    Paragon Sports

    I can't remember where it was that someone mentioned they ordered Fit by Cathe items from Paragon Sports and provided a link. I clicked on the link, this was Monday night, I ordered a few things including the weighted gloves and my order arrived today. Very happy now. Thanks. Robin

    STS legs and paper plate issues...

    I watched Cathe TV and she suggested using a piece of carpet on the puzzle mats. Well, I had a light bulb moment. Since I have the puzzle mats down in the workout room what I did was use an old mat, its made of a cloth almost like felt material and I used the EZ moves on it and it worked...

    Fluidity Barr and pullups

    I used my Fluidity yesterday for Disc 2 workout and it works just fine. I'm still not very good at pull-ups so I had my husband test it out first and I was a little jealous because he did about a million of them. Just something else to work up to though. Robin

    Push Ups - Straight Leg or Bent Knee

    I just finished Disc 1 and I did ALL my push up on my knees. Aside from doing the 1RM testing I haven't lifted weights since July. Robin
