just completed Meso One

I just finished Meso 1 today and loved it, but I could tell that I was getting antsy and that I need a break from lifting for the upcoming week. I was dreading the leg workout (workout 12) that I did to finish up the cycle. I like the Leg workouts, but since they're tough, this last one had a bit of dread factor for me.

I am ready for Meso 2 but think this week of doing other workouts will be really good to refresh!
 
I'm on my last week of Meso 1, but since I'm doing the 6-month rotation, I get to do it all again! This entire week was tough for me - mentally and strength wise - everything just seemed so much harder to get through!:eek:

I'm definitely looking forward to my recovery week! Enjoy yours!:D
