Pam Thanks Pam, I know its hard to think so that way but staying home its a big job for sure. We both like to have long kick butts! :p I know you do (secretly) love CCC:p:p I did like those articles as well, and I need to concentrate in flexing the muscle that I'm working too, specially biceps I cannot do the concentration curls I'm trying to use 20pounds but I only can do 5 good ones then I have to spot my self:mad::mad: Good thing the preorder is good for a while so if I don't order mine this week I'll do it just right before it ends. I did like the squat rack I have to do them longer because it really feel like you are doing nothing standing there for 3 min and is only 4 diff workouts 4set of each so is nothing compare to the trisets where Cathe kill us. SO I think I'm going to do meso 3 2 months.
awww! you didn't do LIS LIC :( That's alright you got a good workout doing Body Max that's not an easy one, mmmm I wonder why are your legs sore, that's a good thing though.

Julie Good job doing disc 33 shoulders/bis/tris I hope you got your tris sore!! That's alright if you don't want to post picts, sounds like you have a plan so looking forward to HEAR your results. That guy is a genus (sp?) we both have the same problem, feeling the muscle that we are working out.

Pam Good job doing Slide & Glide I think that one is a fun easy but for some crazy reason it hurt my knees, I wonder what I'm doing wrong. If I was you I would had stay on bed since DH wasn't home but good for you for getting it done.

JulieGood job doing HiiT 30/20 and the premix from to the Max I had to stop to go through my mental video and see what part you were talking about I know now, I thought they were good too, but luckily I messed up the counting and instead of doing 3 jumps in one set I did 2 so that trow me off the rhythm but they did got me too.. Also good job doing NE ab circuits.

Yesterday I did disc 27 biceps/shoulders/triceps it was a good workout but I really need to focus on triceps they are really good doing the cross body kicks but the one arm triceps pull thingy they are so weak, besides my elbows are bothering me I wonder if I got the "tennis elbow" I feel like I need to pop them when I am in a full extension pose, and that is really bothering me. What do you guys know about "tennis elbow?"
My legs were sore yesterday but NOT that beauty, horrible feeling just a very deep, mild, weird, feeling, I don't know if I'm explaining my self?:confused::roll eyes: Well today I didn't workout I would take a day off I will workout Sat & Sun if possible.

Today was 1 hour and 45 min., Rolly and I walking on the Beach. Tonight was Yoga based abs, and disc 15 back and biceps. On the barbell rows and deadlifts did 55#'s. I'm a little scared of these and always keep them lighter than I can do. The heaviest bicep were the barbell curl at 30#'s the rest was good too. I think a very good workout. Sweaty, whew!

Eunice, The bread is almost perfect. I want to cut out or use smaller amounts on some ingredients because it is way to high in calories. I'll send you the recipe once I get down. Those weights you are using for squats are awesome! OMG! You are just amazing. If I had my Marcy Machine with me, I'd be using the squat rack too. Maybe next time around.

Great job on yesterday's disc 27 biceps/shoulders/triceps. I don't know about tennis elbow. Julie has a link for ya. Sure hope it helps. Have a fun and wonderful rest day. You deserve it, so take it easy.

Pam, Oh, I'm getting the new cycling workout for sure. Even if you don't use it right away, the price is right. ($10 dollars for a Cathe DVD) Who knows, it might come in handy someday. Great job on BM, steps and power circuits. DOM's are always good. And GOOD for you for getting them.

Julie, Great job on disc 33, shoulders, bis and tris. I hope DOM's your way too.

Pam, Fantastic job on S&G. When you don't want to do the workout and do it anyway? I think that is such great will power. It's so much easier to stay in bed. Good going.

Julie, Terrific job on HiiT 30/20 Prem from To The Max. I do love those straddle jumps. And I think you are right they are deceiving. Also great job on the NE ab circuits.

Well, I'm going to take a bath, my sweat has dried and my hair is plastered around my face. Clothes are sticking too. Yuck!

