Wow nice horse! I haven't risen a house since I was a teenager! That us so nice! I love the smell if a saddle and the horse! I love to feel his body when you trot!! Wonderful day it sounds!

Yes I was in terrible using but I am not now. I just haven't past it yet unless it desolves?! I don't know lol I drank some vinegar and water a few times , I wonder if that got rid of it?
But nothing like what you are going three shadow pup! I am praying for you for sure!

I have been doing yoga to detox and twist my body and since no pain I went for a walk unfortunately I now have a cold!!! Eww I got to go to work tomorrow, that's gonna be interesting for sure

Quick post. I got a couple of things done really quickly this morning so I am treating myself before I return to the dreaded paper. Started Cathe's June rotation this morning. Another rotation that I look at and think to myself: I hope I can make it through this. Circuit blast was the first workout this morning. How can 44 short minutes be so darn hard? It was a typical Monday morning, felt like I had lead in my legs. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Shadowpup: it's hard to believe that you are not in the best of health right now when your posts scream so much positive energy. Having your DH and your sweet boy here can only be good. I'm sure you feel out of shape but you look totally wonderful astride Picante. I wonder what he thinks of his new surroundings? Bet he is just tickled pink to be with you, though. Sounds like you've got a busy month ahead. But you've never been one to sit still.

ReneeP: hang it there; these minor setbacks shall pass--hopefully some sooner than later.;)

Deb, So glad to hear you only have 5 more radiation treatments. I still am offering the soap, if you like. Don't feel though like you have to.;) I'm so sorry Deb you have to work and even as hard as you did before, while you are fighting such a battle. I'm so very proud of you for doing and not giving up. Yet you are still working out. Wow. Just Wow. Also glad to see you are enjoying life and shopping. Yea for you! Yor physique is so little I bet you can wear anything. Yes, you certainly do have the guts.
What a great idea to sign the art work of the shells. I'll do it.
It's always so nice to hear about the rides with Picante. Good healing in deed. Moving again? You poor thing! Tell me more about your new job. How was the dinner/pizza party? Are you leaving this job??? I like the idea of a strong fit rotation. Post it please. I am doing Cathe's June rotation, but might like a fresh one next month. Love the sound of it being a Survive and Thrive rotation. YaHoo!

Nice job on 4ds !!!

I did MMA kickboxing at work lol I was bored. I am feeling better! I don't know why I mean I still did it see a stone in my filter they gave me and I doubled up on my bit C gummies for my cold they last 14 days and go to the lungs but I triple dosed on sunday and double dosed on mon and tues and I only have a slight runny nose!!
I can't explain the stone.
 
Really lovely weather here right now. Ripken is loving it. He went to the groomer today. He loves being groomed but my pup is plain pooped out. Didn't have time for 4DS Kickbox yesterday so I did MMA Kickbox. This morning was PUB and I am really looking forward to a step workout tomorrow (StepFit). An oldie but goodie.

Janie: Yup, we can definitely do this rotation and on days when we need to sub--what is important is that we get a workout in. I'm not a fan of Maximum Intensity Cardio--it is hard and not much fun IMHO. I don't mind a hard workout as long as it is fun. I'm thinking of doing RS instead on Friday just for fun!

ReneeP: so are the symptoms from the stone gone? If so and you didn't pass it, maybe it just dissolved.

Shadowpup: I might be doing a study for a command up your way in the coming fiscal year. Time will tell. If so, I'll be coming your way every month or so. We'll have no excuse not to at least try to connect, assuming our schedules jive. Are you down to only 4 more treatments?

Great job in kb DVD!! I did that one yesterday! I don't know what's going on with my stone I assume it desolved I am hoping , strange!!!

ReneeP, Great job on MMA Kickboxing at work. So nice to be able to workout at work. And glad you are feeling better. Wonder where the stone went? Hope you don't have to go through more pain if it hasn't passed yet. Good to see the cold didn't get worse by nipping it at the bud. Great job on today's Cardio Leg Blast and yogi Foundation. Yea!

Michelle, Isn't it great to have beautiful weather. Makes one feel good. Glad to see Ripken enjoying it as well. Great job on MMA Kickbox and this morning's PUB. Me too looking for Step Fit tomorrow. I love that one! I don't see any reason why you wouldn't suppliment any workout that you don't particularly like. Keep ourselves happy is number one. It's still good! I'll be doing IC only because I do modify and it doesn't bother me to modify. LOL My middle name is "Modify". LOL:D

Hey Jumping back into the check in but not going back to far in reading other posts so I will not feel overwhelmed!

I did Muscle Max today, I had to break the workout into two parts to fit my schedule. I must have tried to lift to heavy to fast as I have restrained my Left Shoulder. It seems like when I try to workout I try to jump right back where I was and I keep hurting myself.:eek::mad::p I have to remember I didn't have a full set of weights when I first started out with Cathe and it took me a good year and a half to work up to her weights. I think when I first started my heaviest weight was 10lbs! Now I have a set up to 30lbs!


