Strength in Numbers

Did STS Total Body. Whew!

Here is a picture of a few pieces of the jewelry I've made for Christmas presents this year.
396271180.jpg

These are made out of paper, but I'm also working on ones without paper. I'll show you those later.

Cheryl, We also had snow at the higher elevations. Spring? Sometimes life includes other things than working out. Good for stretching, that is one thing that is more important than anything else.

Pam, Great job on CCC. That one is hard for sure. That is so cool wearing the jewelry I made. Still rainy out. Sigh:rolleyes: Enjoy Neal Young tonight.

Julie, Great job on CTX Step & Intervals Cardio only and those 1RM Tests. You are doing so very well on the pull-ups. That is why I keep getting Cathe's DVD's, because they are so versatile. Every day you wear my jewelry? Well bless your heart.

Have a good Friday everyone,

Janie

Pam Too funny about Shorty being locked in a room all night. We have done that with our guys but it was only for an hour or so. Snow in April is soooo wrong. It was only 32 degrees this morning as well. I am having a bad week with the workouts. I am getting really fustrated with not having any energy. Same thing for this morning I did not have the energy at all to do anything, it was hard enough dragging my butt to work. Enjoy your Neil Young concert.

Julie Way to go with your pull ups. You are getting stronger. Well no workout this morning, this is starting to get kinda old. Well you can tell Jason that right now the Canucks are leading the Blackhawks 1 - 0 in the first period. We can't lose to the Blackhawks this year so I think Jason just needs to start cheering for the Canucks right now :D.

Janie Very nice pieces of jewelry. Lucky people who will get it for Christmas. I wear the earrings and necklace that you made for quite a bit too. I think the both of us are still waiting for Spring to arrive. I don't remember a Spring being this cold in a long time.

Have a great Saturday everyone.

Cheryl

This morning I did CTX Kickbox Cardio Only, 6 1RM Tests, and pushups: 45, 35, and 30. The pushups were so tough but I "pushed" through it. Sorry had to put that pun in there! :p

Janie Great job on STS TB! That one is so tough! I have only done it twice and both times I had DOMS for 2 days! Well, I don't wear all of your jewelry every day. I do wear the bracelet every day. The earrings and necklace get to take some days off during the week!

Cheryl Bummer on the no energy thing. Have you tried taking a B Complex supplement. B vitamins are supposed to help with energy levels. I will tell Jason he is rooting for the wrong team and needs to switch sides! We'll see how that one goes!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Nice weather today. 50+ degrees and sunny with a few clouds. Working in the greenhouses, cleaning last years growth out, putting up shelves to hold seedlings, took out plant heating pads for when the seeds get here by mail. Any time now. Took out last years growth from the asparagus garden. I see little tips already! The yard is full of debris and just waiting for me to pick it up and dispose of it. That will be another day. Need to go shopping to get potting soil, and look for a place that sells dirt. Our place we used to go closed up, darn. Then I'm done for the day. Whew! Sure hope I'm not too late on the peas though. They should have been in the ground weeks ago, but what is a garden without peas? I'll try anyway. Am growing lemon verbena, planing, 2 kings of peas, cukes, 4or 5 kinds of lettuce, scallions, mini bell peppers, two kinds of very early tomatoes, a whole garden of basil so I can make pesto this year, cilantro, two kinds of carrots and marigolds to help with bugs and mammoth size sunflowers to feed us and the birds. Never grew sunflowers before, hope it goes well.

Update: The seeds came today! I planted the peas, Yeah!

Cheryl, Thank you for your compliments. That's cool that you wear the jewelry.:D

Julie, Great job on CTX Kickbox Cardio only and the 1RM tests and the wonderful pushups. You are awesome lady! And very inspiring.:) Cool, that you still wear the jewelry.

Have a terrific Saturday.

Janie

Cheryl So sorry to hear you are having a bad week. You should talk to your doctor about your lack of energy, there could definitely be some medical reason behind it. I imagine the Weather is not helping much though either. 32 degrees this late in April is soooo wrong! The Neil Young show was great, we had a lot of fun.

Julie Great job on CTX Kickbox Cardio Only, 6 1RM Tests, and pushups!

Janie Glad to hear that you got a nice day and got to do some work in the greenhouse and the garden. Oh, I love fresh peas right out of the garden! I hope you aren't too late too! Your garden sounds wonderful!