Julie Great job on the Hiit 30/20 premix from TTM. You're right those straddle jump things are deceiving! Have you noticed that on a couple of the sections that clock doesn't start until you have done a couple of the moves?! I'm always yelling at the TV when that happens! Great job on NE abs too! My DH was in San Jose, but he is on the plane on the way home now. He was only there for 2 nights - left Wednesday morning and back today. I always get kind've mad when I only have DOMS on one side, but you are right that it's because it's the weaker side. It always makes me feel like I worked one side harder than the other though. I guess it's a good thing if it's helping to even them out.

Eunice Yep, if we're gonna go to the trouble to kick our own butts then we want it to last! :p Pretty nutty huh? I think that I love to hate CCC. I definitely love when it is OVER! ;) I can't do 20 pounds for concentration curls either. Sometimes I will try to but I am the same way with having to spot myself, so usually I use my 15s. What I need to start doing is use the 15s with my 2 pound weighted gloves....I will try to remember that next time! so how long are the squat rack workouts? I think I would go crazy with 3 minute rests. The only time I like rests are during the Hiit and tabata workouts. Those could be a little longer...... :p;) Are you going to do meso 3 with squat rack legs both times, or will you do the plyo legs next time?
That's not good that S&G hurts your knees. I guess it got my glutes pretty well because they are talking to me while I sit here in my chair!

Janie Wow, you had quite the day an hour and 45 minute walk plus disc 15 and yoga based abs?! That is awesome, great job! It sounds like you had a great workout (or workouts I should say!)
I will probably end up getting the cycling video too. You're right that $10 is a real bargain! You're right that it is easier to stay in bed, but then I'm usually mad at myself later if I do. It's funny because it seems like I'm usually more tired on the days that I don't workout. My workout gets me going!
I love your description or your dried sweat and hair plastered around your face!! Hope you enjoyed your bath, you certainly earned it!

This morning for me was Turbo Barre AND Hiit 30/30! I was surprised when Cathe had both of those on the same day in the rotation since TB is already 73 minutes. I was thinking I would do 30/30 tomorrow since it's just TBTLB tomorrow which is only 36 minutes, but I am working at home today so decided I would use my driving time to do it. Both of those workouts go by so fast that it didn't feel like I was working out that long. Cathe is killing my lower body though - S&G yesterday TB today and lower body tomorrow? I am not going to be able to sit down for days! Happy Friday ladies!

This morning was disc 39, squat rack legs. I used the sting ray for the front squats and for the first time they actually felt comfortable. It was a little different balancing with the sting ray but just something to get used to.

Eunice Great job on disc 27! I don’t know anything about tennis elbow but I have been having some elbow pain since starting Meso 3. It has gotten a little better but I notice it most right after Chest and Back or the Shoulders, Bis, & Tris discs. Where are you feeling the pain? I feel mine on the outside part of my elbow. If I push on it while I extend my forearm, it doesn’t hurt as bad. I’ll have to do some digging and see what’s going on. I think I am weaker on the 1-arm overhead tricep move too. I think it is because you can go deeper in the move and that makes coming back up a little harder. Ooo! Doing Meso 3 for 2 months sounds heavenly. I have 1 week left and am starting to get sad.

Janie Great job on your long walk with Rolly, yoga abs, and disc 15! I’m glad you are staying safe on those back exercises. The back is so such touchy so you do have to use weights comfortably there. You do sound like you were a sweaty mess with hair plastered to your face and sticky clothes!

Pam Great job on doing that workout marathon with Turbo Barre and HiiT 30/30! That is crazy to have those two together. Good thing you were working from home today so you could fit them in. I would have probably done a TB premix or just did HiiT 30/30 the next day or something. I did notice the clock not starting right away. Sometimes I think I use that as an excuse for why I wimp out and quit 1 jump early! Well that was a quick trip for DH. At least he is back home to enjoy the weekend with you!

I did CrossFire tonight. Whew! I loved this one a lot. It seems to me that you can make it easy or hard on yourself, it's up to the individual. To The Max, had exercises that you had to do and couldn't make it easy what so ever. These are both amazing workouts and I'm glad I have them. Will incorporate both as often as I can.

