    I'm in the range of 50-55# max weight on the barbell and only go to 55# if my tetchy right wrist and left elbow are feeling very healthy. My 40# weighted vest was a great investment to work my legs without overstraining my upper body.

    The only thing I don't love about this workout is the warmup - I substitute the Pyramid Lower warmup. Other than that, it's thorough and the form tips are great. I go waaaay lighter than Cathe and Crew on the floor leg work - a 2 or 2.5# ankle weight is PLENTY for me.