I forgot to post yesterday but I did Step Blast and it was a blast! It was quite the crazy day here yesterday, we had a tornado go through our neighborhood! I wasn't home at the tine, but Doug and Carl were. We were pretty lucky though. We had some damage but not a terrible amount. We have a lot of trees down and several just snapped off, and had one crush part of the gutter and put a big hole in the roof. We had a couple of shutters and several shingles blown off. One of the rocking chairs in the front porch was flipped over, but luckily missed the window. I was downtown shopping through it. At one point i was in the dressing room and the power went out and the sales people were running around tying to find a flashlight but then it came back on. I came out of the dressing room and looked outside and that was the one time I got scared. They locked the doors to the store because they were blowing open and you could not see anything. Doug said that it was as black as night here, yikes! It was all over in about 5 minutes though and I never got scared enough to stop trying on clothes. Then what is normally a 15 minute trip home took over an hour because so many roads were closed because of downed trees and power lines. We were very lucky that no one was hurt. Hpefully today will be uneventful!

Have a great Sunday!
Pam

Julie CTX Kickbox isn't very long but I like it if I am short on time. My lack of energy just seems to be during the work week, I was fine this weekend. I think it must be all in my mind with when the alarm goes off I don't think I should be getting up . Well the Canucks are in Chicago tonight. The game didn't start until 8 pm your time and I am assuming that both you and Jason are in bed and not watching the game right now. So far in the second period they are tied 2-2. This game could go either way.

Janie Nce that you could get out into the garden today. It is still too early for me, I usually really start doing things in May. I don't have room to plant veges but I do plant flowers. I have quite a bit of moss in the garden and I need to get rid of that. I am hoping to get that done this weekend. I do wear your jewelry, I am wearing your earrings right now.

Pam I don't think my lack of energy is medical since I don't have any problems on the weekend. I think I need a vacation and I think when the alarm goes off I think it is an insane time to get up and I should still be sleeping. However I do usually wake up before my alarm and I shouldn't be so winey and and Nike says "Just Do It". The weather doesn't help either but today was nice and I think the beginning of the week is supposed to be nice too. 32 degrees is too cold it should be warmer and no snow.......
Scarey to have a tornado go through your neighbourhood. I hope it won't take too long to get the damage fixed at least your house is still standing. I like that you never stopped trying on clothes, I like your priorities :D

Yesterday I did Cardio and Weights and today it was yoga. Back to work tomorrow but at least Friday is a holiday. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Cheryl

It was a beautiful morning and afternoon, full of sun and few clouds. Planted the elephant garlic that I took out of the garden last year, because we went to Vegas and wanted to shut down the garden. Thought I was sacrificing the garlic, so pulled them out and left them on the ground. It survived through the winter without protection. Took the cloves and planted them. They seem happy back in the ground. Instead of six that I started with, I now have 20. What remarkable plants they are! I planted basil, tomatoes and peppers today. There is a plant heat pad under them and they are in the greenhouse. Everything else will be planted directly in the ground. I'm using a chart for my area when to plant the rest of the veges at various times. All will be in the ground towards the end of next month.

Pam, The chart I'm using for my garden and when to plant the peas, is right on. I will be having peas this year. In fact I'm a couple of days ahead.:) Great job on yesterdays Step Blast. I heard about the terrible storms and the states it affected. I'm relieved that you and Doug and Carl are OK. Whew! Oh My how scary that must have been! You never got scared enough to stop trying on clothes? LOL:eek: You truly are a trooper and so funny. I LOL:eek: even now, mostly because I know you are OK.

Cheryl, I have so much to clean up in the garden, and unfortunately it is suppose to rain the rest of the week. But wait a minute, that's what they said the last two days! I'll work on it when I can. I bet the flowers you plant are so beautiful when they bloom. I'm glad you enjoy your jewelry. Great job on C&W yesterday. I really love that one. And today's yoga.

Have a wonderful rest of the day,

Janie

Cheryl I can certainly relate to that feeling of not wanting to get up when the alarm goes off! I don't even sleep that much later on the weekends, but it still feels like it just because I don't have to use the blasted alarm clock! I'm guessing you were pretty tired this morning if you watched that whole hockey game last night! Congratulations on the win!
We don't get a holiday on Friday since it is a religious holiday :( We used to get both Friday and Monday off, but now we have to be politically correct

Janie So glad to hear that you got another beautiful day. Very cool that your garlic survived the winter and even multiplied! Wow. I love garlic too! I don't do much planting, only flowers and basil usually. I'll probably have to plant a new rosemary bush this year too though because my step-daughter backed over mine and it isn't looking too good. Maybe I need to get her to plant a new one!
Hooray for your peas!!! I love them raw right out of the pod! In hindsight I was thinking it was probably stupid for me to keep shopping, but I don't know what else I would do. I certainly wasn't about to go outside and the dressing rooms are in the back of the store away from all of the windows so are probably the safest spot anyway! My dental hygenist was laughing at me this morning and said good thing they didn't find me nekkid! BTW, I forgot to mention last time how beautiful your Christmas jewlelry is! I especially like the ones with all of the small balls!

