Julie I hope that you enjoyed your day off on Friday! Great job on GG and TTM! That is quite the combo! I'm thinking that I need to start checking out some of the premixes on the new step workouts.
Cheryl combo 5 is the one where you do a V step up and then rotate so that you are standing sideways on the step. It's similar to a combo in one of her other workouts that I don't like either. I think it's something about the little turn to the side.

Julie Wow, great job on all of your cleaning on Saturday, how nice to have that behind you! Great job on GG and upper body work on Sunday and doing Cf this morning when you weren't even feeling it. That is quite the workout for days when you aren't into it! It's quite the workout for a day when you ARE into it!
Saturday morning was XTRAIN chest, back and shoulders. I could really tell I haven't lifted heavy in awhile, my normal weights were a real struggle. I am still feeling it in my chest today too! Yesterday was my rest day. After the Segway tour I came home and made some progress cleaning out the attic. There is still more work to be done there, but I threw out a lot of stuff and have a nice big pile for Goodwill too. This morning was AOLIH and I added on x10 fat burning circuit since LIH is only 39 minutes. Tonight I came home and did core number 1 since I've noticed there isn't much core work in this rotation. Now I'm pooped, I think it's going to be an early night! I hope everyone had ad great Monday!
