I was wondering if any other Cathletes have heard of Earthing (aka Grounding). I started reading about it last year and would ground myself when I could during the week but it was never for very long. I had one experience at work where something really upset me and I need to step away so I walked outside (it was summer at the time) and took my shoes off and stood in the dewy grass for about 10-15 min. I felt SO much better by the time I walked back in. I was much more calm. This past Christmas I got an Earthing Kit. I used it here and there until recently. I'm almost done reading the book so I decided last Friday to ground myself while sleeping. I had been feeling very fatigued and tired since the holidays and just couldn't shake it. Friday night I slept grounded all night and I still woke up a few times during the night but I when I woke up in the morning I didn't feel as tired. Lately after sleeping, I still feel like I could use another nights sleep. Aside of feeling more refreshed when I woke up Saturday morning, I also noticed I was able to breathe through my nose better. Normally I would wake up so congested in the sinuses and could barely breathe through my nose. I've also noticed, I feel more calm and not as stressed. I've continued sleeping grounded all week and am looking forward to seeing additional changes the longer I keep grounding myself.
