I've been using just the premixes off of my Cathe workouts for the past few days (from Push Pull, Cardio and Weights, and Step, Jump, and Pump) and I've been really loving them!
PLEASE keep the premixes. I would MUCH rather have the premixes than to have to program my workouts by chapter points. I am somewhat technologically challenged, so the thought of programming a workout does not appeal to me.
Yet another vote to PLEASE have at least a few premixes. I really like the variety they add to the workouts. I don't care if you take out the workout blender either.

I'm trying to do walking for most of my cardio. I like step, but it hurts my knees, so I should (ideally) only do Cathe cardio 1-2 times a week (her weight workouts don't really bother my knees at all). I walked for almost an hour today -- part of it was up a fairly steep hill -- and I felt like...
Yes. I've tried a variety of other instructors (Firm,Fitprime,Leslie Sansone, Denise Austin, Donna Richardson, Christy Taylor, Slim Series and Slim and 6, Tony Horton, Taebo) and nothing's really clicked with me until Cathe.
I like Push Pull, too. I like the length of it, and I have felt like I got a really good workout when I lifter heavier weights. I also really liked the inner thigh work with the stability ball!
I love the music in the Body Blast, although the music in Intensity Series is good, too (especially in C and W and Imax2!). I would love to have either pop songs or songs with a good techno beat in this series.
I went off about 4 months ago. The only things I've noticed are my periods seem to come a little more frequently (every 25 days) and they are a little bit heavier and longer than they used to be (but not much).
I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I just ordered this, and I was wondering how to use it. Do I do one workout per day, and add cardio afterwards?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
