Today I did LITE Cardio Party, , heart rate 139/161,238 calories, 3,949 steps. I then did Pyramid Pump Upper timesaver pyramid up 3 sets, 39 minutes, 120 calories, heart rate 101/127, 624 steps. I finished off with Yoga with Adriene Quickie, nick, shoulders, and upper back, 11 minutes, 16 calories.
Total time was 91 minutes, 374 calories, 4,573 steps.

This morning was Michelle Ignite Day 5. 50 min. Lower Body w/Glute Finisher. 3 rounds 12-15 reps which consisted of Bulgarian Lunges with a step RDL's, and standing lateral movements with the band. The finisher was floor band work. Good workout.

Diane, I like Pyramid Pump. I usually do Total Body with half the pyramid to save time. Someday I will do it in it's entirety by upper and lower, alternating days.

I would have been surprised if Caroline wasn't charging for her workouts. Some of the subscription services are paying for things I don't need, like nutritional and motivational info. I don't want that. I think that's why it gets pricey. It becomes a package deal. I wonder what she will charge? Her workouts just aren't for me but I hope everyone enjoys them.

I had to cut today's workout short as I had packages come and many phone calls and texts. Then a person I contacted for lawn service returned my call and I needed to get showered and dressed before he gets here to give me quote and maybe mow. So, today I did CDorner Step and Abs stopping at the water break, 24 minutes, heart rate 116/134, 106 calories. I forgot to check the steps. After I showered I went back and did the abs and stretch part which started at 47 minutes into the workout. This was 12 minutes, 41 calories, heart rate 102/127. Total time was 36 minutes, 147 calories.

Cam, nice work with Michelle Ignite Day 5 lower body. I generally do Pyramid Pump as upper or lower and sometimes just one or two body parts. I may go back and check out that CDorner workout that you did. Sometimes I just do not feel like having to adjust the moves for how sore I am. Today's step was a bit more complicated and too many twists and turns for me to concentrate on to keep from turning my knee wrong. I was about ready to move on to something else, but the last phone call had me scrambling anyway.

Debbie, nice work on Raw Glute Finisher. I like that one added on to another workout. Particularly the standing part. My fabric Bands are the ones CDorner calls Regina bands, but they are that because Regina gave them to her. I went to her Amazon store and got them so heavy is purple and medium pink which I use interchangeably. I recently dropped to the light green one because of my knee hurting though. I may get the rolling seat eventually.

Belinda, nice work getting in the beach walk. Caroline's link has an interesting set up. I did not see pricing though. I may try some again. I have only tried 3. I found it interesting and it looks like there is information there.

Jolie, I hope that you had a good rest day.

This morning was a 60 minute ride through Ireland. I like that they just posted these longer rides but the instructor gets chatty so I turned on the subtitles and played a podcast instead.
 
Yesterday was a 2.5 mile uphill walk on the Tm. Today's workout I did Cathe Live All In Upper Body and had an excellent workout. I went heavier with a few exercises this time and I feel like I am getting stronger each week. Workout time was 56 minutes and I burned 411 calories. I will not post the workout because I have posted it several times lately.

Rest day today. It cooled down yesterday. I had to pull out a jacket and it is still long sleeve weather today. Rains and cooler temperatures in the forecast for at least the first half of the week. I am glad I found someone to mow the lawn yesterday. Not sure if I will get a workout in tomorrow as I have the mammogram in the morning.
 
Today I completed Day 6 & 7 of Ignite. Tabata & Abs, and then, Mobility & Flexibility. About 50 min total. I really liked both. The tabata was pretty fun. Week 1 done. Ready for week 2.

Sucky weather this weekend, so good weather for indoor.

I still have a knot in my upper back. I wish I never would have done that Megamix workout. It's fun but this is ridiculous. I have one of those guns that target knots and breaks up fascia but I'm so afraid to use it. I'm afraid I will be in more pain after I use it. I will watch some Youtube videos on using it and maybe have my DH try it. I'm sick of this crap, I feel like now it's going to be there for weeks like last time. I was doing great with heavy lifting again and getting good cardio in and now this has to happen again. Geez...

This morning I did CDorner's 30 Minute Low Impact Cardio workout that I did a couple weeks back, I love the music in this one and I know it pretty well now so I don't have to think much about the steps. It's fun.

Workout was 33 minutes, burned 300 calories, did 3706 steps and HR was 138/167.