Pam, I'm glad you are getting the whole set of DVD's. I don't think you will be sorry. I think on the days you are not working out and feeling more tired, is because your body is repairing itself. Great job on Turbo Barre and HiiT 30/30. I think that if you have the energy to do another HiiT tomorrow that it's fine as long as you make sure that you have your body rest the next few days from more HiiT workouts. I think Cathe says to do them twice a week to let the body repair itself from the vigorous/intense exercise even though they are only 30 min. long. Wouldn't want to do two Hiit workouts side by side very often. You are an amazing person to do that rotation. Thinking to myself that it's a challenging one and will remember it as I'm winding down form my 8 month rotation. Would like to do that one as well. Enjoy.:)

Pam hahaha we think the same!!we should change our name to a nutty girls! You are to funny with the ccc workouts and the 3 min rest doing tabata and hiit workouts !! We have to work those biceps hard Pam, we have too :p you know when Cathe is doing a biceps workout and she mention to see that meatball, I do look at mine and I say "which meatball I don't see anything uugggrr" I think the legs squat workout are 61 min long I don't remember but it is the same long. I would like to do the squat leg workout twice and see what happen. Good job doing the Turbo Barre and HiiT 30/30 WOW!!! that was a serious workout very long for sure, you are right it looks weird that Cathe had this two in one day:confused: I'm glad you got to work from home, enjoy!!!

Julie Good job doing disc 39 squat leg is this week 3? Good if the sting ray is working for you. Thanks a lot for getting the link is weird because my pain is inside part of the elbow, mine just feel like I need to pop it you know like when you crack the bone? I was reading in the link and I don't feel pain in my wrist or knock so probably it is not DH was telling me that maybe is just my body telling me not to do certain moves like the one arm over head extension, he said that usually get the same doing that specific move. Thanks Julie and I still going to be careful and watch for the signs. Let me know how it goes for you?

Today I did To the Max Extreme I really liked, it has two extra bonus workouts I was thinking that for me it feels like the HiiT's are harder than the Tabata:confused: well it was a good sweat feast!:p:D then I got into cleaning mode, then cooking dinner and all that fun stuff, well this week went by so fast the girls are going back to school in Monday and again I have to get up early. Oh well it was fun staying on bed till late with this cold weather.

Julie Great job on disc 39! I'm glad to hear that the sting ray made those front squats comfortable. I'm sure you will get used to the balance quickly.
When I started out yesterday I was planning on putting Hiit 30/30 off until today, but the I told myself it's less than 30 minutes so might was well just knock it out.

Janie Great job on Crossfire, so glad you loved it! I think it's interesting about these two workouts. I find Crossfire a lot harder than TTM, but I see a lot of people are saying just the opposite. Maybe you nailed it that it;s easier to make Crossfire easier? I do really like both of these also though! Oh no don't worry, I wasn't planning on doing a Hiit 2 days in a row, it was just a matter of whether I did it yesterday or today. This has been a really good rotation, definitely put it on your list. I'm done with it now, so trying to decide which rotation to do next. I'm not going to do Cathe's July rotation because I don't like repeating the same discs so much. I'll probably pick another rotation and then work the new ones in a couple of times.
How much longer do you have on your 8 month rotation?

Eunice I don't think I've even noticed Cathe saying to see the meatball! That is funny! I will have to be looking to see if I have a meatball next time! :rolleyes: I'm guessing that the tennis elbow feeling that you and Julie have is from the stress of the heavy weights on your elbow. Mine gets kind've tender sometimes when I am lifting heavy. Oh I haven't done the TTM Extreme yet, I will have to try that one. It sounds like you had quite the busy day. Did you have your steak and wine dinner yet?

This morning for me was Total Body Trisets lower body mix. I had forgotten how much of a cardio factor that has. Then I added on the cardio only premix from Circuit Blast. I hadn't done that one in awhile and I like the quick little cardio addon. Now I'm off to run some errands. Have a great day!

Pam, Have you decided what rotation you will be doing yet? I'm in the last workout in the first week of Meso 2, after Meso 2 will do Meso 3 and I'm done. So about 7 weeks left. It will end soooooo soon. Then what, I'm not sure? Maybe get some ideas what body builders do using Cathe workouts. I don't know? Fantastic job on TBT lower body mix and cardio only premix from CB. Pam Really? I have write down which workout did Cathe say that, or something similar.:p The same DH is telling me that the pain on my elbow is from the pressure, stress from the weight or the position he say just NOT to do that specific move and change it for something more gentle with the elbow, is weird though because I had being doing this workouts over and over the past 2-3 years and till now is bothering me. How can I forgot to tell you that! Of course we did had lamb steak with red wine, mmmm so good! and NO headache:p:p Good job doing Total Body Trisets lower body mix, + the cardio premix from circuit blast, I think this is the less used by Cathe on her rotations.


