Forgot to post yesterday. Too busy watching baseball. The Nationals had a double-header, so I was doing stuff around the games and walking Ripken in between rain showers. Not complaining about the rain all weekend; we need it. Did STS disc 26, plyo legs, and STS ab circuits with no equipment yesterday. Today will be Crossfire. I hope my legs hold up. Of course, that's what I was thinking yesterday, after doing TTM on Friday. I'm also going to try the bonus core workout on Crossfire today. Right after I finish checking in.
Laura: well, I think we have a quorum on feelings about summer colds. They are just plain horrible. I can understand a cold in the winter, but in the summer, just doesn't seem right. Hope you are feeling better soon. And I cannot remember: are you working through STS? Which mesocycle are you on?
Janie: great job on STS. Did you ever hear from Cathe after you sent her the earrings and necklace for her birthday?
ReneeP: I've never tried Asics. I've been wearing Rykas for exercise for about 4 years basically because I cannot find Avias anymore. The Avias have always been my favorite but they are hard to find, even on the internet. The Rykas are very close to Avia in terms of support and cushion. In fact, I will probably wear my Avias today for Crossfire. It's great that your DH is doing the Cathe weight workouts with you. Sorry to hear that the headaches are plaguing you again. Maybe they are related to changes in the weather? We've gone from super hot to this cold dreary stuff the past few days--maybe the headaches are connected to different weather fronts?
Hope everyone has a great Sunday.
