Strength in Numbers

This morning was disc 36, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. My last round of those. I wasn’t feeling really strong today but I made it through. I didn’t always get my 8 reps out of the last set but I got close with 7.

Cheryl Great job on Crossfire! Haven’t tried that one yet but will next week. I did do the Low Impact Tabata out of it and that was a fun short workout. I bet you are counting down the days till you are done with having to do homework!

Eunice Great job on disc 37! I like the squat rack legs too. The first time I did it I was like why are we resting for 3 minutes. It drove me crazy. Now I am very appreciative of those 3 minutes and find that time flies by. I think the first time I just wasn’t lifting as heavy as I could but now I am going full force! I also love Cathe legs in that workout. I am pear shaped and my thighs are so hard to get looking good. The only thing that works for me is wearing capris/pants/skirts that cover them up!

Pam Great job on TTM Extreme! Hmm! I don’t think plyo legs yesterday went well because I am starting to like those ½ turn jumps. I actually moaned when we got to them (each time). Well maybe I should just do those last 3 days every couple weeks then to wake my glutes up. I’m pretty sure they fall asleep from my desk job. Hope you get your credit card thing figured out. That would be frustrating to have it happen so often. Have fun at freshman orientation!

Have a great day!

I'm back because I remembered I wanted to share with Eunice and Pam that Cathe makes the "meatball" comment during the incline curls in Meso 3 shoulders, biceps, and triceps.

Ok, I'm done posting for today! ;)

Pam I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks that we are serious about our workouts.. You need to get the KickMax is a good one, see? and I don't like that much the compilation dvd's  Well have fun at the orientation college class and I hope your DD find everything she wants there. You should deff do the squat rack at least once. Hahahahaha!!!!! so that was my fault:eek: I forgot to mention those straddle pushups with the slippery discs, I couldn't finish the second round either! Good job doing To the Max extreme. and see you when you get back!~

JulieGood job doing disc 36 shoulders/biceps/triceps 7 is a good number and more when you are pushing to the max to get that last rep. I was wondering if maybe for week 2 and week 3 and deff week 4 I'm going to be in love with those 3 min rest:D Now I see that I will be. You are so funny saying that the only thing that looks good on you are capris/pants/ things that cover up your legs I am pretty sure that you look good but we are so hard on our selfs more than any one else. Oh you found which dvd did Cathe say about the meatball! Thanks.

Today I had Cross Fire I workout late so I only did the timesaver less impact 56 min that is not a time saver for sure it was a good workout I like better To the Max but the core work I like it better from Cross Fire.
Have a good day even one.

This morning was DWP! After that my face stayed red until I was done with Medicine Ball Abs including the partner abs done solo. I think my face finally turned a pinkish color when I got out of my shower.

Eunice Great job on CrossFire Less Impact! 56 minutes is definitely not a timesaver in my book. I didn’t feel so bad about not getting all 8 reps in. But you know how it is, you psych yourself up and tell yourself you’re gonna do all the reps and then bam, muscle failure hits you! But, muscle failure is a good thing. I have great triceps DOMS today which I love! You are right that we are probably harder on ourselves than we should be and think we have more work to do then we probably do.

Have a wonderful day!

Sorry about the MIA, we had power problems. Someone slammed into a telephone pole. Poor people, seems it happens a lot here (beach). Couldn't do legs yesterday from power outage so walked (around the neighborhood and beach) 4 hours with Rolly. Got caught in the tide and had to climb on rocks (30-45 min.) to get to the other side. An adventure. Found out why I didn't lift as heavy as I'd like the last time. To make a long story short I messed up on weight from the Marcy Machine. The weight is not marked on this pole size thingy that you put the weight onto, to do the presses. I was told it weighed something that it wasn't, so I'm pressing instead of 68 #'s, 55#'s. Darn! I was wondering why everyone oooood and awed. LOL:rolleyes: Super older person I am not. It did however burst my bubble. Today is cardio and Joey wants to get our bikes out. Will update post later.

Julie, Terrific job on disc 36, shoulders, biceps and triceps. Yea, I bet you are thrilled to move on to something else.

