleyes: I hate the 2 year contracts for the phones. Last time I was counting the days til my contract was up so I could switch! Oh that is not good having to wait so long to eat :( My abs were sore this morning and I was wondering why. Great job on Chest/calves and cardio. I can't believe chose intensity for your cardio. Wow! That is alot in one day!! Great job on Biceps, triceps, core and Step Works too. Step Works was my first Cathe video and I just love it still! It is such a fun one!
I love it when I am dripping with sweat when I'm done! You should not feel discouraged with your results. It is hard to see your own results because you are looking at yourself ever day so you don't feel the gradual changes. The pictures and the measurements tell the true story and you are looking great! I especially like your side view!!! Nice tummy! I think you are smart to take a rest. I am thinking about taking a full rest week soon too. My shoulder is just not cooperating with me. I couldn't do the external rotations with the band yesterday at all. I had to just FF through that part. I am starting to see it in other exercises too. Even at the end of my biceps today it was started to give me issues.... :confused:

Janie Wow, you are making so much progress at the beach house! I'm so glad to hear that the smell is gone, what a relief! That is such hard work but at least it feels rewarding to see all of the progress. Have you cooked your first meal there yet?

Cheryl I wonder what is going on with the DVDs. It seems like a lot of people who aren't in the US haven't gotten theirs yet. Makes you wonder if they sent them out later?! It seems strange that some people are having to pay duty and others are not :confused: Sorry for bragging about the nice weather, I'll try to keep it to myself :p

This morning was 4DS bootcamp for me. No way was I going to sub that one out, I love it! Those drop down and pushups always get me at the end. I remember the first time I did it thinking I only had to do one pushup on that last round and then she said 8! I thought I would die. I made it through them all ok this morning, but was glad when they were over! I hope everyone is having a great day!

This morning I did Slide & Glide. Another surprisingly big calorie burner. It went by really fast. After that, we went to a dog beach and walked Maggie up and down the beach while we looked for seashells. Today is the last night here before we head back. So I am not sure if I will be posting again until next week.

Pam Great job on 4DS LIS! I have been doing the downloads. I didn’t want to bring the DVDs with me so it was good luck that I had ordered the downloads way back in May. It has been working out really well playing them on my laptop too. I would have loved to do the bonus section of cardio supersets but I didn’t bring my step with me. I did bring the discs, bands, and two 5 pound dumbbells. We did get to see the Yankees minor league stadium. My dad was in heaven! We will be heading home tomorrow. We are stopping for the night in northern GA and then heading the rest of the way back Saturday. Sunday will be spent unloading the U-Haul and then it is back to work.

Eunice Great job on chest/calves and cardio! Wow you did Intensity for your cardio. I love that workout! Great job on bis/tris/core and cardio too! I can’t remember Step Works but it is an oldie I believe. I know it is hard to not get disappointed when you see how well some other people did but you should be proud of yourself. You made improvements and stuck in there. That is awesome! Having a cheat day on Sunday sounds good. I think Cathe had an article that said having a cheat day after being on a low carb diet is a great way to shock your metabolism. By the way, I think your pictures look amazing. I can see a difference and the fact that you really like your butt is a good sign that you do see changes.

Janie Yep sounds like you have been super busy with fixing up the Beach House. You guys are working so hard and I just know it is going to be beautiful when you are done. That is really great that the smell is gone now too. It is nice that you have the kitchen stocked so you have food there.

Cheryl Would you have to pay the duty when you pick up the DVDs? I am not sure how that works. Seems unfair you would have to pay shipping plus a duty fee and have to wait 5 times as long as everyone else. Well not to rub it in but I am enjoying my last day in the upper 70s and then it is back to the north and the freezing cold is coming.

Pam Great job on 4DS Bootcamp! I love that one too and the drop down pushups. LOL! I thought the same thing on the last set. I was like “8” is she kidding? Glad you got through them. A full rest week sounds good but I just am not sure I could do that. I think I would have to get up and at least walk or something.

