Five of the ICE workouts come with a bonus Blizzard Blast. These bonus sections are designed for advanced exercisers that want to take the intensity of the ICE workout up another notch. Blizzard Blast will also give intermediate exercisers something to grow into as their fitness level improves.
Each Blizzard Blast is about 10-15 minutes in length. Since these bonus workouts are designed for advanced exercisers no modifications are shown.
