Wow. So crazy how this thread has totally gone off the rails. I don't come on this site except to get updates on new releases, so I am not on tune with the crazy politics and innuendos. Not sure what is going on here. Sad.

I can say that I have been surprised by attacks from some people on here by my simply posting messages in support of Cathe's presales and Cathe in general. Really? Aren't we all here because we love Cathe and the work that she does? She can totally do better by promising less and delivering more, but we could all do that.

The thread has gone off the rails and it is not fair on @chiara who has just asked to know if one of the free download will be a upper lifting workout.

I will bring back this thread back on the rails by sharing updates.