Eunice, Terrific job on CF. I agree 56 min. is a not a timesaver workout! I love both the new workouts, they have their place in my rotations.

Julie, Terrific job on DWP and a fantastic beet red face.:)

Cheryl, You are working so hard on your Certificate and I'm very proud of you. Terrific job on CF. Yep, they are awesome! Puddle goo, love that expression.:D

Pam, Terrific job on Max Extreme. I'm so impressed that you even did a first round of tabata with discs! Very very well done!

Take care ladies,

Janie

Joey and I road the bikes today. The weather was so beautiful! I would say about an hour. Tonight I did the Wedding Video first part. When I stumbled on the riser I figured I was pretty fatigued and felt I better quit while I was ahead.

Take care everyone,

Janie

This morning was disc 40, squat rack legs! I had a little tear in my eye at the end because it is the last one (until next time anyway). I did figure out on the front squats I have to keep my feet closer together than Cathe does. She keeps hers about hip width apart but I find when I do that I tend to tilt forward. By keeping my feet inside hip width, I can keep the weight in my heels where it should be.

Janie Sounds like you got a little lower body conditioning in with that beach walk with having to climb on rocks. Great job on your bike ride with Joey and the Wedding Video! Hope you are ok from your stumble. That is scary when that happens. I have had it happen several times but luckily never have gotten hurt. No shame in that 55#s. That is still impressive. You go girl!!! So what is a March Machine?

Have a great day!

Eunice Good job on disc 37 squat rack legs. I haven't done the squat rack legs so I haven't seen Cathe's legs in a long time. She used to wear shorts but she hasn't in a very long time. 56 minutes really isn't a timesaver but way to go to get it done even though you started late.

Pam I hope you enjoyed your trip to Virginia Tech. Is it very far from where you live? You were brave to do To the Max Extreme!!!! I think I will just try the regular workout for the time being :D.

Julie Good job on disc 36 shoulders, biceps and triceps. Getting 7 reps in is still really good. You will always have those days where you are really strong and other days where 10 pounds feels like 20. I am enjoying the course but I will be glad when all the studying and homework is done. Good job on DWP I like that workout.

Janie So annoying about the power problems. You don't realize how much you use power until you don't have it anymore. Sounds like you got some rock climbing in too :D. 55 pounds is still really good for bench presses even if it wasn't as heavy as you thought is was. Sounds like other people were impressed by what you were pressing. Good job on your bike ride with Joey. Good that you listened to your body and stopped your workout before you injured yourself.

For me I did LIS upper body trisets on Wednesday, I took Thursday off and this morning I did Low Impact Challenge Premix #1 and LIS lower body trisets. After that I went to my PT course and then went and got groceries. After that I got some laundry and housework done so I don't have to do so much tomorrow. It was raining today but it was still really muggy. Tomorrow is suppose to be OK but then it starts raining again until midweek . Oh well I will be able to get some cupboards and drawers cleaned out.

Have a great day everyone.

Cheryl

Disc 18, back and biceps. Whew! Been doing some Zentangles again.

Julie, Great job on disc 40, squat rack legs. What a good way to do the legs like that as well. Keeping my feet inside hip width and see if that doesn't work better for me. I'll let you know.Thank you for the tip. I have a Marcy Machine. A home gym with a spotter I use on occasion with STS.

Cheryl, Great job on LIS upper body trisets. And this morning's LIC Perm. #1 and LIS lower body trisets. Wow. Good job on the cleanmax and errands. They also need to be done.

Take care,

Janie

JulieGood job doing DWP:D Good for you for getting those wanted DOMS. Also congratulations doing the last disc 40 squat rack leg so cute that you had a little tear in your eye:) that is so sweet! till next time. I noticed that I kept my feet inside hip width too, and I was wondering if I was doing it right because Cathe does have her feet wider.

Janie Oh boy, don't worry about being MIA, I was just hopping that you were fine, good thing you got your electricity back. Good job doing all that walking that is a long one 4 hours. Well 55 its pretty good anyway and this is meso 1? still so by the time you get meso 3 you will be doing those 68 pounds. I love the new workouts too. Also good job riding the bike sounds like fun.