Julie I hope you had a good weekend.

This morning for me was Circuit Max. That used to be one of my go-to workouts but I hadn't done it in quite awhile so it was really fun. I did a lot of eating over the weekend so I need to crack down this week! Yesterday I went to a shower and when I got home Doug was grinning from ear to ear because he had gone out and bought himselg a new chainsaw. I guess he figured he had a good excuse with all of the trees down  Happy Monday everyone (groan)

Pam

This morning I did 4DS Higher Intensity Step Cardio Only Premix. I didn’t really get a good workout in with the 4DS step workouts and I should have known better. I think there is too much added at one time and it is a wee bit complex for me. I was going to try the Lower Intensity Step later this week but I think I will find something else. I also did 6 1RM Tests. I think I am down to just 4 more days of testing!!

Pam I saw on the news all the damage from the tornadoes in VA and NC. That is so horrible but I am very glad you and your family are safe and sound! I was really worried after I saw the news story but was glad to see your posts this morning. Great job on Step Blast and Circuit Max! I love SB; it literally is a blast! Your DH sounds like mine when he gets to buy new toys. With our remodeling project going on, Jason got to buy a new drill this weekend and oh boy he was as excited as a little kid at Christmas. I guess it is like us and Cathe/workout gear!

Cheryl Great job on C&W and yoga! Jason started to watch the game and then went to bed. I don’t think he made it to the first intermission. You are so lucky to get Friday as a holiday. My company doesn’t give Good Friday as a holiday. I am taking time off this week but not doing anything relaxing or too much fun. I will be taking off Wednesday through Friday and painting several rooms in my house. It will be weird getting to sleep in a little during the week as I really don’t think I will be getting up at 3 those days to work out!

Janie WOW! Your garden sounds amazing! I bet you are getting quite the workout getting that garden together too. I don’t have room for a garden so I just keep a few pots on my deck for 2 tomato plants, a banana pepper plant, and chives. My mom does keep a pretty big garden and grows butternut squash, zucchini, bell peppers, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb, and asparagus. Oh! I forgot I planted a pear tree and two blueberry bushes in my front yard a few years ago. It will still be a few more years before I get anything from them but it is still exciting to see them grow!

Have a very Happy Monday!

Janie You are going to have lots of veges in a couple of months. I would like to plant a vegetable garden but living in a townhouse we don't have a whole lot of room and we don't get as much sun as they would need. I stick to plants that do well in shade or part shade part sun. I haven't seen the weather in the last several days so I don't know what they are forecasting for us. Today was nice but still cold, I haven't been able to take the electric blanket off the bed yet .

Pam I am like you and don't sleep in on the weekends at all. That is why I don't like to stay up too late because I always wake up by 5 am . Actualy the hockey game started at 5 pm for us so it was over before 8. I like the games that are in the East because they start so early. Tomorrows game is in Chicago again so it will be over by 8 again unless it goes into overtime. It is the games here that don't start until 7 and they are not over until 9:30 - 10:00. You don't get Friday off because it is a religious holiday??? You get Christmas off right? I look forward to Easter because I get a four day weekend, it is what keeps me going between New Years and Easter. Boys and their toys  I have no idea how they can get excited by a power tool, now clothes or makeup that is something to get excited about :D.
Good job on Circut Max that is a fun workout.

Julie Keep trying the Higher Intensity Step, it took me a while to get that one down and once I did it was fun. The Lower Intensity Step is easier to learn. You may want to try it just to see. The game was good last night and we won again :eek::eek:. We only have to win one more game to take the series and Chicago needs to win 4 in a row. Ummmm I think the odds are in our favor :D. I thought that almost everyone got the Friday off. Oh come on you really want to get up at 3 on your days off don't you :D.

Well I did it this morning and got up early and did High Step Training. That was one I hadn't done in a long time. I also walked the 8 blocks to and from my transit to the office building and also did the 7 flights of stairs to our floor. Hopefully I can do this again tomorrow.

Have a great Tuesday everyone.

Cheryl

Did ME today. An oldie but a goodie.

