Did 30/30 today. I was in 7th heaven!

Pam, Great job on Imax (really?, wow) and Icy core 1. That is one that's very difficult for me. Good for you! You are doing just fine.

Julie, Great job on live Cardio & Weights. Glad you like them. Making me think about live workouts myself. I can't wait for Spring to come!

Today was disc 18 back and biceps. This time I lowered the weight on the barbell curls and my forearm felt much better.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Yesterday I did RWH Plyo 1 and core 1. This morning I was going to do yoga but with the time change I felt out of wack so I took it as a day off. It is so stormy here today. Even with the time change we needed the lights on inside and even when we went out for a bit we needed the headlights on in the middle of the day. Another wind storm is on its way and I hope that our trees stay standing.

Today was Muscle Endurance. Hard but good. Love lifting.

Another weekend flew by!! On Saturday I did Tabatacise. I kept telling myself that it was refreshing, but my body was not buying that at all! ;) Yesterday was my rest day which I think was a good plan with the time change. Of course the day flew by losing that hour. We had an absolutely gorgeous weekend though. The trees and flowers are all blooming and spring seems to be here!! This morning was disc 22 chest, shoulders and triceps. I was glad that it was on the shorter side because it was SOOOOO hard to get out of bed. I hope everyone has a great day!

Saturday morning I did Live Total Body Sculpt. Another great full body workout. Then it was chores and working on my taxes (oh the joy!). I don’t know what was going on but Saturday night I could not go to sleep. It was midnight before I was asleep and then we lost an hour. I was dragging Sunday morning but I did Live High Energy Kickboxing and it was a blast. It is definitely one I will return to at some point.

Pam Great job on Imax + Icy Core 1! Surprise or no surprise I have still not done either of the Icy Cores! Wow 80 is awesome! We were in the 60s on Saturday and I was hoping to take the dogs to the park but it was kind of dreary and drizzly so we didn’t want to take a chance on getting stuck out in the rain.

Julie, Great job on TBS (live). Yeah, ugh, the joy of taxes. And even though you were dragging Sun. morning, great job on Live HEK. So glad you liked it.

Pam, I have been working hard! Thank you for noticing. I was in a slump for the longest time. Then my other post that I belong to, one of the members decided to quit because I wasn't posting regularly. (Well it wasn't me alone, but I certainly contributed to her decision). I realized how important she and posting is to me, to make me accountable. I certainly had to apologize and begged her to come back. Well she did and I started getting my butt back into shape. I even did it here, that's why I had to tell you all how important you all are to me. We've become good friends for a long time now and I don't want to lose any of my friends here. You all keep me accountable. But most of all, I've gotten to know and care about you all. So, I'm back at it again and hopefully will never stray away from my groups again.

Great job on Sat. Tabatacise. Bodies have a way of talking back! LOL! Oh, Spring is on it's way. Yes, I'm seeing beautiful flowers showing off. It's wonderful! Great job for this mornings disc 22 chest chest, shoulders and triceps. I wish they'd (whoever that may be) would leave the time change alone. I don't know why that's so important to do.

This morning was disc 19 chest, shoulders and triceps. Got up late today, still trying to get used to the time change. I am really glad that I don't have to go to work anymore or else I would have been really useless there.
 
Last night I did Live Butts N Guts! It was a great workout. I have to say I liked it better than the DVD. The fact that it is 20 minutes shorter might have something to do with it but really this was just an awesome workout. I even enjoyed the core work.

Janie Great job on CLB! That one is such a good fryer of legs! So glad to see you are back and the swing of things again. You have so many activities you enjoy I am sure it is hard to devote all the time you want to each one.

Cheryl Great job on disc 19! Oh boy the time change has still got me down. It was just starting to get light out when I was leaving for work and now it is darker than dark again. Hopefully that won’t last too much longer.

Julie Looks like our posts crossed yesterday morning. Great job on Live Total Body sculpt, chores and taxes. I was planning to work on my moms taxes on Sunday, but I didn't! I need to get busy! That is terrible that you weren't able to get to sleep and then the time change on top of that. I am still trying to catch of on the time change. Great ob on High Energy Kickbox! It's nice that you had such a fun one on a day when you weren't really feeling it!

Janie Great job on CLB! That is one I haven't done in a long time. Well I for one am glad that you are out of your slump! Mostly for your sake, but we missed you around here too! You are so sweet and important to me too! {{HUGS}}. I'm so happy about spring too, we have trees and flowers blooming everywhere, I just love it!

Cheryl Great job on disc 19. I do still have to go to work unfortunately, and was pretty useless. I am still really struggling with the time change today and we went to bed at like 9:15 last night!