I also did the standing portion of RAW Abs Finisher.

No time for personals, I have three events this week and really scrambling here at work. Hope you all have a great workout today!!

Today I did a modified version of Perfect 30 High Impact Hiit. I modified all the jumping because I just prefer not to but still felt like I got a good workout.

Today I had an awesome workout, I did Caroline Girvan's Arms workout from the Epic 2 Series and my arms are now dead LOL! This workout will work you to failure, I swear I cannot lift one more weight today. Workout time was 51 minutes and I burned 388 calories. I went up in weights for a few exercises, I did this workout 2 weeks ago and I feel stronger now.

Debbie, great job on the workout today and I am so sorry to hear about the knot in your back. I have a shoulder that is bothering me, the one with the collarbone issue and I just seem to work through it but sleeping it aches. I go to the chiropractor next week so I will have her cool laser it for me.

Doreen, great job with the workout today even with the no jumping.

Cam, great job on the workouts yesterday.

Today I did Day 8 of Ignite. 50 min Full Body Compound Strength. 9 moves, with an upper body focus. 40/10, 3 rounds. 5 min abs at the end. Every muscle was worked. Love her compound workouts!

Debbie, do you ever get massages? I think that would really help. Our wellness program at work pays for us to get 4, 15 min. chair massages per year. Since my surgery , I take advantage of them. A physical therapist does them. They have made a big difference. (Spoiled, I know). I get knots in my upper back, shoulder area and the massage takes care of it. I'll have to look at that CDorner's cardio.

Doreen, I think the high impact is pretty modifiable, if I recall. Cathe's hiit's are always a sweatfest. My other fave low impact of Cathe's is Ripped w/HIIT Low Impact Cardio. That has some fun moves.I will have to take that one out soon.

Roselyn, good workout. How was Kaykay's hiit? Her cardio looks tough.
 
No workout today. My appointment went better than last time. I just have to wait for results. I changed my Wednesday appointment. I will get in a workout tomorrow.

Belinda, I looked at Caroline Youtube on my laptop and did not know that she posts the moves on the computer version ahead of time. I don't see that stuff doing it off of Fire TV. That would have been a lot more helpful.

Debbie, I am sorry the knot is still hanging on. I use my massage gun but keep it short and put more pressure on it so it doesn't feel like it is punching me or something. I read that if you do it too long it can cause bruising and may make the pain worse. The first time I used it I was not recovered enough from the surgery I think, and it hurt. Good choice for a cardio workout. I often do just the standing portion of Raw Abs Finisher. The standing doesn't bother my neck.

Cam, nice work doing Ignite 6 and 7 yesterday and 8 today.

Doreen, when I did Perfect 30 High Impact I used my rebounder for jack moves and the edge of it for squat thrusts rather than going to the floor. It

Roselyn, nice work on the full body work. I have looked at Kay Kay but not tried hers yet.
 
Hi,

We are home a few hours. Drive was long, we did stay at a hotel overnight. I didn't sleep well last night, I tried to take a nap in the car no luck.

I see the orthopedic for my knee tomorrow. Hopefully he can tell me what exercises I can do or no. I miss working out. My finger is still fractured, that doesn't help either.

Diane - I have a smart TV in my workout room. I have no idea about fire TV? What do you mean? Maybe I am just to tired.

Today I did CDorner Cardio to the Beat Disco Low Impact, 21 minutes, heart rate 136/158, 2257 steps. I followed with Carolyn, Girvan 20 minute biceps and 10 minute Triceps workouts, 35 minutes, 111 calories, heart rate 105/132, 494 steps. I have been viewing her stuff and it is much better knowing the moves ahead of time that she has that I had not seen before. I wrote them down before starting. I finished off with CDorner Neck and Shoulder Stretch that she did recently and a few minutes of rolling like she does on her total foam roller for upper, 26 minutes, 23 calories. Total time was 81 minutes, 254 calories, 2,850 steps.
I need to build more muscle and strength. My Withings app says I am underweight and my muscle has gone back down. I am trying, but think my love of cardio gets in the way.

Belinda, Fire TV is just a stick like Roku is. When I stream Youtube I cannot go down where you can comment or look at all of the info she has for the workout. If I want to comment, I have to do it on my cell phone or tablet. I think if I just used the Youtube on my TV or through my Blu-ray player I could probably see the information though. I am sorry you are having a hard time healing from the finger fracture.