Went to Walmart and bought 3 bird houses for wrens and 2 larger bird houses. Had another two of the larger houses in the pump house and put them up as well. Was cleaning out some of the bird houses from last year and to my surprise I had a bird in my hand. Poor thing.:( I think she is OK, she wanted to nest but there were no eggs yet. I put her nicely back, but will see if she stays or not.

Started cleaning up the garden, but didn't get very far today.

Pam, I tried growing rosemary here, but eventually it dies.:( You are lucky to be able to grow it.:D While the storm was hitting in your area and while you were in the dressing room, I'm glad they didn't find you naked too! LOL.:D Great job on CM. Oh boy, men and their toys. He's right though, he needs help clearing all those down trees.

Julie, Great job on 4DS Higher Intensity Step Cardio only premix. Wow, that was a mouth full. You did good. Truly. Also good job for doing 1RM test. I also have rhubarb (for looks), strawberries, raspberries in my garden, and a place in town to pick blackberries in August and part of September. Love Berries!:p I think you are so very lucky to be able to grow pears and blueberries. Yummy! I guess I just don't have enough sun for them. I tried growing all kinds of fruit trees, but they don't produce fruit. Darn. Lack of sun, we have these very tall gorgeous pine trees that we can't cut the tops of. It's just wouldn't be right. You are going to love your blueberries and pears when they start producing. Good for you.

Cheryl, It gets up to 55 degrees here lately. That's still cool, but wonderful weather to work out in the yard. Great job on HST. Not an easy workout at all. Good for you! Walking 8 blocks after that and 7 flights of stair, and I bet you got tired. But Oh so proud of you. Great energy and stamina!

Have a evening everyone,

Janie

This morning I ran 3 miles, did 6 1RM tests (3 days left ), and pull-ups: 10, 6, 5, and 21 second negative. I am leaving work early today at 10:45 to run some errands in preparation for painting and staining the next three days.

Cheryl Great job on HSTA! That is such a goodie but those one arm triceps dips are killer! I think one of my other problems with the 4DS HIS is that I don’t have the room to really get into the moves. I might try the LIS. I love step but am a little slow at getting down the moves at times and then feel like I could’ve gotten a better workout in doing something else.

Janie Great job on ME! Oh the endless sets of leg presses! You are going crazy on cleaning up your yard. Keeps you busy and probably gets some light cardio in there as well. We have so much we want to do outside but we are focusing on the inside right now and the weather just isn’t Springy yet. We are in the 50s and rainy all last week and this week. Yuck!

Pam I’ll catch up with you tomorrow!

Have a wonderful Tuesday!

Rolly and I walked in the wood about 30 min. Beautiful morning and afternoon. Didn't have time to do much of anything else. I did a lot of clean max today in the house. Joey will be home tomorrow. Yeah!

Yuck!

Julie, Fantastic job on running 3 miles along with the 6 1RM tests and of course the pull ups. You are my inspiration. Looks like you are going to be a very busy person painting and staining. What are you painting and staining? We are in the 50's too, but for me, It's perfect weather to be outside for chores.

Have a good one everyone,

Janie

Janie Good job on ME. That would be a surprise to find a bird when you are cleaning the birdhouses. It was nice out today but still cool. I would like it to warm up another 10 to 15 degrees, that is just perfect for me.

Julie Good job on your run, your 1RM tests and your pull ups. You are getting stronger with your negatives. Sometimes I can get the step moves down easy sometimes not . I found if I just keep at it I eventually get it. You can tell Jason that the Blackhawks will win tonights game. The score is 6-1 for Chicago, I think Vancouver decided that they really didn't want to play tonight. Oh well hopefully only one more game and then the Hawks can hit the golf course :D

Well I woke up at 2 am and couldn't get back to sleep . When my alarm went off I got up hoping that I would have enough energy to do HiiT 40/20. Nope, I was so tired I struggled with the warm up and today was a very long day.

Have a great Wednesday everyone.

Cheryl

I never got a chance to post yesterday as I had back to back meetings all day and then a concert last night. Whew!