Cheryl Good job doing LIS upper body trisets then doing Low impact Challenge Premix #1 and Lower body trisets wow!!!! that was a good week if anything. You had a busy weekend. We had have lots of rain too enjoy your cleaning cupboards and drawers.

Friday I didn't have time to workout I had a busy day doing very important things, then in the evening we went to ours friends house and had some food, games, and a good time with them, then Saturday I got up early and did disc 27? I think shoulders/biceps/triceps then we went to the petting zoo it was like 2 hours away but it was so worth to go, maybe you guys saw the pictures on FB we got to pet and feed most of the animals the girls had such a goos time and so did I.
Today SUnday I was so tired that I wanted to workout, for real but instead I cuddled up on the couch put a movie and I went to sleep.
Have a nice day everyone.

Hi ladies, I'm back and I've missed you!
Julie great job on disc 36 on Wednesday. Getting 7 reps and knowing that you worked to failure is what it's all about, so I wouldn't worry about that 8th rep at all. Oh I think that would wake your glutes up if you did the last 3 days of the June rotation every couple of weeks. That is actually a really good idea!
OK, I' am going to have to listen for the meatball comment nect time I do meso 3 biceps. I probably won't remember though!

Eunice I probably should get kickmax since it's about the only one that I don't have, but since I'm not a big kickbox fan I've never felt like I needed it. Oh that is somewhere we are different, I do really like the compilation dvds! Oh yes, those straddle pushups with the discs in TTM extreme are killer!! I fell a little better knowing that you couldn't finish the second set either
Ummm...I wonder how a 56 minute workout is a timesaver??? Isn't the normal Crossfire a little less than that? We are the same with the new workouts - i like the TTM workout better and the CrossFire core better too.

Julie Great job on DWP. That one is sneaky I think! Great job on the med ball abs too! Gotta love the beet red face!

Janie Oh how nice that you and Joey went for a bike ride. Great job on that and the wedding video too! I'm glad you only stumbled and didn't fall! I think you were smart to quit at that point!
Oh no, I hope that the people who slammed into the telephone pole weren't hurt! It sounds like you made the best of the situation with your nice long walk. And you even got some rock climbing in too :D Great job! There is nothing shabby about pressing 55 pounds so you shouldn't feel bad about that. I know it is frustrating though when you think that you were doing more.

Julie Great job on disc 40. You and Eunice are making me want to try the squat rack legs now! You are so funny, having a tear in your eye about it being the last one! I'm glad to hear you have gotten those front squats figured out!

Cheryl The trip to Virginia Tech was good. It's about a 3 1/2 hour drive for us, so not too bad. The campus is absolutely beautiful. All of the buildings are made from stone. TTM Extreme wasn't too bad, it just has two extra tabata sections. The one on the discs is a killer though!
great job on LISUBT and LIC and LiSLBT. It sounds like you had quite a full day with you class, laundry and groceries! Aren't you supposed to be on vacation?! ;)

Janie Great job on disc 18. I hope you will share some of your zentangles with us again, they are so cool!

Eunice Great job on disc 27 on Saturday. I saw your pictures on fB from the petting zoo, that looks like it was a lot of fun! it sounds like curling up on the couch and sleeping was just what you needed on Sunday!

We got to virginia Tech a little after 8 on Wednesday night, so we just checked into our hotel., went and got some dinner and crashed. Thursday morning they had a big intro session, then they took the kids off in groups until 3:30 that afternoon. DH had to do some meetings so I just walked around the town. I ended up walking about 5 miles that day and my feet were tired! We walked to and from dinner too, so that was another mile or so. On Friday the orientation was supposed to last til 5:00 according to the agenda on the web, but she was done before noon, so we came home that day instead of staying another night. Yesterday was a rainy day so we just worked around the house, did laundry and errands and today is looking to be another rainy day. Since my feet and ankles have been kind've sore I decided not to workout until Monday to give them a little break. I'll start into whatever rotation that was that I picked tomorrow. I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Pam

Yesterday was two long walks on the beach, an hour each time. The last walk, I took photos of various objects for their patterns to make original zentangles (doodles). Will be doing it again once our sun comes out. Today is a rest day.

