Doreen, nice work with Perfect 30 Low Impact Hiit this morning. Try it again and maybe it will be better. I cannot remember it well. I think it had moves I don't care for.

Debbie, good workout today. I kind of liked that one and had looked at it this morning, but really wanted to avoid the areas that have been hurting.

Jolie, great job with Cathe live # 136 Upper Body Challenge. and the Intervals on the Max Trainer.

Roselyn, nice work with Back and Biceps today.

Cam, great job with Michelle Strength and Cardio Intervals.

This morning I did CDorner's 40 Minute Fat Burning Kickboxing & Dance workout, the same as Diane did yesterday. Fun workout. I did some high impact moves and some low. Knee feels pretty good. This was fun and the music was ok.

Workout was 41 minutes, burned 356 calories, did 4371 steps and HR was 136/161.

Great workouts everyone! I have another busy day so I need to go. I'll do personals tomorrow. It's been a fun week but really busy!!

Checking in with Cathe ICE Metabolic Total Body. I did a scrambled premix with Blizzard Blasts. This was perfect for today. Got a good workout without being too fatigued. I did a lot of exercising this week and will walk with the dog tonight. But tomorrow is definitely just a walk day. I need to get to sleep earlier tonight, but I get hooked on Gutfeld. Sometimes that show is so funny and enlightening.

So beautiful this week!! It feels good to let fresh air in the house. Nice and sunny, dry and warm. But it comes to an end next week. Bummer!

Debbie, you couldn't have asked for a better week to vacation. I think you have the same weather as us.

Good workouts Ladies! Have a great weekend.

Today I did CDorner Toned Legs and Round Booty 50 minutes, 127 calories, heart rate 95/121. I forgot to check on the steps today. I then did the last half of CDorner Flow Stretch and some of her Foam Roller workout that she put up, 40 minutes, 51 calories. She has put this foam roller workout up before. I use the upper rolling part a lot as it really helps the upper mid back. I did some of the lower, but my shoulders wrists do not hold up that long having to hold myself up on my hands.

Debbie, nice work. That is great that you can do some of the impact. I kept it all low impact yesterday. I put on my compression sleeves today when I did lower body and it really helped. No achiness after the workout. I forget that I have them.

Roselyn, nice work with Caroline glute workout.

Cam, I usually watch Gutfield before I turn off the TV. The humor helps with all of the negative going on. Good job on Ice Metabolic Total Body.

Thanks Diane. Yes, it would be a shame to cut my vacation short. It’s been raining a lot her at the East Coast.

sorry for no personals. The internet is very slow here. Great job on your workouts everyone.

Roselyn - Great glute workout yesterday!!

Cam - You're right, I couldn't have a better week off with the weather, it has been beautiful! 70's and 80's and no humidity. Outstanding actually. Great job with your workout yesterday!

Diane - I love workouts with the leg bands, I always feel it. Thanks for posting the foam rolling workout, I should have done that this morning, didn't even think of it. I have compression sleeves as well and love them. I haven't used them in a while, I only used them before my surgery.

Belinda - Sounds like you are having fun! Hope your hand is getting better.

Jolie - Hope you have a great workout today!

Roxie - I got a $50 gift card for my birthday to Sephora. Can't wait to spend it! LOL!!

Have a great weekend everyone!! Bummer that my break is almost over.

Yesterday I took the day off, I walked the dogs numerous times and got my steps in for the day. Today I had an excellent workout, I did Cathe Live Vertical Loading, this is one of my favorite Live workouts. It is 3 circuits that have 6 exercises in it and you do the circuit 2 times before moving onto the next circuit. This is time under tension workout, long sets and you have no idea of the rep count is for each set. I did not do weights for the leg portion, I did Max Trainer sprints on the manual mode at 6 resistance. The leg portion of the workout goes for about 2 minutes so I was working on the last minute on the MT. Total workout time was 56 minutes and I burned 519 calories. Average heart rate was 123 and max was 168.

Debbie, great job on the workouts the past 2 days, your knee is doing very well! I hope you are enjoying your week off of school, and hopefully your weather is nice for you to enjoy the outdoors.

Diane Sue, nice job on the workout, that one looks really good. Thanks for posting the link to it for us to preview it.

Belinda, I am happy you are doing better and got to stay on your vacation.

Cam, we have had some cold weather but it is warming back up today for the next week! Great job on the workout!

Make it a great day.

Hi,

today was 2 miles walk on the beach than hanging out for hours on the beach.

Debbie- my hand for some reason isn’t getting better. It can take a few weeks to heal from what I read online. I was hoping it heals faster. I wasn’t to get a workout in . Glad your knee is doing well. Great job on your workout.

Jolie- great job on the Cathe Live workout. I love that on too.

Great job everyone on your workouts. Keep up the good work.

Good night.