So I need to remind myself to be patient once again!!!!

No workout tonight!! I just wasn't feeling it. I need to do chest back and shoulders !!! But I'll do it tomorrow and add a tabata maybe
 
Did Step Fit last night. Oh how I LOVE the oldies!

Been working on shells and putting tangles inside them. Here is a shell that is about half the size of a sheet of paper (very large clam shell) with tangles inside.

Hopefully people will take an interest and buy them. I'll let you know how it goes.

Laura, I'm so excited to hear from you! Don't have to read old posts. Not necessary at all. Just so glad to hear from you! Great job on Muscle Max. I sometimes break a workout into. It works, and is a subtle modification. Or even to fit into your schedule like you said. Oh NO! That is what happened to me with Tennis Elbow (to heavy to fast). I'm so sorry, gosh darn it. Remember you have created muscle memory and it won't take you as long to get where you were the first time you did it. Maybe 1/3 the time or even half the time. You'll get there sooner than you think. Try not to get discouraged, it will happen. Very proud of you not giving up, that's the most important thing.

ReneeP, Good to see you listen to your body. Enjoy your rest day. They are important.

I found Maximum Intensity Cardio at a 2nd hand store many years ago. I was hooked on Cathe from then on. It is always a pleasure to do it. Whew is all I can say!

Yesterday was the girls last day of school! YIPPPPEEE!!! I took the girls and a bunch of their good friends to the pool for a little Summer Time fun to kick off their summer and we had a great time, but I didn't get a workout in....

Today I did, for the first time the original Body Max, and since I didn't want to preview it I just did it on the step no risers, but I still had a great sweat and I picked it up pretty quick. It was fun to do some step! Between my divorce, my pulled hamstring, and twisted ankle I haven't done any in over 7 months!!:eek::eek:
 
Hi girls!! was sore today so i took one more rest day, and i just did yoga i got the short and sweet UY in, and i tell you it went faster and it was more difficult, more like the Bryan Kest!! eek I hope I get the nerve to try again!!
I was thinking it was going to be slow and easy like the foundations UY, and i guess it is more intermediate cause i can not twist like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol and i need more time getting into a pose or i may pull something lol geez it was hard to me i guess i can look at it as a challenge and just remember if i want relaxing and felxablity go to foundations and Cathe yoga lol
 
Today I did Rhythmic Step, once again on just the step no riser, easing back into it....;) It was so much fun to mamba, pivot turn, horse shoe ect.. again! I stayed pretty well in sync so that felt good!

Renee: Yes yoga can get pretty twisty and bendy pretty quickly at the intermediate levels...

Going to a Luau Party with my mom right now! Should be fun! She had a cocktail Party last night.... summer time is always party time!

I tried taking my little dog for a walk or jog she did great one mile!! I wanted to keep going but it was her first time so I stopped also it started raining on us. I think she enjoyed it!
 
2.5 hours walking the beach this morning and 30+ min tonight. YaHoo! Found lots of shells this time. Went to a different place, just a longer way. Won't need anymore for awhile.

Laura, Yea for the last day of school for the girls. Great job on the original BM. I do the same thing as you when I haven't previewed a DVD (Use only the topper). Very safe and I believe a good workout as well considering your pulled hamstring,twisted ankle and stress. Yikes! I'm so proud of you for not giving up on yourself. You needed that time to think and ponder, cry... It's a very painful healing process. (Hugs to you;), I'm very proud of you).

Great job on RS, ooooooooo one of my favorites. Do enjoy the Luau Party with your Mom. Wow how fun!

Hi everyone. I have been MIA again but keeping up with the workouts. Into the second week of Cathe's June rotation: PLB today.

Janie: I hate MIC. I did it on Friday (except the Hi aerobics) and it just about wiped me out. I'm a real seashell freak; I love what you are doing with them.
I hope you sell lots of them.

Laura: sounds like you are taking the correct approach with getting back into exercise. Before long you'll be hefting those 30 pound dbs again.

ReneeP: sounds like you are getting alot of rain like we are up here in Virginia. Ripken and I got caught in the rain this morning; fortunately I had my big umbrella ready to go because my boy had to rest twice (in the rain!!! But under the umbrella), but it is only rain and he loves getting toweled dry. So, it's a win-win situation as far as he is concerned. Sounds like you are back to normal. Would that be a correct guess?

Hi Janie

No not a new dog I had her for a yr and a half but she never did we'll on a leash but she did great on our trip at rest stops on a leash so I decided to try again and she did good !! She is a small dog not really small but about 13 pounds and I don't know if she can go more then a mile or ever will. Do u guys know how far is safe? I googled it but never got an answer at all.

Yes I think I am back to normal now, well T T O M now !! But I guess that is also y I am not feeling like working out the past few days.

I did a premix of strain bi and tris last night only 27 min and the one mile jog. So I guess at least I did something then Saturday was yoga. Still don't feel like exercising but I think I'm gonna try my fav HS to get me in a better mood and see if that gets my groove back lol. It is raining again!! Yes stinks!