This morning was supposed to be Hiit DWP, but I decided I would rather do 30/30 so I did that and the core work from SJP. I was glad for a shorter workout since I am still having trouble getting up! Have a great day!

Julie Way to go in Live Butts N Guts. Nice that you even enjoyed the core work. I hated it when it would be dark out again when I went to work. I hope you can get into the swing of thing with the time change soon.

Pam I remember when I was working it would take quite a while before I got used to the time change. I hope you won't struggle for too long with it. Good work on 30/30 and SJP core work.

This morning was CCC for me. I have told myself that I need to do the workouts that have a dread factor more and CCC is one of them. Though when I do them they are hard but not as hard as I think they are.

Last night was yoga. Today is my Friday. I am taking tomorrow and the real Friday off from work. I have a bunch of errands and appointments on Thursday and decided to go ahead and take Friday off just to make it a 4 day weekend. So looking forward to sleeping in a few extra days. I think I need it after the time change.

Pam Great job on 30/30 + SJP abs! I think 30/30 is much more fun the DWP mainly because of the 4 times ¼ turn jumps! I was surprised I liked the core work too. Maybe I was having an off day or something.

Cheryl Great job on CCC! That seems to be the way with dread factor workouts. They are harder in our heads than when we do them. I understand about the need to do things I dread. I need to take it to heart with core work and floor work in general.

Janie Great job on PUB! That is a toughie and always made my arms feel like jello. And of course the core work is yowza!

Cheryl I'm knocking on wood here, but it was a lot easier getting up this morning than the first two days this week so hopefully I am over the hump! Great job on CCC. I think I am finally getting over the dread factor on that one for that very reason - when I do it it never seems as hard as I have built it up in my head. It is HARD of course, but doable.

Julie Great job on yoga! Oh good for you taking a long weekend, I hope you thoroughly enjoy it. That should help you get caught up on sleep too. All of those 1/4 turn jumps are exactly why I don't really like DWP, I think it is a bit of overkill!

This morning for me was disc 32 Plyo legs. I love the plyo leg workouts but I was telling Cathe to stop talking and get on with it a few times! :p This might be my favorite of the plyo legs because there are no 1/2 turn jumps! It does have the 1 legged burpees though, so she still manages to get you somehow! Have a great day!

Today was 4DS Bootcamp (cardio only and Ab Circuits: weights & Plates. I'm sore...LOL!

I volunteered to sing and play my guitar on Friday afternoons for a senior home. I think doing so will get me ready for performing at the Woodfest this Summer. I don't want to go on stage in fear or stage freight. I want to be prepared. When I get there, will ask them what songs they would enjoy hearing. But for that day, they will have to hear the songs I know. Then will learn them and start playing songs that mean a lot to them. I can't wait! Will keep you informed. Yikes!!

Pam, Great job on disc 32 Plyo Legs. LOL, yes Cathe can be a shatter box.

Julie, Great job on yoga. Nice to have a 4 day weekend for catching up and sleeping in. Enjoy.

Janie Great job on 4DS Bootcamp. I just love that one. It is tough for sure, but luckily not too long and I feel very accomplisthed afterword. OOOoooh, weights and plates is a killer! Great job on that one too! I bet you are sore! That is so cool that you are going to play your guitar at a senior home. I bet they will really enjoy it and it will be a great way to help you build your confidence for the Woodfest. I am very proud of you!!

This morning was supposed to be MMA Fusion but I did Kick, Punch and Crunch instead. I am ready for the weekend, why isn't it Friday yet?! It's going to be a busy weekend. My brother and his wife are coming tonight, my cousin and his fiance, and my nephew and his fiance are coming tomorrow night, and I'm having dinner for all of them and my mom and sisters who live here. On Saturday my GF is having Doug and I over for a birthday dinner for me since we are gone for all of April, and on Sunday I have a girls brunch and spa day! Busy but should be fun. Today was Intensity. I don't do that one enough and it is a fun but tough workout. Then it was some housework, errands and then I did some gardening. It was so nice out I didn't want to be inside.

Cheryl Thanks, I think it will be a fun weekend. Great job on Intensity. You are right, it is really fun but really tough. I like how it's broekn up though, so that just when you can't take anymore it's on to the next section! Nice that you are getting outside and enjoying the weather. It was 88 degrees here the other day - a record high. Yesterday was nice too but not quite as warm, but I think the high on Sunday is supposed to be 46?! o_O:confused: I am not liking the sound of that at all!

This morning was disc 18 (or maybe 19?) back and biceps. My biceps are still talking to me...OUCH! Have a great day!
