    I'm an evening person. I work night shifts, and usually don't go to bed before 1am even on my nights off. So working out at 7-8pm is still pretty early.

    I know I feel better when I am able to get out and dig in the dirt when I'm planting my flowers and such. I sit on the ground and have my hands right in the dirt.

    I'm glad I bought it used, and glad I sold it for pretty much what I paid for it. Really wanted to like it, really tried to like it, but I found it was boring. But that's me. I don't generally like yoga that much so that's probably why.
