The new HiiT Fusion workout is a blast..quite literally! In this high-intensity cardio workout you’ll perform two to three cardio blast exercises before hitting a standing, weighted core exercise! The core exercise will keep your heart rate up, but will also give you just enough time to catch your breath before starting the next round of HIIT blasts! Whether you choose to take high impact options or stay completely low impact, you’ll be putting your cardio endurance to the test!

This is the 11th and final video clip from the new LMR2: ELEVATED! Series. Stay tuned for a project update later this afternoon!

Haven’t pre-ordered LMR2 Elevated yet? You still can! Pre-order now and get all 4 free extra Elevated Heavy Weight bonus workouts today! https://bit.ly/4hPDvte

I love the red outfit colour. Neat/stylish

This looks great. a cardio drill within 30-40 minutes. Cardio with some core smartly sneaked in. Thank you Cathe.

More standing core, love it.

I'm not sure. Most of the moves use both hands, so I'm thinking a kettlebell would not work, but I've never used one. I've been looking for an excuse to buy one though. lol
Since you have never used a Kettlebell, I suggest you learn using a Kettlebell separately under proper cueing.

The mobility required through out the execution of the move is different.Your wrist will be challenged. It requires some time getting used to.
As a newbie, I would not sub a Kettlebell.

I'm not planning on subbing a kettlebell for this workout. I'm not entirely new to it, as when I was a member of a gym, I used them quite frequently. I wouldn't mind purchasing one (or a couple), but I currently don't have a use for them, as I do mostly Cathe workouts. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing some of the exercises in this video with a kettlebell, because I don't believe the dangle would be good for some of these moves (the digging type motion, for example), and using 2 hands would basically be the same as using a dumbbell or weight plate (both of which I can guarantee a nice sturdy grip). I have small hands (and I sweat lol), so a safe grip is something I make sure I have so that I can put my focus into the move itself. At the gym... I tended to use the kettlebells for kettlebell swings, farmer's carry, etc. At home... All of my strength workouts are Cathe, so I usually just use what she's using. I do have Cathe's 4 lb. kettlebell, but it's too light for the types of things I used to do with a kettlebell. So, I removed the handle, and used it as a weighted ball to get familiar with using one before I ordered my heavier balls. At the gym, I used to use a slam ball and those battle ropes, but my at-home workout room would not like that at all. lol I like owning "toys", but I only own what I'll actually use at home, because space is my greatest asset for exercising. I haven't always had the space I'd like, so I try not to store stuff in it that I won't use at least once a month. Now... if Cathe ever came out with a kettlebell workout (or bonus)... I'd definitely be able to justify buying one and finding a place to store it. lol

Reading undeleted #10 message, I understood you never used a Kettlebell before. Enjoy your workout!
