Julie Great job on Get Glutes, it sounds like an interesting program. Is there upper body work included in the strength workouts too, or is it strictly focused on the lower end? Great job on Flextrain, the triceps section killed me too! Yep, still fighting with the jet lag. I was wide awake at 3:30 this morning but was able to go back to sleep for awhile. I'm hoping that by tonight I will sleep all night. I love Rome, I have been there 3-4 times but it is always a nice place to visit. I am teaching with the guy from Germany who I really enjoy traveling with and we are staying at a hotel right by the Collesium (sp?) which will be nice. It's such a pretty city and the food and wine are pretty amazing! I went to Greece once and my husband came over and we did some touring around, but it was the wrong time of year, too cold. I would still like to go back there and visit the Greek Islands in the summer.....
Cheryl Yes, the traveling has been kind've crazy lately. I think it will die down now until the end of the year, but will likely pick up again in January because we are developing a new class. They are talking about doing one in Paris so I am already vying for that one. Of course January isn't the best time of year to be in Paris, and I probably won't get that trip since I got the Rome one. It won't stop me from trying though
Great job on your Bosu workout. I keep forgetting about mine, I need to pull that thing out again!
JanieGood for you for getting your flu shot and congratulations on getting the new dvds! I went and took a look at the October rotation after you mentioned it and it looks really good. I was happy to see that she mixed things up and didn't focus totally on the new workouts. I think I may start that one next week and just play with checking out some of the new stuff the rest of this week. It sounds like Rockout Knockout is another winner! I am not a big kickbox fan, but I will give it a chance!
This morning was X10 the 62 premix with step, hi/lo, low and cardio circuit. Whew! Julie, you weren't kidding when you said these segments are no joke. Halfway through the 2nd segment I was questioning my judgement in choosing to do 4 segments, but I made it. I was soaked in sweat and as red as a beet when I finished! This one is just go go go! Loved it! Have a great day!
