This morning I did
STS 2.0 One Body Part Legs. Had a great workout, I really like this workout. I went up in weight on a lot of the moves. Was sweating by the time I got done.
1 minute rest between each exercise
Squats: 20's - 8 reps
Squats w/Pink Fabric Band: 20's - 2 sets/8 reps
Elevated Squats: 25# - 10 reps
Dumbbell Deadlifts: 25's - 8 reps
Dumbbell Deadlifts: 25's - 8 reps
Close Grip Sumo Squats: 30# - 8 reps
R/L Reverse Static Lunges: 15's - 2 sets/10 reps
R/L Side Slide Lunges: 15# - 2 sets/10 reps
R/L BSS: 15# - 12 reps (I did one leg squats)
R/L Forward Leaning BSS: 15# (I did one leg deads)
Barbell Hip Thrusters: 35# - 3 sets/8 reps
R/L Side Lying Hip Raises: Skipped
In the Box Calf Raises: 15's - 16 reps facing forward, side, back, side - total of 64 raises (I did them all forward, I don't get the box thing)
In the Box Calf Raises: 15's/8 reps as above - total of 32 raises (Again, I stood forward the whole time)
Tough workout. It was 46 minutes, burned 243 calories and HR was 110/137.
Belinda - I'm surprised they allowed you to have your other eye surgery since you have Covid. Sorry it didn't happen, though. How frustrating!!
Diane - So sorry to hear you are in such pain. Maybe you should get an x-ray? Maybe it's more than what you actually think it is. It doesn't sound right to me. I feel so bad for you.
Jolie - Nice workout. How are the fires? Are they being contained finally?
