Tonight was disc 20, only I didn't have the disc here, it's back at the beach house. But, believe you me, I worked all areas of the legs until I just couldn't do anymore and then some more. I'm saying I did disc 20, but I didn't, (I put it into the workout blender) it is the same equivalent as if I did. Used the Marcy machine too to get really down and dirty on those hamstrings and quads. Also did lunges with a twist using a band, side leg raises and squats with heavy weight. Also plie (for inner thighs) and calf work with weight. I'm already feeling DOM's (especially when I get up from sitting), at least I think I am even when I don't normally get them. I'll tell ya tomorrow for sure. All my STS workouts are at the Beach House.
Will improvise when needed though.

Michelle, Great job on BF yesterday and today's TBS. Wonder if Cathe will have time to post an August rotation. Hope so. I'm so sorry to here (and for your loss) about your colleague passing in a mountain climbing accident. Such a shame all these wonderful people have to die so young. Seems so unfair. I agree that there is a positive something or another in that mix. Or at least a lesson to be learned.
ReneeP, Rest days are so nice, aren't they? Hope you enjoyed it. OOO nice job on LI prem. and yoga. Oh my, it was that hard that you almost puked? Ewwww. If I eat and do an exercise afterwords, I get sick too. I wait at least 2-3 hours.
