Fun stuff! Workout was 47 minutes, burned 377 calories and HR was 146/179. And like I said above, I also did a Max Trainer workout,

Belinda - It's been cold in the mornings here too, but not that cold. Yikes!! I'm afraid I'll have to skip the Bootcamp workout day you girls are planning. That one is way too high impact for me. The workouts that Jolie posted are my favorite as well. They are all good workouts.

Jolie - Wow on Tony Horton. How do things like that even happen? My God. I hope he recovers fully. Nice job on your workout yesterday! I'll have to check and see which Tony Horton workouts I have, I do remember liking them.

Diane - Glad you are feeling a bit better. So did you get the results from the MRI back? Is that what is showing no tears? I can't believe you have arthritis in that area of the body, if that is true, that is crazy. And what does it mean? That you have to live with that pain forever? I hope not!

Who is buying Cathe Live downloads? I had to walk away from my computer last night, my shopping card was full. Didn't buy any yet. By the time I buy the ones I think I would like, I can stream for 2 years.

Aww....you are right, Debbie!! I couldn't help myself, was thinking buying a few for when I go on vacation and the internet isn't working. Oh well! Should have waited :( Oh well!

I tried the Cathe Live free download this morning - I got through two rounds before my media server quit. I don't know why! So I swapped over to a gymbox extreme cardio workout for about 25-30 minutes.

I put several Live workouts in my cart and then decided maybe I should not - I should just sign up for Live again for a couple months!!

No workout today because i went to the Chiro yesterday and he told me no workouts till Sunday. My right shoulder and arm was out as well as my neck and low back. I feel fantastic today!!!! I told him i was struggling with a head and sinus cold and he cold lasered my face and it is all gone today! He also hammers on my spine with this mallet thing, no pain at all , an all of the fluid from my sinuses drains out. I love my doctor, he is a true healer! Tomorrow I might do Tony Horton's One on One Just Arms because mine are lacking! His workouts are true lifting workouts and i really see great results. I will be incorporating them with my kickboxing and some Cathe live next month. I am going on vacation to Napa and Reno this coming Wed. through Sunday so all i will get in for working out will be walking. I am due for a break and i am looking forward to going out of town.

I am not buying any of Cathe's Live workouts because I live stream for only $9 a month, that is nothing.

I hope you all have a wonderful day, for me i am going to get a haircut and watch college football and tennis all day. I have to make cupcakes for my son, it is his 18th Bday today.

This morning I did Turbo barre premix lower body stopping at the cross back lunge then did the stretch. This was 50 minutes. I then did PT exercises for 38 minutes. I just went through.them without the extra add ins, I had done some chin tucks and stretching right out of bed earlier. I think those band moves a re making my shoulder hurt. It feels like something is pinching in the back and hurts down the front. Think I will give it a break tomorrow. Monday is PT again.

Debbie, I read the doctors insights on my health portal. I am still waiting for a call. I am not anxious to go back because I am afraid of stronger meds. I had my daughter look at the report. She thinks because of the narrowing space at cr4 and c5 of my spine that it is probably causing a nerve being pinched. Just guessing though.

Jolie, I have bee. Watching John Bergman chiropractor you tube talks and read his stuff on RA. He has a lot of interesting stuff and has taught it. He promotes nutrition and helping the body heal itself without drugs that only cause more problems. Glad the chiropractor helps you so much.

I haven't looked at how much Cathe is charging for downloads. I got the free one. The thing is I would rather just use the live app on roku than have to screen mirror or use hdmi and laptop.

Belinda, am sure if i looked i would have been tempted by a couple of favorites.
 
I got on my treadmill a while ago because I hardly had any steps in yet today. I hit 10k about 5 minutes ago so yay!!

Workout was 40 minutes, went 2 miles, did 4867 steps and burned 263 calories. HR was 120/129.

My DH and I headed up to Put in Bay this morning figuring it would be about empty since tourist season is over. Nope. There is a 5K run on the island and the parking lot where we get on the ferry to go over was full. We turned around and went home. LOL! Bummer!

Belinda - I guess if you are somewhere where there is no internet, then it's good to have the downloads. Don't beat yourself up too much!!

Jolie - I LOVE cupcakes!!! Glad your chiro helped you!

Diane - I thought maybe the results to the echo were on your online chart. Hope you get called soon about it.

This morning I did GS Triceps and Chest.

DH and I drove to DC to help DD hang up her pictures. We are done! Her apartment looks so pretty.

I also dropped of some donations to the homeless shelter in DC. I am so glad those bags are out the house and get to good use instead of sitting in my closet. The guys from the shelter even took all the bags of donations out of our car.

Debbie - yeah, I really didn't needed those downloads. Regretted it after I hit the bottom, but it was to late. I should have signed up month to month. I did end up getting a few for next week, DH and I will fly to Hawaii next Saturday. My internet isn't always the best either. Like you said I shouldn't beat myself up too much. I probably still end up just signing up for Live eventually, lol. I bought only her weight training downloads. The downloads will keep me busy for awhile. Driving through DC you see lots of tourists, lots of traffic too. It took us almost 30 min just to get to the homeless shelter. I was thinking how nice it would be just to walk around the Mall, with all the tourist it's impossible. Way to many people. I never heard of Put in Bay? Need to google it, maybe next time DH and I are in the area will visit it.

