Today I took it easy. I have infusion tomorrow morning. I did a nice stretch for the lower body.

Debbie - great job on the walk outside. It’s getting cooler here too. It was beautiful yesterday.

'Evening! Sorry for not posting yesterday. Went to visit ds, dil and granddaughter and then had a hockey game. Essentrics today. Today eldest ds came for dinner and a visit, and I'm working on a million projects for this week. Well, not a million, but it is one of my most hectic weeks so far.

Deb, yep, welcome to parenthood! It is amazing how fast they grow. Love seeing my son and dil interact with the baby. Happy anniversary! Lots to celebrate.

Belinda, hope things go smoothly with the infusion tomorrow. I found out there's a couple of salt cave spas near me. Never knew about them!

Hi,

Today was a walk outside & zoom yoga. We had some bad news last week, the FL condo has water damage. The bedroom rug and furniture have water damage with mold. We were going to replace at some point because it is over 40 years old so I guess we will do it sooner than later. We will go to FL on Friday to see what the damage is and clear it out and get a price to fix it up.

Belinda - Great job getting in TB Trisets. Glad to hear the infusion went well, but I can see why it would make you tired.

Cookie - Hopefully this work week goes by quickly for you.
