STS system - what happens next?

Perhaps this has been answered elsewhere and I may have missed it. After you have gone through the 3 1/2 month cycle, do you start the rotation over again? In other words, what do you do with the DVDs after you have completed the cycle? Thanks!:-)

    Dance Step

Hi Cathe, Here's my suggestion for a fun step workout - preferably 60 minutes long: a combination dance/step workout, including mambos, cha-chas, salsa, pony, over-the-top, etc., followed by an ab workout. Hope your recovery is still going well! Norma P. :-) :-)

    High Step Training DVDs

Just wanted to know whether using the resistance bands is equivalent to using dumbells/barbells. In other words, do you have to rest one day in between exercising with the bands, or can the resistance bands be used on a daily basis? Thanks! Norma P. :7
