Hi, Cathe and everybody! I am a very petite 4'8" gal at 31 years old. I discovered these workouts after having my kids and am pretty much back at my pre-baby weight now. I work out 30 to 60 minutes each day (one day I usually do lighter step or yoga, the rest stuff like Kick Max, XTrain, or DVDs from others like P90X, Insanity, etc.). Other than that I am a stay at home mom who works from home, so not a lot of activity. What should I set for the activity level in my settings on the Workout Manager? Also, when I enter my stats, my TDEE seems high to me. I've used other calculators that put it around 1500, but here, it's over 1800 if I set my activity as moderate. For the past few months I have been on a diet of 1200 a day (cycled) but I'm a little concerned I'm not getting enough. I would like to just loose 3 or 4 more pounds (I am 91 now) just so my clothes fit a little better. I have actually gained a few pounds since starting XTrain, although I'm aware some of that could be retained water, and just the plain old time of the month. Advice, please, and thank you!