Eunice, Do you think I will be able to do 68 #'s after Miso 3? That would be so wonderful and I will do my best to get there. Enjoying friends is so important, hope you had fun. Great job on Saturday's disc 27, shoulders, biceps and triceps. I saw your photos at the petting zoo. So cool to be able to pet animals you normally can't. Sounds like Sunday you had the perfect rest day. You deserved it.

Here is the recipe I might enter into Eggland Best, but do realize I'm still trying to perfect it. Not sure what to call it yet. Any suggestions you can give me to make a better bread would be wonderful.

3 eggs or 5 egg whites, saves calories by using the whites
5 T. honey or 6 T. for a sweeter bread
3 T. olive oil or, add one more T. if you don't mind the extra calories
1 C. mashed bananas or 1 C. of Greek yogurt or 1/2 C. banana and 1/2 C. Greek yogurt, your choice
1 t. vanilla
2 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 C. coconut flour
1/4 C. flax seed flour
1 C. oatmeal flour
1/4 C. almond flour
2 T. vinegar

Olive Oil and oat bran for the pan only.

Cream egg yokes and honey. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the oat bran) using a mixer, mix until ingredients are incorporated. Using a 3" X 8" (I think that's right) glass pan. Oil the inside of the pan and coat with oat bran. This helps the bread from getting dark on the sides since the nuts will burn if you don't. Place in a 350 degree oven and cook for 60 min.

My oven is not working very well, so you may have to watch it. Look at it in 45 min. and use a knife to test if it's done. If knife doesn't come out clean, then cook another 10-15 min. Also you may want to add more honey, because I like my bread not so sweet.

Pam, I'm so glad you are back, missed you too. Won't be able to send photos until we get back to Shelton.:( Wow, walking 5 miles around town and another mile or so to dinner. You sure got your legs exercised! Did you enjoy the sites? How nice that the agenda was off and you were able to get home earlier. Cleanmax I guess has it's place too. I'm glad you listened to your body and decided to give yourself a break. You really need it after all that walking. What rotation will you be doing?

Take care ladies,

Janie

Went to the play (musical) called Legally Blond. It was not at the high school it was at the college. Great performance by these young people. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Janie

Pam You should that one is not that kickish boxing it does have more of a drills, its a good one and long at the end it has the leg conditioning that I really like too, so maybe!:D Oh, yes I'm with you doing those straddle pushups don't worry it was hard, I don't remember how long the original cross fire is, I think we are a lot alike too, only for the compilation dvd's I do have one cardio fusion and I do like that one. It sounds like a good weekend of orientation, oh so your honey went to a meeting? oh well you did have a good walk too, I think it was pretty smart what you did taking those days of rest you'll be ready for Monday rotation.:D

Janie Wow!! you must had have a good weather to have two long walks that sounds like fun!! good for you! I think you will so do it, see last week I did 64 pounds and today I did 68 I don't have a rack so I need to be very careful when I put that barbell over my chest, but I would love to do 75 pounds by the end of meso 3. Oh wow!!! this is a good recipe I like it, you should deff submit it, I even might try it before. I'm glad that you had fun at the play!!:D

Today I did disc 28 chest/back it was a good workout I didn't even feel the time it went by really fast.. after that I did a lot of cleaning. So I'm so ready for bed good night...
Oh girls we got all the paper work for my Sam to go to Texas and we have to pay the amount of $3750.00 :eek::eek: I really, really love my dog for me paying this crazy amount of money, but I wouldn't get another Sam no where else so he has to come with us.
Have a good day everyone.

Janie Great job on your two long walks, that sounds heavenly!
Wow, I'm so impressed with you creating your own bread recipe, that is amazing! I did enjoy the sites, but it is a pretty small town, so I ran out of things to do in town pretty quickly which is why I went for a long walk. I think the rotation that I'm doing is Cathe's January 2011 one?? I can't really remember, I just looked through a lot of her rotations and picked one that sounded good.
The play sounds like so much fun. Is it the same story as the movie with Reese Witherspoon? That was such a cute movie!

