Just noticed something in today’s workout description above
Today on Cathe Live: Get Looped Lower Body

This fast paced intense workout wastes no time. You’ll work your entire body in grouped sets. Each grouping gets repeated for two sets (12 reps, 10 reps) There are no breaks between each set.

Actually in today’s workout, it’s kind of grouped, but not repeated a second time and
way more reps than 12 & 10 :)