Diane - I had a few pinched nerves in my lower back. I feel for you. I know you don't like taking stronger meds but you really need it if you are in so much pain. I hope get the results soon. Yeah, I was very tempted by all the Live workouts. Oh well! I already got them, lol. I am sure I will use them.

Jolie - glad the Chiro is helping you. Enjoy your upcoming vacation. DH and I will fly to Hawaii upcoming Saturday, I am super excited. I love Tony's workouts. I agree, his workouts are true weight lifting. Love old school style.

Debbie - my DD volunteered at that homeless shelter before she was very impressed with the shelter. I decided to donate all my clothes and household stuff to the shelter. Why did I buy more downloads? I could kick myself in the a#$ today :( I really didn't needed those downloads. Aww....I should have signed up instead.

Today i did it, i killed my biceps and triceps!!!! I did Tony Horton, One on One, Just Arms and i can barley type LOL! I haven't done any kind of forearm workout in years, i am going to be feeling it later. My arms are so pumped my husband commented that they looked huge! :) Why did i stop doing these workouts? This workout was 47 minutes and i burned 250 calories. I might be able to go a little heavier but i didn't because i just went to the chiro. This workout was supposed to be 8 to 10 reps but i went over that since i was lifting lighter. I repeated a few exercise at the beginning because Tony was lifting to failure and heavy, boy was that a big mistake :) This is done in a pattern of Biceps, Forearms and Triceps, x 2 rounds.

Debbie, you have to do this workout, you will love it!!!!! Bummer on the issue yesterday with your destination, but great job on getting your steps in! I am going to try to lift tomorrow but i am not sure if i will be able to pick up a DB!

Belinda, that was nice you donated your things to a shelter. I bet your daughters apartment looks fantastic! Also great job with your workout.

Doreen, Bummer with the wifi issue while doing your Cathe Live workout! I hate when that happens.

Happy Sunday, my sons team won yesterday! Now i have to get ready for my trip, so much to do. I have to go buy a new suitcase my old one is way to heavy and i want a new lite weight one. I got my hair cut off yesterday and boy is it easy to style now and it stays out of my face when working out.

Just PT exercises today. My husband and I went to check out the where the school is that I will be picking my 5 year old grandson from on Friday. He has half day school Friday and it is a new school for him since his mother is teaching there. Tomorrow I go to the physical therapist.

Debbie, good for you getting in your 10,000 steps. I am short on steps most days lately. Sorry the parking lot was full.

Belinda, it is nice you gave things to the homeless. We always did that and gave old furniture and clothing to the Jesus House shelter here. We had a few times where our family helped there. My oldest daughter worked in the kitchen as volunteer work once. More so she could learn to appreciate what she has. My husband helped them out and did some work there. I bet you are so excited about your trip to Hawaii.

Jolie, nice workout. Enjoy your trip. I bet you were excited that they won the game.
 
I just got off my treadmill, had to get my 10k steps in. My right hip has been hurting. When I use the foam roller, I can feel all kinds of knots and tightness. Not sure why? It feels good to roll it out and I'm hoping it will help. Scares me to death thinking I might have to have hip surgery someday.

Anyways, I walked for 1.75 miles, burned 229 calories, did 4208 steps and HR was 118/128. Took about 35 minutes.

Jolie - I was wrong, I don't have Tony Horton, I have Jody Hendrix workouts. Can I still order Tony's workouts? The ones you are doing sound flipping awesome!! What is the series called??

Belinda - Wow, that is really awesome about your DD working at a homeless shelter. I also do work for homeless students in our school region. I am the Homeless Liaison for Region 2 and I get calls from about 35 schools districts when they have issues with homeless kids. Its not my full job, just one I've been doing for about 7 years. It's sad how some of these families live.

Debbie, the Tony Horton workouts that i am doing are called One on One with Tony Horton. They were made after P90X. Tony is in his home gym doing his own workouts that he does for himself, not any dvd, and you workout along with him. I am not sure if you can get them anymore. I have had mine since P90X came out. He lifts very heavy and he is hilarious, i am laughing all of the time. I have quite a few of them, listed them a few days back, but i don't know what i can still do, a lot of pullups in the Back workout. I could use my pull down machine instead i suppose. I swear, my arms are so sore right now i am not sure what i will do tomorrow! I think i bought my dvds on Beachbody back in the day. Funny, my left him is hurting again!

Diane Sue, I am glad you are doing your PT exercises, i know you are going to feel better soon. If it is a pinched nerve like my Sciatica issue, it is a real pain to deal with. If you get inflammation, then it puts pressure on the nerve and boy is that pain unbearable.

Debbie, i looked on Amazon and they are not available but they are on Ebay. Also, i know there is a website that has a lot of old workout dvds, maybe we could figure that out and see if we can find you some. If not, just follow my workouts and play music instead.
 
Debbie, They are on Beach Body on demand under P90X one on one. Also i see they have a few full workouts on YouTube. At least go to YouTube and preview them to see if they are really what you are looking for.