JanieGood for you for taking the day to rest, I'm sure that your body was very happy!! Loved the TTM:Extreme" well, I was thinking that I should not be complaining about the sleeping in because 7:30 is not that bad:p

Today I did disc 25 one more time chest/back I hope I can keep up with my heavy weight for the nest 3 more weeks of meso 3 5% is 4pounds and for flys I don't think I can add 4 more pounds to my weights I think that's a lot for my poor shoulders:confused:
Today we had the inspection of the house, 11 more weeks to go the TMO is in 2 more months the last day of us staying in this house is Sep 21st OMG time is moving pretty quick!!!:(;) Mixed feelings!!!!!!
Did you guys have placed your orders yet? I will do mine next pay check this one we pay a lot of bills, the big one rent so I will wait.

Janie don't you just love those rest days after going so hard all week?! I did pick a rotation, now i can't remember which one it was, maybe Cathe's January 2011?? I loaded it in my calendar starting next monday. We are taking Ashley to Virginia Tech for her freshman orientation at the en dof this week so i didn't want to start on a new rotation and then immediately miss a few days, so I'm just going to do my own thing for a few days.

Eunice I remember a lot of things that cathe says but can never remember which workout she says them in. It's funny though that I can do a workout so many times and then still hear her say something that i hadn't heard before. That is weird about your elbow, but hopefully you can just change the exercises up for awhile and it will feel better. Oh, I think you did tell me that you had the wine and no headache. I guess I was thinking that you had another bottle this last weekend? Lamb steaks, yum. We had them last week too. You're right, Cathe almost never includes Circuit Blast in a rotation. I guess she doesn't like it as well as KPC!
Great job on disc 25. Oh yes, 4 pounds is a LOT to add for flies! Wow, i can't believe how fast the time is moving either, that is amazing. I know you will be sad to leave because you have had a great time there, but then it will be on to the next adventure.
I have not done my pre-order yet, I will probably do it sometime today.

So as I said to Janie, I'm waiting until Monday to start my next rotation because we will be gone from Wed night - Saturday morning. Yesterday was my rest day and I was soooo happy about that because my glutes were screaming. I wasn't quite failing the toilet test, but I was getting about a D-! I'm still feeling it today, but not quite as bad. I wanted something on the light and fun side this morning so I did rhythmic step. I hadn't done it in awhile and it was a lot of fun. Saturday I took a rest day from working out and DH and I did some cleaning and running errands and then I cooked a few meals to freeze for my work lunches. Sunday I did disc 31, chest and back and then was lazy the rest of the day. I am not sure what was going on last night but I went to bed at my regular time but couldn’t sleep. I got maybe 3 ½ hours of sleep last night. When the alarm went off, I just didn’t have the energy to get up so I stayed in bed but didn’t get any more sleep. I’m on autopilot now just hoping to make it through the day. I am awake enough to remember to get my preorder in though!

Janie Great job on CrossFire! I can’t wait to try that one out. Hope you had a fantastic rest day. Are you still at the Beach House! So I know you still have a few more weeks left on the rotation Cathe put together for you but did you enjoy it? Do you feel it helped you towards your goals?

Eunice Great job on To The Max Extreme! I haven’t even done the regular workout yet and here you go doing the extreme version. Yep, I’m in week 3 of Meso 3. I’m always a little sad at the end because I really love this meso. I think my elbow pain is from the heavier weights. I looked back at my last STS rotation and my weight for some of the tricep and bicep exercises has increased a lot. I think we just need to be careful and stop early or as your DH say find a different exercise to do in place of the one bothering us.

Pam Great job on TBT Lower Body plus the Circuit Blast cardio! The CB cardio is a nice cardio add on plus the leg work in it fit nicely with TBT LB. Yea! Rhythmic Step is one I haven’t done in forever either. It feels good pulling out one that feels new again. Which rotation did you just finish up? Sorry, I’m sure you said but I can’t remember and now that you said your glutes were talking to you at the end, I’m very interested in knowing which one did that to you!