Eunice I have done the Kick Max drills a few times because they are on one of the compilations (maybe HCE?) oh i like cardio fusion too, although I don't do that one very often either because it is never in rotations. Maybe I will have to sub it for KPC the next time ;) well DH had conference call meetings while we were in VA, so he stayed in the hotel room for those. I did have a nice long walk, but I had to come home and change my shoes afterwards. I was wearing my sandals and should've been wearing my sneakers!

Great job on disc 28! OMG, I can't believe it is going to be $3750 to take Sam home! Will he be sitting in a seat on the airplane?! ;)

This morning for me was Hiit DWP. I thought I would be all rested for it but NO, I was tired! It kicked my butt. It was good to have a short one for Monday morning though. The thing that Cathe says in this one that I JUST noticed is 'intermission but no popcorn!' I thought that was cute. Yesterday I started cleaning out my closet. I have too many shoes and don't have a good organization solution for them. I ordered a new shoe rack so we'll see how that works for me. I also loaded up 3 big bags full of clothes to get rid of. Maybe next weekend I'll tackle the dresser! When DH got home from playing golf some of the neighbors came over to watch the British open so I hung out with them watching it for awhile. It was really fun to see Ernie Els win! Now I'd better get to work. Take care ladies!

Pam

Friday night DH and I decided to spend the night at my parents and then Saturday we were in the pool for a few hours and then had my nephew’s 10th birthday party. Sunday morning I did disc 34, chest and back. This morning I did CrossFire in full for the first time. It was surprisingly doable. I was actually a little afraid of it but I made it through with only having to pause once to get a sip of water. I didn’t do all the pushups the first time but did the second time and I didn’t use the weights on the second set of power scissors but did go deeper that time.

Cheryl Great job on LIS UB Trisets and then LIC Premix #1 + LIS LB Trisets! I think I like DWP the best off the HiiT DVD. Sounds like you got a lot done after that. I hope you had plenty of time to get those cupboards and drawers cleaned out. I need to do that plus clean out some of my “junk” closets but it just doesn’t sound like fun. Maybe those will be winter projects.

Janie Great job on disc 18! I really felt it in my inner thighs this weekend. I think keeping my feet inside hip width made my inner thighs work more. Great job with those 2 long walks! That bread recipe looks pretty good to me. I will have to wait to try it until it gets cooler here. Maybe Fall time we will see our temperatures drop below 90 again. I just hate heating up the oven when it is so hot out. I say go ahead and submit it. Couldn’t hurt.

Eunice Great job on disc 27! So glad you had time to get together with some friends. Sounds like you had a blast too! Oh the petting zoo sounds like fun. I love animals. Going to the zoo is one of mine and DH’s favorite things to do. Glad the girls had a good time. Sundays rest day sounds good to me. Cathe does say you can keep your feet closer together. I just didn’t try it until the last disc but now I know I like it better that way. Plus I really felt it in my inner thighs which is where I need it. Great job on disc 28! Wow that is a crazy amount of money to have Sam go to Texas! You are right though, you will never find another Sam.

Pam Glad your back and seems like you had a good time. Wow, you did do a lot of walking. No wonder your feet are sore. I would be glad the orientation got done early too. So when does Ashley actually move in down there? Is she getting excited or nervous yet? Great job on DWP! Having a short workout on Monday is a nice thing for Cathe to do in her rotations. Can you have too many shoes? DH and I are both shoe hoarders. We have been getting good at totally avoiding the shoe section in stores.

Have a great day!

Janie Good job on disc 18 back and biceps. Nice that you could get some walks on the beach when the weather was good. Sorry but I can't give you any suggestions on your bread recipe. I haven't made bread in a very long time.

Eunice Good job on disc 27 shoulders, biceps and triceps. I did see some of the pictures on FB at the petting zoo. It is fun getting close to the animals. Sometimes you need that day off and a nap :D. It is sometimes what you need instead of working out. Good job on disc 28 chest and back and all of your cleaning. That is so good that you got the paperwork for Sam to come back with you. He is part of your family now and it would be so hard to leave him behind.

