  • Hang in there with that shoulder! I don't even want to say that I *know* how much it hurts for you, but I remember my own and it was awful. Every day that goes by you'll see improvement. What stopped me from snacking was not starting! That's hard to do, but if I got through a certain point of the day, the cravings subsided and then it becomes a habit NOT to snack. Stock up on greek yogurt for snacks and pour some agave on top. Plus, you'd be surprised how many calories you are burning when the body repairs itself. I'm thinking about you!