Did disc 16 chest/shoulders and triceps. Couldn"t reach the poundage I had the last time. For chest it was 55#'s. Oh well.

Eunice, Great job on disc 25. I couldn't do 68#'s this time, only 55.:( I think being careful of course adding to your weight and you'll do just fine.:D Very proud of you. I can't wait for you to get back to the states. Yep, I've ordered.

Pam, Oh I did enjoy my rest day.:D I think you picked a great rotation. Great job with RS. Such a fun step workout.

Hi everyone, it has been a while since I have had a chance to post. I have been studying and I haven't had much chance to get on the computer. Plus all of a sudden it decided that it was suppose to be summer so it has been really hot here which wipes me out. Well not as hot as Pam and Julie get but hot for me. I haven't had a chance to read all of your posts but from what I can tell everyone is doing well and enjoying the new workouts. I even got mine last week and I didn't have to pay duty on it :D. I have tried them both out and wow they are great workouts, I have been a puddle of sweat after both of them. Last Sunday I volunteered at a triathalon to help my brother out. It was a really nice day but leaving home at 4:30am was hard. I made sure that I was doing the speed limit going down the highway because I figured that there would be radar out that time in the morning and sure enough a car went whizzing by me and out came the cops to pull him over. So that night I pulled a Julie and was in bed by 7pm :D. I was hoping to workout the next morning but I was still too tired. I haven't been working out as consistantly as I would like because it is hard to sleep in the heat but I have been able to get 4 or 5 days in. I start vacation for a couple of weeks this Friday so I am hoping that I can get back into the swing of things with posting regularly and working out more. I am almost through my training too, I have about another 3 - 4 weeks left before I study away for my exam.

Pam OMG, the same with me after doing the workout for so many times I can still pick up new things here and there:eek: its amazing and funny what you can get from her every time. I am hopping that at least I can get to finish meso 3 as I had planned if not i'm going to be sad. wine is getting to my kitchen cabinets pretty often:p:p I'm already planing for this weekend:D We should ask Cathe why is that she hardly uses circuit blast but in almost every rotation she has KPC;) believe it or not I made friends here in Australia and I'm going to miss them for a while of course we still can Skype and be in touch once in a while but still, I think that day its going to be pretty sad then everything its going to be just fine, I can wait to see Astrid and go to Mexico so yes I have things that I'm looking forward to do. Good job doing Rhythmic Step, oh so your DD its going to College this year? wow! that's awesome. also for taking a day off. I am with Julie which rotation did you do? screaming glutes?? mmm I'm wondering now!

Soon you are going to be doing all the premixes from the new dvd's I know you like to experiment..:mad: tellie, tellie, how much heavy are you doing?;) I hope I can finish the rest of meso 3 I still have 6 weeks to go.

Cheryl HIIIIIIIIIII Cheryl Nice to see you here, miss you girl! wow! so your training its almost over?! then you are going to be a certificate PT, very nice, so summer is over there with ya! enjoy the warm weather. It was fast this time, you got your new workouts and good for not paying duty too. Are you getting the new ones? lots of things are going on with you even your brother triathlon, did you have fun? I'm glad that you are taking a couple of weeks of vacation that's going to be awesome.

Today I had Cardio super sets, it was feeling it nice and easy that I decided to add the bonus step then all of the sadden it got hard, it is only 3 rounds and at the end of the third one I was wondering how much longer I had.:eek::eek: my obliques are still sore from doing TTME +todays CSS with all those plank work ay ay ay then doing upper body yesterday my upper is king of fried. Oh well that's what we are looking for, don't we?