Pam Glad that you are back. 3 1/2 hours to Virginia Tech isn't too far at all. It sounds like it is a really nice campus. Wow you sure did a lot off walking no wonder why your feet were sore. Hiit DWP sounds easy enough but it can be a real butt kicker. I will have to listen to Cathe next time I do it on her quote. You got your closet in order, I still have to do that and my drawers too.

Julie Good job on disc 32 chest and back. Way to go on getting through Crossfire in full the first time. I do find To the Max harder though. Nope I haven't gotten to my cupboards or drawers yet, maybe today.

Well my butt was really sore on Saturday after doing Fridays workout. I was suppose to do Crossfire but since I woke up at 3am (I have no idea why) I decided that I didn't have the energy for that one so I did MMA Kickbox. Sunday was yoga and this morning I did To the Max. Wow sweat was just pouring off of me by the time I was done. Yesterday was DH 50th birthday so we went out to my parents for dinner. This morning before my workout I got Tigger into the vet to get his lion cut. He had so many mats that it will feel good for him to get shaved. Unfortunately it is raining and cold out now, I think I will need to look for a blanket for him to try to keep warm. Hopefully it will get hot out again but right now I am dressed for winter .

Have a great day everyone.

Cheryl

Did disc 19, chest, shoulders and biceps. Also walked on the beach for an hour and did a very short Hiit (1 and half minutes). Started off with 58#'s for the chest press and ended up with 55#'s. Small improvement.

Eunice, Do be careful if you don't have a spotter. I too get nervous about it with no one around and no Marcy machine. I bet you will improve to 75#'s. That is so heavy, good for you! I'll get there, I'm Kinda right behind you, sort of, in a way. If you try the recipe let me know how it fares, OK? Great job on disc 28 chest, back. I bet you are tired. I'm so glad Sammy is going home with you all. He's going to like it so much. Sleep well.

Pam, The play is the same story as the movie with Reese Witherspoon. It was a cute play.;) Great job on Hiit DWP. Next time I do it, I'll listen to her comment, that is so funny. Cleaning and organizing is important. Makes me feel good afterwards. Sounds like you got a lot done.

Julie, I loved visiting with my parents. It just felt so nice. Being in the pool sounds like so relaxing. Then having a birthday party. How fun for you 10 year old nephew. Great job on Sunday's disc 34 chest and back. And this morning's CF in full. Very proud of you.

Cheryl, Great job on MMA Kickbox. CF can wait another day. Also great job on Sunday's yoga and this mornings To The Max. Yep, it's a very sweating one. Love it! Wow your DH big 50. Hope you had a good time at your parents dinner. Sounds like fun to me. Poor Tigger, the weather just isn't cooperating with his new lion haircut. You are not alone, some of my days are with sweaters.:(

Take care ladies,

Janie

PamGood thing you have all those compilations dvd's and the cardio fusion so when Cathe call for KCP or any other that you don't have you can easily sub. Poor Pam with that long walk it was very necessary to wear sneakers. Oh, I wish for that kind of money Sam would travel at the same time with us but not DH say that that includes them coming to pick him up, the cage, food, and I think they have stops at Sidney, LAX, then Texas. I'm not sure what kind of flight that would be if a regular plane or one full of dogs:p hahaha Good job doing HiiT DWP your right short and sweet for Monday. Again? I think not to long ago you just did clean your close? Lucky girl I think that means that you do a lot of shopping.:D

Julie Sounds like a good weekend full of fun things to do good for you!!! Good job doing disc 34 chest/back.... WOW!!!! for the first time you did Cross fire, I think that one is not to hard, well it all depend if you did have a good sleep the night before. I cannot remember that section of the push ups and the scissors with weights I think I need to do it again. That was the best experience ever for the girls to got to touch wild animals and kiss them OMG! I forgot to mention that Stacy did kiss 3 of them I was freaking out:eek::eek: Oh yes my boy is so special and spoil that we need each other.

Cheryl Good job doing MMA:Kickboxing instead of Cross fire, it was a good call, I bet it is really hard to workout that early, Saturday I got up at 7:30 to do my workout and I felt like I was out of my body, I wasn't feeling the love for the weights so I bet 3am is even more hard to concentrate. Poor Tigger right when you thought that the weather was perfect for him to get his lion hair cut the weather change on you, I hope he stay warm though.