Today I did CDorner Hiit Step, 31 minutes, heart rate 140/163,177 calories, 2,701 steps. This one is faster paced and basic moves without choreography. I then did CDorner Disco Step Class 30 minutes, heartrate 134/165, 2,377 steps. The music was familiar songs like Love Shack and Xanadu which she cut short because timing was not fast enough. I added CDorner Abs with a ball, 18 minutes, 54 calories, heart rate 96/116. I have done this one before and there was not a lot of crunches and things that hurt my neck. I am hoping to do something total body tomorrow.

Belinda, I am glad you got sunshine and a lot of walking. It sounds nice. The hanging out at the beach sounds relaxing.

Debbie, nice job on Box and Pump 4. I love that one. I have had the compression sleeves for a few years now. They do help with knee issues. I have read that things like cross back lunges should not be done to prevent getting a torn meniscus. I did not do them off the step today and just did a lunge back move. Before I had my knee surgery I found every time I would do cross back lunges off the step my knee hurt.
Chris did off alternatives for people that that move bothers their knees.

Jolie, nice work with Live Vertical Loading and subbing the Max Trainer for the leg work. Good idea. I bet your dogs love all of those walks.

Roselyn, nice work with Chest and Triceps.

Evening,

This morning we walked on the beach. We meet with a friend we where stationed in Germany with. We had lunch and lots to catch up on. They got a room in the same hotel as we do. We are meeting shortly.

Diane - it’s a lot of fun on the beach. We schlepp all our chairs, beach tent to the beach. Which isn’t a long walk at all, DH has to do it all we bought a beach cart today to make things easier for DH. I see people use them on the beach. Glad you found a workout that worked for you .

Good night.

Today I started with Raw Step and Toning and did the first round of all 8 moves, 16 minutes, 60 calories, heart rate 105/144, 1,211 steps. I then did CDorner Total Body Cardio Tabata Style, 56 minutes, heart rate 110/140,209 calories, 1,404 steps and finished with Yoga with Adriane yoga for neck shoulders and back quickie, 10 minutes, 15 calories. Total time was 82 minutes, 284 calories, 2,615 steps.
I found a lot of yoga videos that look good when reading Chris Kressor's latest email (the author of Paleo Cure) It was a good relaxing stretch fro the area. No workout yesterday, we had our fence put in around the property and it took 14 hours to get it done so there was no time for a workout. Today I had a fantastic Cathe Live workout #382, Wicked Upper Body and boy was it a goodie. This workout works each muscle group really well and it goes by quickly even though Cathe does not move at a fast pace. Workout was 51 minutes and I burned 456 calories. Great job on the workouts this weekend everyone! I hope you all are enjoying nicer weather and the bitter cold is going away for the rest of the year.

Got busy yesterday and forgot to check in. I did Penny 45 min Fierce Total Body No Repeat Strength and Cardio. 50/10. As usual, she slayed me.

Cold, rainy day today after a gorgeous week. I had to majorly clean my house anyway. I then did Michelle 40 min. Full Body No Equipment workout. 50/10. Quite a bit of plank moves in this, and would have preferred 30/10. But it was good. Went to a party last night so my wagon is dragging today.

Jolie and Diane, good workouts this weekend!

Hi,

today was a rest day, we stayed up until midnight with our friends. We all went for breakfast. They had to drive to Orlando for work. We had a blast.
After they left we went to the beach,

Diane - we know them for a long time. It was fun to see them again. My friend is trying for us to move to Florida. I love her yoga and stretching. Great job.

Good night

Today is a rest day, I am sore from yesterday's workout! I will get in some long dog walks today so I will get my steps in for the day.

Belinda, enjoy your day in Florida.

BBL to read the posts for the day.

This morning I did RAW Megamix 1. I've done this one once before and remember really liking it. I did, this is a great workout. It's tough. When you look at the list of exercises you think it's not that big of a deal, but it is. This workout is a burner.

This wasn't timed, it went on forever for most of the drills.

Round 1
Boxing Drill: 1.5# Eggweights
Loop Band: Side to Side steps
Tubing: Bicep Curls
Kettlebells: Double Arm Swings - 15#

Round 2
Boxing Drill: 1.5# Eggweights
Loop Band: Leg Back Lifts
Tubing: Scap Squeeze/Kickbacks (this really burned, had to stop early)
Kettlebell: Alternate Swings - 15#

Round 3
Boxing Drill: 1.5 Eggweights
Loop Band: Side Leg Raises (killer)
Tubing: Pec Deck/Alternate Press/Flies/Alternat Press (done standing, these burned like crazy)
Kettlbells: Figure 8 - 15#

Workout was 47 mintues, bured 430 calories, did 3359 steps, HR was 139/174.

Back at work, my week went by so fast but I was blessed with the best weather ever!! And had a nice, relaxing week. Now I'm recharged to get the rest of my events done. Looking forward to June 15th now! LOL!!

Have a great workout everyone!
