Cathe Live Upper Body w/Core Express #139
One Arm Row: 22.5# - 2 sets/16 reps
Biceps Curl: 15's - 10 reps
Hammer Curl: 12's - 8 reps
Biceps Curl: 15's - 8 reps
Sweeper Curl: 12's - 8 reps
Biceps Curl: 15's - 8 reps
Lateral Raise: 5's - 32 reps
High End Lat Raise Pulses: 3's - 4 sets but they killed
Overhead Press: 15's - 8 reps
Upright Row: 12's - 8 reps
3 times through
Front Raise: 15# - 12 reps
Rear Delt Raise: 10's - 12 reps
2 times through
Pullovers: 25# - 9/6 reps
Chest Flies: 22.5's - 10 reps
Pushups on Step: 4 sets different tempos
2 times through
Close Grip Press: 15's - 16 reps
Seated Triceps Overhead Ext: 20# - 9 reps
Dips: 32 reps
Core:
Side V-Ups: 16 reps each side
Elbow Situps: - 12 reps each side
Bike Maneuver: Lots
L Crunches: 4 sets
Reverse Crunch: Lots
Up & Over: 8 reps each side
Crazy 8 Rows (side to side): 8#
Side/Center/Side: 5#
Weighted Situps: 8# - 12 reps
Fun stuff! Workout was 47 minutes, burned 377 calories and HR was 146/179. And like I said above, I also did a Max Trainer workout,
Belinda - It's been cold in the mornings here too, but not that cold. Yikes!! I'm afraid I'll have to skip the Bootcamp workout day you girls are planning. That one is way too high impact for me. The workouts that Jolie posted are my favorite as well. They are all good workouts.
Jolie - Wow on Tony Horton. How do things like that even happen? My God. I hope he recovers fully. Nice job on your workout yesterday! I'll have to check and see which Tony Horton workouts I have, I do remember liking them.
Diane - Glad you are feeling a bit better. So did you get the results from the MRI back? Is that what is showing no tears? I can't believe you have arthritis in that area of the body, if that is true, that is crazy. And what does it mean? That you have to live with that pain forever? I hope not!
