I forgot to post yesterday! I did a 45 minute walk uphill on the TM and then I did Caroline Girvan's Back and Biceps 20 minutes and had a great workout. Workout was 68 minutes and I burned 589 calories.
Back and Biceps workout, 30 seconds on 30 seconds off. This was a great workout.
1 Arm Rows- 20# , 3 Rounds

1 Arm Horizontal Row- 15#, 3 Rounds
Other Arm
Pullovers- 24#'s 3 Rounds
Underhand DB 1 Arm Rows- 20#, 3 rounds
Other Arm
Deadlifts- 12's 3 rounds, I added in this exercise
Preacher Curls- 12# 1 Arm 3 Rounds

No workout today, I am tired but I had a great time last night. Tom Brady does it again! I made some money on that bet, again! Everyone thought Kansas City was going to win.
