    What color are your bedroom walls?

    I painted mine sage green a couple of years ago - I love the color! It doesn't make the room look smaller, and I have chosen eggplant as the color for the comforter and accents.

    Hi Cathe, I received hardcore yesterday and excitedly chose to preview Gym Style - Chest and Triceps first (which by the way, looks great!). You really look great! My husband commented, "Now THOSE are abs to do a jello shot off of!" Just wanted to let you know you are one hot momma!:)

    Weight Set

    Ok, I'm not Sharron, but... I love my Troy Lite set! The weights are very easy and quick to change and it's a really great set. The bar is not too long, it always feels sturdy, and although the spring clips are easy to remove/put on, they never feel loose or unsteady. Just my $.02!:-)

    RE: Is this workout plan good enough or can it be impro... Eat to Live is a really good book and has sensible, easy-to-make recipes. Just be sure to follow the portions!! Portion-control is really hard for me :)

    Cathe, can you help with a DOMS question?

    I don't feel a lot of lower body DOMS unless I push my weight to 2-12 lb or 2-15 lb weights. And my heart rate is through the roof too! Maybe you can handle more weight than you think you can!! Just a thought...:D

    Full Body Push Ups

    I could not do full body pushups until I read a recommendation to keep my legs farther apart, as someone else here mentioned. Like magic, I was then able to do them. (Not lots of them, but at least some!) Good luck!
