Completed Day 13 Full Body Power Hour Met Con. That was a challenge! Compound moves each set: 5 moves, 4 compound 1 cardio/body weight. 45/15. 2 rounds.

Rainy lousy day here. A good day for an hour workout.

Today I did Part of CDorner Total Body At Home with stability ball and dumbbells. Chris said it was mostly arms, but I did not get to arms when I quit. What I did was chest and abs and I forwarded further and it was still more abs and chest. I stopped at 17 minutes, 45 calories, heart rate 93/128, 391 steps. I went on to RWH Shoulders part, 14 minutes, 43 calories, heart rate 96/116,155 steps. Then I did RWH Low Impact Hiit #2, 31 minutes, 154 calories, heart rate 130/169, 1,529 steps. I finished off with Yoga with Adriene, yoga for bone health and yoga upper back pain, 32 minutes, 56 calories. I really did not need more abs today after yesterdays workout. My abs were sore this morning.

Cam, nice work on Day 12 Pilates Fusion yesterday. Great job today on Day 13 Full Body Power Hour met con. Our rain let up today so I got outside and dug out one plant that had died and did some planting. It was nice to have sunshine.
 
Yesterday I had a great visit with my parents, they looked amazing for their ages. My dad is turning 90 next month and after breakfast he was going to go home and workout! That is where I got my love for working out, my dad. He would not give us our allowance when we were teenagers unless we got in 5 good workouts per week on top of the chores we had to do. We were 3 kids in killer shape and it gave us confidence in our lives. Today I had an excellent workout. I started with a 45 minute uphill walk, incline 5.0, traveled 2.2 miles and burned 412 calories. Next, I did a total body circuit workout, minus ABS and did really well with it. I am lifting heavier now and I like the way that I look better. Total workout time was 69 minutes and I burned 622 calories. I did 3 rounds of the circuit with no rest in between sets.

Great job on the workouts this weekend everyone. It will be cool and overcast for the next five days so I think I will be doing a lot of catch up on house cleaning this week and getting in some good workouts. I will take tomorrow off due to having a Chiro appointment first thing in the morning. I am going just for a maintenance appointment, I no longer and getting myself into serious situations with my back.

I did the last day of Ignite. Just a 20 min Full Body Stretch. It felt good and I am ready for this week. Not sure what I will do yet but it will be good.