Julie Good job on HIS. I love step workouts but for some reason I am not really crazy about those 4DS ones. Maybe they just aren't long enough or something  I really like the other 4DS cardios tho. Great job on the 1 RM tests too, wow you are almost there! You're right, the men and their power tools are like us with our workouts! :D I'm always surprised how excited he can get over a tool

Cheryl Well I don't wake up by 5 am on the weekends usually, but I'm usually always up before 7! I guess that is really sleeping in for you. Of course I usually have 2 cats crawling on me long before that
Pretty crazy about the holidays huh? I think they knew that there would be an uprising if they didn't give us Christmas off, but that is the only religious holiday we get anymore. Have to be PC and all  I'm with you though, I need to know I have a long weekend or vacation or something coming up to keep me going. It's a long time between New Year's and our first holiday at the end of May!
Great jov on High Step Training AND your walk AND all those stairs! You had a big fitness day!

Janie Great job on ME. That one is a toughie because you just keep going and going!
I bought a 6 bird condo last year but I haven't checked to see if anyone has taken up residence. I have a one bird bluebird house that I got the year before and I saw a bird checking it out a couple of weeks ago but I'm not sure if we have a nest or not. Your poor little bird, hope she is ok! That reminds me, it's time to get the hummingbird feeders up! I just love watching them.
Rosemary grows fantastic here. We get great big bushes of it and they survive the winter which is nice. I have to replant my basil every year.

Julie Great job on your run and your 1 RM tests and your pull ups! You are almost there with that negative. You'll be doing a full pull up in no time! Three days of painting and staining, ugh! That doesn't sound like much of a vacation to me. It'll be fun to get it all done though.
I'm thinking this weekend will be a yard work weekend for us. We have a lot of spring clean up to do and now with all of the debris from the tornado there is even more. I also have to get the screened porch cleaned as it is covered in yellow pollen. I think the pollen is finally finished though so I need to get it cleaned up and start using it!

Janie So glad you have a beautiful day and got out with Rolly for a nice walk. I'm sure he enjoyed it too! Glad to hear Joey will be home today too, I hope he had a great vacation!

Cheryl 2 am wake up! You need quite a bit of energy for 40/20 so not too surprised you didn't have enough after that. Hopefully you got a good rest last night!

Yesterday I was supposed to do 30/30 but I wanted more of a calorie burn so I did Imax instead. I love that one. As I said above, I had back to back meetings all day and then we went to see Jimm Buffet last night. It is always such a fun show and we had a big group for tailgating first. It was a gorgeous night so was just perfect weather for it. As a result of being up so late, I took today as my day off and will get back to the workouts tomorrow. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday!

Pam

Did MM today, before Joey got home. When he arrived, he had a COLD! Love having him home, but when I get his cold, I get it BAD! Not looking forward to it at all.

The bird that I bothered is doing really well. She is so busy continuing with making her nest. She decided to stay.:D

Cheryl, Sorry about your lack of sleep. It must have been such a disappointment. Hang in there, and try to get some sleep tonight. ((hugs))

Pam, Hope you enjoyed the concert with Jim Buffet. Oh, I would love to have a huge Purple Martin complex house. Maybe Joey or I could make one this year. We have bugs, water and space. No reason why they wouldn't love it here. I have humming bird feeders going for awhile now. They usually come here in April. They let me know by dive bombing me. It's so funny! You are sooooooo lucky to be able to grow rosemary. Great job on Imax. That is a calorie burner for sure. Enjoy your day off, you deserve it.

Have a good one every one,

Janie

Pam I can't remember the last time I stayed in bed until 7. I have cats crawling over me too as soon as they know I am somewhat awake. It is a long haul between January and May for you. That is why I like getting Easter off even if it is really late this year. Well at least they still give you Christmas, but it sounds like they were thinking of taking that away too?
I was so mad when I woke up at 2 am and couldn't get back to sleep. I did get a good nights sleep last night and could get up and do SPJ this morning.
Good job on Imax. Glad that you enjoyed Jimmy Buffet last night.

Janie I hope Joey is feeling better soon and that you don't get his cold. I am glad your bird is fine and is still building her nest. I wish we could do bird houses and the feeders. Because of the bears around here we are not allowed to do it because it attracts them.

This morning I did Step Pump and Jump. I felt really good this morning. Today at lunch I went for a walk and found myself in front of the Art Gallery here with thousands of potheads. I heard music playing and went to see what it was about. That was a mistake with all the pot smoke Yuck I hate the smell of it. I guess April 20th is Marijuna Awarness Day or something like that, cities around the world participate in it. What was also disturbing is there were 12 and 13 year olds there buying pot from strangers. I don't like that, you have no idea what else you are getting in that baggie. And the people there were scary, some of them were already passed out

Anyway have a great Thursday everyone.

Cheryl

Sorry I didn’t get a chance to post yesterday. I did do 4DS Lower Intensity Step Cardio Only in the morning along with 5 1RM Tests and pushups: 50, 30, and 20. This morning I did 4DS Boot Camp Cardio Only and 5 1RM Tests.

