    Thanks Ffte! I did Legs and Med Ball Abs from Ab Circuits. I also wanted to get the Legs workout out of the way! There is something so grueling about those Leg workouts! However, they are great and they are making me stronger! I hope you are seeing results from them too.

    How many cardio workouts in STS

    I'm doing cardio 4 times a week on average. I do it on non-STS days, for about 45 minutes to an hour. I also do Yoga and Pilates and Ballet workouts on those days. On STS days, I usually work my abs using STS Ab Circuits. I love to workout too, and it sounds like a lot, but it feels right for me.

    Negatives about CLX?

    I tried CLX but returned it. I couldn't stand how Chalene would be doing reps without following a musical beat, even though music was playing! And, I don't like it when instructors walk around a room correcting form and abandoning the workout. Very distracting! Go with STS! FAR BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
