The new HiiT Fusion workout is a blast..quite literally! In this high-intensity cardio workout you’ll perform two to three cardio blast exercises before hitting a standing, weighted core exercise! The core exercise will keep your heart rate up, but will also give you just enough time to catch your breath before starting the next round of HIIT blasts! Whether you choose to take high impact options or stay completely low impact, you’ll be putting your cardio endurance to the test!

This is the 11th and final video clip from the new LMR2: ELEVATED! Series. Stay tuned for a project update later this afternoon!

Haven’t pre-ordered LMR2 Elevated yet? You still can! Pre-order now and get all 4 free extra Elevated Heavy Weight bonus workouts today! https://bit.ly/4hPDvte

I love the red outfit colour. Neat/stylish

This looks great. a cardio drill within 30-40 minutes. Cardio with some core smartly sneaked in. Thank you Cathe.

More standing core, love it.

I'm not sure. Most of the moves use both hands, so I'm thinking a kettlebell would not work, but I've never used one. I've been looking for an excuse to buy one though. lol
Since you have never used a Kettlebell, I suggest you learn using a Kettlebell separately under proper cueing.

The mobility required through out the execution of the move is different.Your wrist will be challenged. It requires some time getting used to.
As a newbie, I would not sub a Kettlebell.