Jeanie Yes you had being pretty busy, woohoo at leas the bad smell its gone that is a plus, you should get some rest you need that to continue working, don't worry about working out that along its a good workout.:p Yes!!! I can't wait for my rest week! whew!!:D One more day to go, I'm excited!

CherylI hope you got your dvd's today,I'm going to be mad too if I don't get them by Monday, I got email from Cathie support they say that they are still on transit they agree that this time its taking way to long so if I don't get them by next Friday they are going to send another package:mad: Keep your self warm hmmm!! I'm in a mood of laziness not new!:confused: Yes summer its here a couple nights ago we had a storm, very strong wind a lot of trees fall down knocking fences and electrical cables it was scary:eek:

Pam yay! me too and this one DH its not touching it haha!! I'd just started to download the workouts they take way to long to download. Yes I hear from the cathie support they checked the tracking info and still on transit they say that if I don't get it by mid to end of the week they will send a new one. I hope I get them on Monday today the DPO office its close:mad: Yes,we got another phone and a iPhone :confused: I don't know how that works, but DH its going to keep paying the same amount of money as he was before, and Brandy gets to use it as a prepay phone. So what company for the phone do you have? You SD couldn't just used as a pay phone? That is something weird I guess over her you go to the post office and buy a simcard really cheap install it on the phone and that's it, every time they run out of credit just recharge it. I love to get sore abs after a while its hard to get them sore:( hurray for you!! Brandy its a very special girl, I was reading some of the comments that her friends were making about her, they say that she is beautiful, confident, happy, I don't know they love her. I can't wait for Sunday hmmmm!!:D You do love boot camp kind of workouts huh? Good for you and for doing those pushups too!! One week off I think its the best thing you can do for your shoulder, mine its being good no more pain or anything like that I hope that permanent.

Julie You are having some much fun doing the new workouts, so fun going to the beach with Maggie, have fun your last day in Florida! question did you took pictures? Step works its an oldie one, real fun! I have to read that article about the cheat meal I saw it but I didn't get to read it. Yesterday was a playful day for me haha!! I was playing with this thing for so long when I realize that it was time to go pick up Brandy at the station I'm always working ahead that with diner so when we get back we have diner soon, but yesterday I wasn't feeling the time... I did workout I did I don't remember if I posted what I did:confused: Ok yes I did, so today I did shoulders/calves and cardio for cardio I did Step Blast and it was a blast, so much fun I love it, I was thinking that Cathie need to make a Step Blast 2 that would be awesome.
One more workout to go yay!! tomorrow I have cardio only 1 hour and I'll be done also is the last day of carb cycle whew!! I feel so accomplish for stcking to the diet and the workouts I'm so glad that DH supported me with the craziness of this last part and I didn't have to have very one doing the same as me, he asked me to feed him the same as me but I told him why? I know him and if he feel like he eat peanut butter sandwich or a bowl of cereal so there was nothing good for him, :confused:

Still no DVDs :(. Since tomorrow is a holiday I won't get them until sometime next week......maybe. Well this morning I got up and did KPC. I hadn't done that one in a while but I was hoping to do a new one.

Eunice You look amazing in your pictures. We always compare ourselves to other people but we all have different body types so we won't look the same. Still no DVDs, we are both in the same boat. Hopefully we will both get them tomorrow. Wind storms can be scary. I remember one storm that we had a couple of years ago. The wind was so strong and the trees were bending over. We ended up staying up most of the night and stayed downstairs because we weren't sure if a tree would come through the roof. Good job on shoulders, calves and cardio.

Pam Customs has opened them up and are doing the workouts instead of me. I don't remember them taking this long before. Well we did have a nice day here but only in the 50s. Don't worry about bragging right now, I seem to remember you getting snow last year :p. Way to go on 4DS Bootcamp. Yep those drop down and pushups are a killer.
