New DVD Replacement Update – Nov 7th

WOW! This incredibly thorough update and the replacement disc plan -- all of this is just amazing customer service, no other word will do. You folks are setting a new benchmark for your industry on customer service and product quality standards. Not that this should surprise anybody at all, since Cathe's team has always set the gold standard for every single other thing fitness-video or fitness-website related. :)

I am so sorry for the worry and stress all of this has caused you two and your staff. This whole video project has been so star-crossed that I'm sure you're all WAY past ready to get it behind you. It's terrible that you're having to deal with all this disc replacement stuff now instead of being able to sit back and enjoy all the kudos for your phenomenal work on the videos.

Despite all the problems that will make this mini-series a legendary horror story around your office, I do think that these four videos (and Cardio Fusion) are some of Cathe's most wonderful work ever, and Chris, I know you're a huge behind the scenes part of making that happen. Thank you to BOTH of you so, so, so much!!!!!! :)

Dear Cathe and SNM staff,
I can't think of a better example of a smarter business that is run with more respect for its customers. You let us in on the process and because of that I, for one, feel more joy and responsibility in the finished product.

I can only echo what's been said, but THAT is a stellar example of customer service. I'm already a lifelong fan and devote, but if I weren't, that would do it. Thanks so much Cathe. You're a class act.