I hope you made it through the day and got a better sleep last night! I can't preorder yet because when DH was going through the mastercard statement over the weekend he found a charge that wasn't ours. He called them and of course they cancelled the card, so I can't order until i get my new card. i do have an Amex, but cathe doesn't take it :confused:It was Cathe's June 2012 rotation that I just finished. I tell you, my glutes are STILL sore today too :rolleyes:

Cheryl So good to hear from you, I've been missing you! I'm glad to hear that you have been getting some warmer weather, but sorry to hear that it wipes you out. i saw on FB that you had done one of the new workouts, so was glad to see that you didn't have to wait so long for them this time. I'm happy to hear that you didn't have to pay the full duty this time either. I noticed on the open discussion that someone said that if you choose USPS you usually don't have to pay the duty, but that if you choose UPS you usually do.....not sure if that's true or not, but thought it might be worth looking at. They really are both great workouts aren't they?!
I'm glad to hear that the triathalon was nice, but I agree that leaving home at 4:30 is no fun, especially on a weekend!

Eunice I guess we are just so focused on our workouts that we don't hear everything that Cathe says! I hope you do get to finish meso 3 too! Well I am not surprised that the wine is making it to your cabinets more often, with all of that great wine that they make in Australia! It was funny when i was trying to decided what rotation to do next, I was looking at several of Cathe's rotations and every single one I looked at had KPC in it!
Of course I believe that you made friends in Australia, you are so friendly and nice that I would be surprised if you hadn't. I know it will not be the same using Skype and keeping in touch online, so that will be very sad :(
It's good that you have some things coming up right away to look forward to so that you won't be so sad. Yes, Ashley goes to college in August, then we will just have one more left. He is not going to know what to do with himself being the only one at home, but since he should be getting his drivers license in August I am guessing he will never be home. The screaming glutes rotation I just did was Cathe's June 2012 rotation. It was just the last 3 days that set my glutes on fire though.... :rolleyes:
Good job with css, that is kind've a nice easy one but of course you had to make it hard huh?! Good for you!

I decided to make this week an active recovery week and not do weights, so today I did the step, power circuits and abs from BM2. I can never hold those side planks when I do them after doing the upper body work in that workout, but I have no problem at all doing them when I don't do upper body first. I guess I need to keep that in mind when I do the full workout - do the abs before the upper body! Have a great day ladies!

Last night I got much better sleep. I think I was so tired there was no way I couldn’t get good sleep. This morning I did disc 35, Plyo Legs. The last of the plyo legs. Despite this one having the ½ turn jumps, it wasn’t as bad as the first two. Not sure why that is.

Janie Great job on disc 16! No need to be down over the poundage for your bench press. If I remember correctly, doesn’t disc 16 have the flat bench press later in the program when you are a little more fatigued than if you were doing it when you were fresh starting?

Cheryl Wow! I was just thinking of you and hoping you were doing well with your busy schedule. Sounds like you are doing well and getting 4-5 days of workouts in a week is great with how busy you are keeping. Glad to hear the triathlon went well. Well I’m glad you are getting warmer weather but I am also glad it is not as hot there as it is here.

Eunice Great job on CSS! I was going to do that one yesterday but with no sleep comes no energy. I like to add on the step bonus with CSS too. It does add to the toughness of that one. Love the upper body fried crispiness! Just 1 preorder for me, that 1 preorder was expensive enough. I’ll be taking a rest week next week and trying the two new workouts in full and then after that I am going to do a full month of my own strength program but adding in premixes from the new workouts and some HiiTs for cardio!

Pam Great job on BM2 step, power circuits, and abs! Hmm … there seems to be a pattern here with needing to the abs first before upper body weights. Now you’ll need to remember that for PUB and BM2. So if I do the June 2012 rotation, maybe I should just do the last 3 days repeated continuously for maximum glute recruitment! That stinks about your Mastercard. The good thing is that Cathe’s presale prices usually last awhile so you shouldn’t lose out on that.

Eunice Yes my training is almost over but I have to pass the exam first to be a certified PT. I will get the new ones though I haven't ordered them yet. I need to wait until my credit card cuts off so I don't have too much to pay in one month. The triathlon was fun but tiring. Good job on Cardio super Sets. It is a deceiving workout. Nice that your upper body is fried.

Pam The weather changed here so drastically that it is hard getting used to it. The beginning of July we still needed the furnace on and then all of a sudden WHAM it felt like you were now in the furnace. I always choose USPS but it doesn't always work with not paying duty. I don't get it when some people need to pay it and some people don't. If it needs to be paid then everyone should pay it not just the few they choose. They are great workouts. I haven't dripped sweat like that in a long time. Are you going somewhere? I have been out of the loop a bit but I am getting the impression that you are going on a trip????? Way to go on your BM2 premix. Another one where abs is best done first.