JanieGood job doing disc 19 chest/shoulders/biceps and walking on the beach, wow!!! you still has some energy after all that work to do a Hiit! good for you. Good weight Janie, don't worry you are just right behind me, in the next couple of months you'll get there, how many times have you done STS rotation? I have done it for the 4th time so that helps, but I remember the first time I did I was so proud of my self doing 20Lb for flys:eek: Now I can do 32Lb so yes you'll get there. I will deff let you know about the recipe I was looking at it and I do have everything so maybe this weekend if I don't go to Melbourne I'll try.

Today I thought Cathe was going to kill me:eek::eek: for real, I did AfterBurn whew!!!! it was though but I love it! that's what I say right now but I was hating the feeling of, "oh no when is it going to be over?" Oh boy my legs were on fire, and my butt too, sometimes I hate all that plank work that she trowed at us on this dvd but I know is good for me so I stayed down.
Today a Husky dog got in the house when DH opened the door he or she just got in, we were standing outside the house waiting and see if the owner would showed up looking for the dog but nothing, then the dog "attacked" another dog outside, the owner of that one was pretty mad she even took the dog to her house and call the police, but this dog ran away from her, DH wasn't trusting that lady because at first she wanted us to call to this place where they have all the missing dogs, I forgot the name anyways at the end we took the dog in our back yard I posted it on FB on Pucka Mums page and the owners were here in like one hour, they took their dog they say that he jumps out of the gate pretty easy he looked very highper. Oh well, that was to much excitement for us today....
Have a nice day everyone, is time for me to go to bed! good night!!!

Julie It sounds like you had a nice weekend with the birthday party and swimming. Great job on disc 34 and CrossFire! School starts for Ashley on August 27 so she can move in anytime starting the 22nd. Of course she wants to move in on the 22nd, she is VERY excited and doesn't seem to be nervous at all. I agree that it's hard to have too many shoes, but I need ro figure out an organization system for them. My shoe rack came yesterday but it is just too big and doesn't hold enough shoes. Errrrr....still need to work on that. I try to avoid the shoe section too but sometimes I just get sucked into it! I can't remember if I told you guys about my free shoes from White House Black Market? They gave me 2 free pairs just for wearing them for 2 weeks and filling out a couple of surveys on how I liked them. They were really nice shoes, although one pair is too tight so I will never wear them. I guess i should just give them away now!

Cheryl I only partly got my closet in order, I really need to come up with a better solution for organizing my shoes. I have about 4 racks and 2 hanging holders for them, but they are still overflowing. Any good ideas??
great job on mMA Kickbox, yoga and TTM. I'm curious whether your think Crossfire or TTM is harder? Folks seem to be split on which is harder.....Oh Happy Birthday to your DH, I hope he had a good one. Poor Tigger, I hope you find a nice blanket for him. I can't imagine dressing for winter right now, we are melting! I was listening to the weather report last night and they said 'it's only going to be 91 on Wednesday!'' I thought that was funny that 91 is now considered cool! :p

Janie great job on disc 19 and your long walk on the beach with a short hiit. Hey, any improvement is great, congrats on that! i did get a lot done, but still working on the shoes. I think the first thing I need to do there is get rid of some of them!

Eunice That's funny, now I am picturing a plane with nothing but dogs riding in it. I think that they would have a lot of fun! you're right, I did do a closet clean out not that long ago, it shouldn't have needed it again so soon!:rolleyes: I think you are right though, i have been doing a lot of shopping
I'm glad that Cathe didn't kill you this time because we would really miss you :p great job on Afterburn. I have been forgetting about it because of the new workouts! It does really get the legs and glutes good doesn't it?! That is strange about the Husky dog, did it try to attack Sam? I'm so happy that you were able to find the owners and you didn't let that lady take him to the missing dog place. maybe he was just scared?!

This morning for me was supposed to be a 40 minute steady state run and weights and plates abs. Since I don't run I did the Circuit Blast premix from Crossfire, which is 36 minutes and W&P. Man, I forgot how hard that ab workout is. I was really happy when it was over! Have a great day everyone!
