    Day 1 STS- Loved it!

    I am pumped Great Workout. My arms were pumped. The weights were just about right. The push ups were a killer. I had to get down on my knees a couple of times. But a great workout overall.

    Working out in the morning

    Some days are easier than others. I have found that it I do not get it done in the morning there is no way I will get to it later. I have a lot of excuses at 6pm when I get back home. So that good sweat really feels good at 6am. Karen

    High Step Training vs Bootcamp

    I think HST was harder. The BC is intense by the weight work is easier and the triceps are not crying after the first circuit. The Weight Work in HST is outstanding and really get this muscles tone. Karen:)