Julie I am glad that you slept better. It is always so hard to do anything when you are tired. Good job on disc 32 pylo legs. I know that one of those leg workouts seems to be easier than the rest.

I have missed you guys too. I am hoping that I will be getting back into a normal routine soon. This morning was Cross Fire YIKES I was a puddle of goo by the end. It has also be really slow at work, I mean really slow so I am able to get some of my homework done at work. Shhhh don't tell my boss :D.

Pam We are good girls, don't we? we are not playing around we are down to busyness :p I know wine is tasting a lot better lately. You can always sub the KPC for KickMax I like that one too, we need to let Cathe know that she is using KPC a little bit to much:p I guess making and leaving friends here and there is part of the whole package:confused: I can wait to settle down somewhere... So nice that your DD knows what she wants to do, how old is she? Brandy still have a year left but she doesn't know what to do. Nice one boy left at home I can see you too enjoying you guys even more! hahaha!!! Well good that the last 3 days of the rotation got you really good. I have to go check Jun Rotation just in case. Good job doing the step power circuit and abs from BM2, good idea about doing first abs before the upper body.:D:p


Julie I am so glad that you had a better night last night, I am sure that help you feel disc 35 plyo legs like an easy, peasy one, good for you! Sounds like fun doing your own strength also have fun next week in your rest recovery week and doing all the new workouts I can't wait to hear your thoughts.:p

CherylI am pretty sure that you will pass the test, me too I will get them but NOT YET I wish I can cover up the charge on my card DH know what's coming from where:p Good job doing Cross fire, at least you got to do some homework at work.


Today for me was disc 37 squat rack legs I do really like that kind of workout oh and something else I had being forgetting to tell you guys it is so cute to see Cathe wearing shorts, shorts:p I would like to have her legs!!!

Julie I'm so glad to hear that you got a better sleep on Monday night. That's probably why you were so strong for plyo legs and those 1/2 turn jumps! or maybe you are starting to LIKE them......?? ;):p You are right, maybe we should always do our abs first?! OMG if you just kept doing the last 3 days of the June rotation I think your legs might revolt! I seriously still have a little pain in my glutes! The strange thing with my credit card is that this has happened several times in the last year or so, so we're trying to figure out where I am shopping/using it that it keeps getting picked up.

Cheryl Wow, that is a huge swing in your weather. You don't know if you should wear shorts or a parka! I agree with you on the duty thing. It should be consistent - either everyone pays it or everyone doesn't. I am going to Virginia Tech just for a couple of days to take Ashley for her freshman orientation. We are leaving this afternoon after work and coming back on Saturday. I decided to wait on starting a new rotation until next Monday since I would be missing a few days of it. I love your description of feeling like a puddle of goo after crossfire! It is quite the workout isn't it? great job! It's nice that you are able to get some of your homework done at work anyway to give you a little more time when you are at home!

Eunice Oh yes, it's all business for sure. One time a couple of years ago I was on a business trip at a conference and I was in the workout room in the morning at the hotel. There were a few people in there that I know from work. Later that day one of the guys who was in there said something about how seriously I take my workout. I guess he wasn't working quite as hard..... :rolleyes: I don't have kickmax, that is one of the few that I don't have. When it comes up in a rotation i cobble something similar together because most of the parts are included in Hard Core express or one of those other compilation dvds. I can find something to sub for KPC when i don't feel like doing it again though. DD is 18 and she has known what she wants to do forever. It's kind've surprising that she has never changed her mind on it. Now her younger brother, that is another story :rolleyes: Brandy will figure it out.
great job on disc 37. I am going to have to try those squat rack legs one of these times I guess. Wow, I need to check it out just to see cathe in shorts I guess!

This morning I did to the max Extreme. That is your fault Eunice because I couldn't have you showing me up ;):p Wow, that tabata section with the discs is hard! I couldn't do all of the second set of the straddle push ups, I had to drop to my knees about halfway through and just do pushups on the knees. I sure did get my sweat on! Have a great day ladies, I may not be posting for the next few days.
