Same here. I found it easy to work triceps for example.
Shoulders (especially mid and front---
Rear is not as epauling for me )are difficult to work for me. I would like to shape them properly and get them stronger.
This is on my to do list.
Stronger they get, less I would feel the assistance.
I use to feel assistance while doing push up before.
I love working rear delt with weight.
I love the feeling i get while working them.
