Well, I'm living to tell about it. I found the last part of the Hi/Lo to be the hardest part. I really didn't think the blast at the end of the step portion was as hard as I thought it was going to be, but then again, I may have been pooped out and not giving it my all. The thing I liked about this workout is that your heat rate gradually increases and then stays up there. I think Imax is much more difficult...I guess because my heart rate goes up and down. I think I do better when my heart rate stays elevated. Anyway, I will keep working on MIC! Another workout to have a love/hate relationship with!