Janie Great job on your walk! You are so lucky to be able to enjoy the outdoors. Our weather is still really yucky. Great job on Clean Max as well! We are painting our bedrooms and staining trim and new doors for the bedrooms. When our house flooded 2 ½ years ago, we had to completely gut our bedrooms. It took us 2 years to get the drywall done and now we are finally on to painting! Great job on MM! Another all time favorite of mine! I am so glad Joey is home and hope he gets over his cold soon and this time you don’t get it!

Cheryl Thanks for the advice on trying 4DS LIS! I was actually able to do it pretty well unlike HIS. It wasn’t a calorie killer since I was still learning it but it was still a nice little cardio before my 1RM tests. Great job on SJP! So much fun! That is terrible about the 12 and 13 year olds buying pot. I have nieces and nephews that age and I think I would kill them if I ever found out they were doing drugs! You are right that nowadays you can’t trust that it is only pot in the baggie!

Pam Great job on Imax! I agree that 30/30 just isn’t that great of a calorie burner. In fact none of the HiiTs really are. I know they are supposed to increase the post-exercise calorie burn but for some reason I just feel better knowing I blasted a ton of calories during my work out! I bet you had a blast seeing Jimmy Buffet! I have heard he does put on a good show! I enjoy painting but not staining and 3 days of nothing but painting and staining will probably get old. But I will be so happy when it is all done!

Have a wonderful day!

Janie Great job on MM. I'm glad to hear that Joey is home but sorry to hear he has a cold. I hope you don't get it! They are such a pain. I had one 3 weeks ago and still have the annoying little lingering cough from it
I'm happy to hear that your little bird is doing well, that must've been pretty startling realizing that you were holding her!
I need to get my hummingbird feeders up this weekend. It's really late to be getting them up, but they always seem to find them right away once I do. Our cats just love to watch them too. We put a chair by the window so they can sit there and enjoy the view!

Cheryl Yes it is a long haul from January to May for a holiday, but I usually take some vacation time somewhere in there too. This year we had our Mexico trip in January and our going to California at the beginning of May, so that helps to get me through! I'm glad to hear that you got a good sleep and were able to do SJP. I don't care for the step in the one but I love the rest of it. OMG Bears! That would scare me to death to see a bear! You know I've heard of marijuana awareness day before but had no idea that they would be out smoking and SELLING(!) it so openly. And to such young kids!! The police should've been there arresting people. That is really bad!

Julie Great job on LIS and your push ups and 1 RM tests! I think I'm going to start back into the push ups next week, but I must admit that I am not looking forward to it  Great job on 4DS Boot Camp Cardio too. I'm with you, I like to feel like I blasted a bunch of calories during my workouts. I think that is one of the reasons that I don't care for yoga or pilates, I'm not dripping with sweat when I'm done so I don't feel accomplished. I know that are fantastic for you and I should be doing them, but it's a mental block I have! I hope that the painting and staining are going well.

I ended up not taking yesterday off and doing High Step Challenge last night. DH was going to play basketball so I figured I might as well get it in. Then this morning was Leaner legs and stability ball abs. That was a lot of abs in a short time because HSC and LL both have abs at the end. I can NOT for the life of me do those 1-leg pikes. I am afraid to even attempt them because I might fall on my face! I don't know how they do that! I just do them all with 2 legs. Boy this week is dragging, I wish I had tomorrow off. Have a good Thursday everyone!

Pam

Julie I found 4DS LIS was much easier to learn the HIS. I find it a fun workout even if it is a bit short. I can't understand where the parents of the 12 and 13 year olds are. Who knows maybe they were there too.
Also if I remember correctly it is your birthday tomorrow????? Happy Birthday Julie!!!!!!

Pam You would definitely need some vacation time. California would be a great place to go and nice and warm too. There were thousands of people at the marijuana awarness day. The police were there but it probably would have caused a riot if they started arresting people. I don't understand why people would want to put that crap in their system anyway. Good job on High Step Challenge. I can't do the 1-legs pikes either. I am like you and do them with the 2 legs.

I took today off, I can't seem to do more that 2 - 3 days getting up at 3:45. We are watching the hockey game right now. I hope Vancouver takes the Hawks out (sorry Jason). I will get worried that the Canucks will lose if this series goes for too long. #@&%# the Hawks just scored .

Have a great Friday.

Cheryl

Crap they just scored again
