I am going to post while I have a chance. Someone wants to look at the house this afternoon. I am so tired and this has been happening almost every day. I need a trip to Sprouts for berries and yogurt. Tomorrow my dog has her vet appointment. I am betting I get another looker. Someone just needs to buy our house so I can get past this phase.
Anyway I did Cathe Live #217 Cardio, Glutes, and Core Express, 137 calories, heart rate 106/145, 41 minutes, 2,331 steps. I know this should have been better than that. When I tightened my watch during the next workout my heart rate was higher. Second workout was Kelly Cardio Quick Fix workout #1 26 minutes, 120 calories, heart rate 112/166, 2,719 steps. I keep getting 5 hours of sleep and am dragging. I spent some time yesterday reseaching for accurate fitness trainer watches. It appears if you want accuracy, you get better, more accurate readings with a strap. I looked at a Polar recommendation and they sell that one with a bluetooth strap to use for workouts that the watch does not pick up with as much accuracy. Way too expensive at over 500 dollars and reviews were lower than Garmin Vivoactive 4S and Samsung 3. So, I don't know how much with reading that a new watch will benefit. Fitbit Versa 3 is one of the supposedly best!! What do they do pay the reviewers? I make sure I do not read reviews that would be biased and are ads. They all have complaints on accuracy. They cite the perks more than anything else. Also I had a Polar Strap with the bluetooth monitor on it that sent to the app and it still dropped out and give me crazy high readings. At first I really liked it, but like everything else it goes wacko after a couple of weeks.
